We had a great experience. They do a great job communicating and setting expectations on next steps. They were also accurate with their timelines. The countertops look great. It did take a week for measurements and 3 weeks before installation, so we were without a kitchen for a month. I would work with them again.

Our contractor chose this company after we had significant water damage in our kitchen that cracked our original countertops when our hardwood floors warped from the water. The first star was earned because the person who did the template and was my main point of contact was initially responsive (except at the end when he no longer returned my calls) The second star is for they did try to make it better. The quality of their work is just lacking. The bad: it took 3 attempts to install the countertops which meant it took over 7 weeks for our countertops to be installed. The first attempt the installers broke the countertop (that happens so I don’t blame them for that) thankfully the marble slab I chose had 2 more slabs. During the first attempt we were also told that we would be consulted before drilling holes for faucet etc. they did not consult us, but after they drilled I mentioned that the holes looked really close together. The second attempt. I had told them before they made the second countertop that I wanted to be consulted before they drill holes for fixtures, they brought the countertops pre drilled. Which I told them I thought was the original slab that was broken and had holes too close together, they assured me it wasn’t the old slab, but later found out from 3rd installation installer that the 2nd installers brought the wrong slab and did actually bring the original broken slab. I was right and the holes were too close together. 1/3 of the bottle washer was underneath the faucet handle. So needed to have it redone again. 3rd attempt. They finally completed the install, they consulted me about where the holes should go and everything fit as it should. So why no more stars. The work quality is poor. Our original countertop had 3 seams which were virtually invisible. The countertop that Accent installed has 6 very large seams that are very visible (see picture example) I also mentioned the seam issue when they redid it a second time but because they only replaced the broken slab we ended up with even more seams. They left a shim and caulked around it and the caulk color is not consistent around the countertop some is off white, other parts are white. There is a red 1 that won’t come off that I asked after the second install to remove and they never did. So I have a red 1 on the back of my countertop. I have reached out to them to take care of the mismatched caulk, the shim, and the red 1. But they no longer return my calls. They also left the jack to hold up the sink during install. But I guess they don’t want their tool back bad enough to call me back and remedy the last bits of their poor workmanship. Therefore, I recommend using someone else. I would have used my old countertop people but Accent was used through the insurance recommended contractor.

Overall a very well done job. The staff was great too! The only challenge was getting the space approved for them to begin the work; the requirements for "level" cabinets is not conducive to a 75 year old house! Additional info on what the expectations were should be supplied early on, not when the first visit to measure occurs. We made it work though, and they look great!

These guys did a great job! From the initial digital measure a few weeks prior to the install, these guys were friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and very professional. I was going to give them 4 stars but we are so happy how it all turned out I couldn’t do it. The only problem we experienced with this install was we were given a 2 hour commitment from 10:30a-12:30p for them to show up and get started. At 1pm I finally reached out to find out where they were. (They hadn’t reached out to let us know anything until I contacted them.) The response was that they would arrive at approximately 3pm, quite a difference from the original commitment time commitment however, if you can be flexible enough to allow a late arrival you will not be disappointed in their quality of craftsmanship and diligence in completing the project. When they did arrive they were very thorough going over the whole project with us and offering suggestions and asking questions about what we hoped for. They kept us informed and frequently updated us throughout from start to finish. In the end they pleasantly surprised us because we had originally understood, and expected, that they would only do the countertops and come back later to complete the backsplash but, after they did the countertops they cut and and sized all backsplash pieces on site and completed that work as well. The entire project took them about 6 hours to complete (they left about 9pm), but that saved us a second visit for the backsplash install which was a big relief. Ludwig informed us he has been doing this for many years, and I have to say with the results we received, it shows he knows what he is doing. We are very happy with the work they did and look forward to many years of use. Thank you! I recommend Accent Countertops.

Accent Countertops from start to finish did an amazing job. First off I’ve been in the woodworking business for over 25 years.We went to the showroom where they were very helpful, very knowledgeable and took the time to show us samples edges and sink types. They were on time with their appointments, bidding and measuring for templates, arrived with a perfect product. We were very concerned about the seam that was in one of the runs, but it turned out perfect. These guys are very professional I would recommend them to anybody. Granite is Silver Falls and beautiful.

We got a beautiful result with accent. After some consultation and iteration with their team we found the right material for kitchen and attic. Both spaces came out beautiful! Accent has been one of the bright spots of our remodel project. There were MANY delays to the countertop installation resulting from errors in the cabinet orders and reorders at Home Depot. Accent (Liz) was diligent at the follow-up attempts to schedule final templete measurement and installation. Because of the cabinet order errors the measurement appointment had to be rescheduled a couple of times. Each time Liz was understanding and accommodating. When the correct cabinets were finally received and installed Accent scheduled the final measurement. The technician (Brian) that performed that process was on time and easy to work with. He was polite, professional, and friendly. After the final template measurement Alison took over the installation scheduling and that process was seamless. The installers arrived on time and, again, we were treated with respect and they performed the installation in a polite, professional, and friendly manner. They asked for our preference on several issues, gave informed advice, and explained reasons for what was being done. They cleaned up after they completed the installation process. With other issues encountered during this remodel, our experience with Accent was a bright spot. The folks we dealt with at Accent were all pleasant and professional. We are pleased with our final countertop product.

I originally left 1 star for Accent Granite. The first slab they brought out was not what we had chosen and I could not get anyone to return my phone calls. After the review was published, Andrew the owner of Accent called me to figure out what happened. He couldn't have been nicer. He sent me pictures of a new slab and apoligized for the problems. The next day I received a layout to approve. Today they arrived to install the new slab. It is perfect, just the color we wanted to match our kitchen. Andrew certainly went the extra mile to help us. Kudos to him. Great job!

I couldn't be happier with the job accent interiors did on my kitchen remodel. After much searching we found our perfect bathroom countertop at Accent. As a remnant, the price was also reasonable. Unfortunately our sink cutouts were wrong when the countertop was first installed. We were very concerned as our remnant was quite rare. We especially appreciate Eric Calder, our salesperson, who tracked down a new piece, had a new countertop cut and made it right. The new countertop looks great! Thank you!

The only reason there are not 5 stars here is because the disclaimer told us fancy things like "Care will be exercised during the installation; however, scrapes, punctures, and/or dings to wall surfaces may occur. Scratches and/or scrapes to cabinetry may also occur. Any existing backsplash may also be damaged. This is your responsibility to repair." I read that as "we might damage your stuff, but aren't liable for it." I covered everything I could to be sure that my cabinets weren't scratched. Luckily, the installers were top notch. Polite, accurate, and rather shocked I read all of the disclaimer and they were confused as to why my cabinets were all covered. My husband worked in construction for years and is really picky about the work being done. The seam is beautiful, the countertops are level and they made sure my stove would fit in the tight space before they left. They gave me options, the benefit of their professional opinion before the cut holes for my faucet. Really, their workmanship speaks for itself. I wish I knew the name of the contractor to mention them specifically.

Bathroom vanity turned out great! All parties were very helpful, from initial pricing, to field verification, to install. It was a rainy day and I wished the installers would have had some booties to put on as they were bringing the materials in the house, but I moved some mats around and we kept the mess to a minimum.

Had them install quartz countertops. Great young men who worked hard and were problem solvers. Unfortunately they didn't cut the opening for the cast iron sink large enough and the guy who came the next day used a diamond saw to enlarge it without telling me the entire house would be covered in quartz dust after he was done. If I'd had a heads up, I would have covered things up. It took hours of deep cleaning to remove it as far as possible. They also did a lot of cut-work outside the front doors in the carpet covered breeze-way of the building leaving the dust everywhere. And it was on my floor and the one below because it's all open. Neighbors weren't happy as this dust is easily tracked into your home. They are now, two days later, vacuuming it up because I complained. I think the problems would have been avoided had I been more diligent overseeing the project. It is beautiful.

We ordered countertops through Home Depot and it turned out that Accent was the subcontractor. The countertops didn't have the dishwasher brackets we paid for, didn't have the bullnose edge we were talked into, and weren't squared so that my standard, 30"-wide stove wouldn't fit. The opening is too narrow. They aren't cooperative on getting their error fixed, will only come when we can't be there because we work, and aren't returning my calls. Once they have it in and your money is forwarded to them, you don't seem to matter. When we finish our basement, we will need more countertops. Needless to say, Accent won't be the ones we go to.

I was highly disappointed with their customer service. They say you have a rep you can call any time but they avoid talking to you because they don't want to tell you that your project has been pushed out yet again. We got a countertop for a tiny kitchen and expected it to be one piece but there was a seam that looked quite awkward. If a seam is unavoidable I think the least that can be done is talk with the customer about why and then agree to proceed. No conversation was had. On top of that it wasn't a straight seam it turned at the bottom. We tried to get a hold of them to ask why it was cut like that and so far its been weeks with no response. We even asked home depot to contact them on our behalf, which we believe they did. Also left voicemails and emails. After our own research we think we understand why it was done that way but why haven't they gotten in touch with us to explain why they did what they did????? Just crickets, nothing at all from them. It was a very expensive countertop, we expected more from them.

Scheduling the phases of this project was completely inept and inconsiderate and resulted in my having to spend many hours sitting waiting for the technicians/installers to even show up. When they finally did show up, they installed a countertop that they could see with their own eyes was 6 inches too short because it had been either measured incorrectly by the template measurer Or cut too short by somebody in the factory. During install, they took a chunk out of the existing cabinetry And didn't even care or try to fix it, left a big mess of sawdust both in the kitchen and outside in the parking lot where they did the sawing and cutting. Then the company made it my problem to fix the countertop that was not the correct size. They said they would have to remove the countertop and keep it for two weeks at least so they could fix it and then bring it back to reinstall it. Because it is a vacation home and we don't live there full-time, it is not possible for me to drop everything and make yet another special trip to Tahoe to Again wait around the house so they can do the install with the correct size countertop. I have renters coming to use the place and It is simply not reasonable to expect someone to have an open cabinet with no countertop on it for two weeks to wait for this company to have some pride in their workmanship and make the job right. So no, I would not recommend this company to anyone. I only gave one additional star because what they did install looks good and the installers were nice, though they didn't seem to care much that the job wasn't done right or that they had arrived a full six hours after I was promised they would arrive to do the job.

We found accent on our own at first. We tried to do the process ourselves but the staff was less than helpful when we were in store and even less when we were communicating via email. Little did we know, they are also Home Depot's vendor. We purchased our cabinets and countertops through Home Depot and they subcontract the work. Throughout the process I had to take the initiative to communicate with them as they wait until the 25th hour (aka less than 24 hours before measurement or install). Hello... people have working lives to navigate around. The counters are beautiful and they are getting 2 stars because of the measurement and install team. The office staff leaves more to want.

There's a common theme as I read through the reviews... if you go through Accent Interiors via Home Depot or Lowes, you don't matter to Accent Interiors. They'll get to you when they get to you. They should really consider changing "Customer Service" name to "You're bugging us, what do you need." Finally everything is done but will never go through Accent Interiors independently or via third party in the future. UPDATE: Got a call from Accent Interiors (owner I believe). I greatly appreciate the personal call and wanting to know what exactly happened from me directly. It goes to show that customer service can't be perfect all the time but if the company is willing to acknowledge the mistake and correct it then that goes along way with me! Thanks for the call!

This company was subcontracted through Home Depot to install our countertops and sink. As soon as the installers left, we realized there was a significant chip in the sink. Trying to get Accent Countertops to take care of this situation has been more than a nightmare. They broke our cabinets trying to replace the sink and the plumbers they hired to reconnect the pipes did not tighten the pipes which led to over $5,000 in damages to our walls and carpet. Be very leery of working with this company. They have taken 0 responsibility for this issue and will not respond to emails or phone calls.

Accent countertops have been very difficult to work with. See the pictures to see for yourself. We went over a week without a kitchen because they originally brought the wrong material but after seeing them come back almost looks as if it's the same material. The contractor also rigged the one he brought to work, and now it has resulted in a huge crack. I have texted the lady and accent countertops have a communication issue and never want to get back to us in a timely manner. We really just want the promise that was told after spending a lot of money on a new kitchen. We just want our old kitchen back at this point and it's sad how long this job has taken our kitchen is quite small

BEWARE!!! I'm four months into an install that should've taken THREE DAYS! The installer, Terry, did an unbelievably poor job, didn't show up on multiple occasions, and when he did show up, he would do 2-3 hours of work and would leave. Now, I have to wait another month for someone to come out JUST to fix the horrible job Terry did. The office Manager, Jackie, is incredibly unprofessional. She threatened to charge me and have the contractor pack up and leave if I left my 300 SQUARE FOOT apartment at any point. To be fair, the men who installed the countertops did a fantastic job. However, you've been warned, dealing with Jackie or Terry will, most likely, result in a disaster for you.

Accent Counter Tops damaged my home during install. The account manager in writing told us the damaged items would be replaced and asked we get quotes for them. Before settling the final bill we got quotes to repair the damage and provided it to them. The COO and Store manager said yeah we won't replace those items and you owe the full amount. While attempting to work through it they filed a lien. They are not careful doing the work so damage is likely. They are dishonest, do not honor what they say they will do in writing and then strong arm you. DO NOT RECOMMEND

They subcontracted out of St. George, we are sorry they ever walked through our front door. Accent countertops miss-measured three sinks, they tore everything out and then realized that there was a problem. now they are gone, we are not sure when they will even return. We are without a kitchen and two bathroom sinks. When we talked to them, they treated us terribly, no form of customer service. They notified us that now owe them more money because they will have to do more work, it was their mistake! We went to Home Depot and we're treated well, however we noticed accent countertops was treating them poorly also. Run, hide to save yourself, do not use this company!

This company has subcontracted from Home Depot, I love the staff in the St George store. They have been by my side, supporting me throughout this issue with the subcontractors. As for the subcontractors Accent Countertops , I regret the day that I allowed these people into my house. This experience has been very trying! Speaking to their representatives was condescending and frustrating. They have no customer service integrity.There is no delay due to supply issues, they had everything they needed, the problem was is the person that came and did the template appointment to measure, measured three of the sinks wrong! So they tore everything up, figured out it wouldn't work, then had to take everything back out and back to the shop located in Salt Lake City. They don't know when they'll be back, did I mention they want more money because they made a mistake? As I tried to resolve this problem, I was treated in a horrific manner, I then went to Home Depot where I watched the rep there being disrespected as well. My advice, don't let Accent Countertops into your home! I am still without a kitchen sink, countertops, and two bathroom sinks. My birthday and Thanksgiving may be ruined. If this isn't resolved soon I will lawyer up! God bless you as you look for a contractor, just do use Accent.

NEW Absolute worst company I have ever dealt with during a home remodel experience. We decided to use Accent for our bathroom remodels because we loved the fact you could see the available remnant pieces online and they had a large selection. That is the only good thing I have to say about this company. We worked with Ashley and decided on the remnants we wanted and also let her know we wanted not only to use the remnants for our counters, but also our windowsills. After the initial meeting, she was never available to speak on the phone, she always responded with a text saying she was "in meetings" or "on a project". I spoke with two different people in the company (one in the scheduling department and one the actual templater) and let them know our windows would be replaced after we were scheduled to have our counters installed and confirmed this would be fine. They both said we would have to pay an additional trip fee to have them template for the windowsills once the new windows were in which we agreed with. I once again tried to call Ashley once the counters were installed to let her know that our new windows were supposed to be in the following week and she responded to my voicemail with a text saying they made a mistake on their end and accidentally cancelled the windowsills and did not keep any of the material to do our windowsills- which we had already paid for. She did nothing to try and make their mistake right except say we would have to wait for more remnant to come in that were our colors (if they did ever come in) or we would have to use another color. After a month and our colors still hadn't come in, I asked Ashley what other options we had and she said she would talk to the owners, which in my opinion should have happened the second the mistake was made. I never heard back from her and finally asked for a refund, which to my surprised, they did. This company has terrible communication and does not value their "remnant program" customers. The installers also damaged several of our walls. I would advise to use ANY other counter company.

DO NOT USE! I went through Home Depot and they use Accent as a sub for countertops. Accent installed my new countertops; however, during the demo they chipped eight of my white kitchen cabinets and wall. I didn't notice until after they left and I was cleaning up the mess they left. I was so pissed. I had perfect cabinets. I spoke to Home Depot who indicated Accent isn't owning the problem. Accent didn't bother to come out and look at the damage, they just washed their hands since a sub I guess. Had Accent covered my cabinets from flying granite pieces during demo this would have never happend. Home Depot has to file an insurance claim to recover losses. DO NOT USE! Also I had to wait 6 weeks for my countertops.

Absolutely horrible. sink caved in after 4 months of use. Said it would take 9-12 weeks for installation and took 9 months, with a 4 month failure after that. have since been in a year battle for them to repair said sink and they finally came and "caulked" the countertop in and glued the sink to the countertop. $15k$ and I'm forced live with a "silicone" fix. DO NOT EVER HIRE HOME DEPOT OR ACCENT TO DO ANY WORK!!!!

Terrible customer service. Very disappointed with the poor planning and total ineptitude of the installation. They accidentally sent a salesman instead of a template measuring contractor on the wrong day, took them almost a week after measuring the template to figure out that they don't have the right materials in stock (they have had our order for 4 months now). Also after telling us that we've paid for a backsplash, they claim that that wasn't included. Either they are incompetent hacks or scammers, not sure which. Either way, truly regret using them.

Horrible horrible horrible. The installers were verbally abusive to me while I was pregnant and walked off job because I saw a huge gap between the cabinets and countertop (I guess Mario usually gets away with gaslighting customers?). Took NINE attempts to install the countertops and still never finished the job. The fabricators were intentionally cutting the slabs the wrong size so they could charge the subcontractors installing it for any problems. Multiple installers told me accent was charging them $5000 bc they failed to cut the countertop correctly on site with a hand saw (which the installers should never have had to do). They also glued down cracked and damaged countertops to my cabinets so some of the installers refused to even try to fix it bc they didn't want accent to charge them. Twice installers left unsecured slabs on my floor resting up against a folding table (yes, like LEFT them like that and went home putting us at risk for injury and our pets at risk of being crushed to death). Because it took NINE attempts, they were throwing the slabs on the back of the truck repeatedly to try and recut them. The countertops were marble and badly scratched. The installers told me the scratches could only be fixed by completely refinishing the slab because they were so deep (hard to do after installed) and company never addressed it. Installers also told me the cracked slab they glued down would have to be replaced if it started spreading (so I just throw out $15k worth of countertops???). Told the manager about this and she couldn't care less and was in no hurry to complete the job even after 6 attempts. Two seams are already coming apart and new cracks are forming and they haven't even been in 6 months. On top of that they are now trying to sue me for not paying for the rest of the job they never finished (didn't bother caulking or sealing or fixing any of the 5 million scratches and cracks). Over the 9 attempts it took them almost 6 months to just get countertops in (the whole time I was pregnant without a functional kitchen). On top of this, they left dust everywhere and were constantly leaving doors open so pets could get out (even when they weren't carrying anything). They tried to offer a 10% discount for the nightmare, but what good is that if the whole job needs to be ripped out, redone, and they damaged your floors and cabinets in the process? Just unbelievably unprofessional. Do not trust this company. They treat their subcontractors and customers like garbage.

I had one kitchen done with Accent as the subcontractor for Floor and Decor. I was not happy. I had a second kitchen done by Home Depot where Accent was the subcontractor. I was not happy then eithe. I would not recommend them. Very difficult to get any issues resolved. My cooktop was cracked during their install and it's been a month and still no resolution.

My experience with my counter tops started out good, the sale person was will nice and listen to what I wanted. The man that came to temp plate was all so good at what he did. Then when it time to got mt counter tops, I waited for a month and half. So I call to see what was going on. So she check I got a appoint on Monday at 11to 1 they came before 9:00. I was not happy with the work. Called they did not seem to care. then Thursday they sent a team to do the back slash, I told them I was no happy with the out come and sent the back to have one of the bosses to call and they were to be there at 9 to 11 they came at 12:50. My counter tops are still not right and hole experience was terrible, my seam was not done right. the countertop had to long smug lines and more. I would never have countertops by then ever again. the only reason I'm leaving one star is that there is no way to give none!!!! this company has out and out lied about everything they claimed they would do, and a full month after paying these thieves i still do not have a completed project!!! they made a mistake during "templating"( they admit this) and did not prepare the proper pieces to do the installation COMPLETELY, but went ahead and tore my kitchen to bits and after absolutely destroying my walls they told me that i would have to do hundreds of dollars of repairs to fix the damage they did. they then said they would come back a week later to complete the job, but no one showed up. The " coordinator" then claimed she had spoke to me and said i had told her i was "not interested" (WTF???) in having them complete the job, but again that was an out and out lie, and i am still waiting for them to finish the job. BOTTOM LINE.... THESE GUYS SUCK!!!! DO NOT MAKE THE MISTAKE I DID...... RUN AWAY FAR AND FAST!!!!!!

Bad Quality. US granite can do a way better job and everyone in town talks crap about US granite. I'm talking NIGHT and DAY in quality and customer service. The Manager doesn't know anything about stone. They can't run a saw without ruining every cut. Then the guy making the cuts LIES about it saying you can't cut the stone slower. You can. Terrible experience with bathroom counter top install. The installation follows two 45 degree corners. The problems started with the template measurement - seems the guy doing the measurements couldn't find the center of a corner within about 1/2". The overhangs were measured wrong (too much in front and side) which caused the sink cutout to be positioned too far forward. I had to do some quick modifications to the cabinets to allow the installers to put the underhung sink in at all, resulting in a big difference in the offset from front to back. The installers then tried to cram the counter in against the wall leaving a gap on one side because of the mis-measured corners. I would have expected them to stop and fix the error instead of just plowing ahead. Then they cut one of the backspalshes too short, and had to return another day to install them. They also couldn't find the center of the corner (but not the same place as the template guy) so I have two different corner seams, one on the counter, and another on the backsplash. I'm left with a counter that looks good if you step back and take your glasses off, but if you get close you notice a lot of poor workmanship - mismatched corners, and a 1/2" gap between one backsplash and the wall filled with caulk, and the uneven sink installation. Chad, the installation manager, came and looked it over and basically made a bunch of excuses, but never owned up to the poor workmanship. He offered to remake it, but then I'd have to fix walls and the cabinets I spent a lot of time building myself, and I'd have to order a new sink.

These guys are sub-contractors for Home Depot & they're horrible. They installed 3 quartz countertops in my home recently and left not only a horrible mess for us to clean up the day before we hosted our wedding at our home, but they scuffed walls, punched holes in the drywall, and took chunks out of door trim. Apparently it's totally ok for them to do this, per Ashley, and that it's the customers responsibility to repair the damage left behind by their installers. Fun times. Be sure you have paint on hand, since you'll be doing lots of touch up.

I am going out of my mind with Accent Interiors. We did a complete remodel and everything was perfect until Home Depot subcontracted our quartz countertops to Accent Interiors. They were installed a week late and were TWO DIFFERENT COLORS where they are seamed together. I tracked down a manager at Home Depot, then Accent Interiors. I'm still waiting for the manager at Home Depot to call me back FOUR WEEKS later. Accent Interiors sent someone out who never called back. Then I was asked to take more photos because his photos weren't that great. I don't work for Home Depot or Accent Interiors but I've been doing their jobs for them. Our project coordinator, Ashley, has done absolutely nothing for us. Doesn't return phone calls. It's now been OVER A MONTH and nothing has been corrected. Our contractor warned us not to deal with Home Depot (and ultimately Home Depot) and I regret doing so every single day. Today I called, because Chad didn't respond to two emails asking what is going on, and he said today that it might take three months to resolve. Now they want to come and pull out the eight-foot island piece to match it to the new slabs. Are you kidding me??? So many missed opportunities to catch this huge error (the two different colors even show up on AC's template!). We want a refund and be able to start somewhere where they actually hire professionals. Do not do remodel business with Home Depot OR Accent Interiors!!

Horrible experience with these people. They took our measurements wrong and cut the entire thing wrong. They didn't put back our stove and when we tried to put it back it didn't fit and we ended up chipping our new countertops day 1. Called and told them about it and they came back out and got the stove to "fit" except it doesn't fit as far back as it should and sticks way farther out than the rest of the countertops and looks stupid and cheap. They cut the stone wrong and won't admit it. I called to see what they can do and the manager, Chad, insists that the stove was put back exactly as it was before. Okay, no, this is my house and I know how the stove sat before because I live here. Manager is insisting everything is as it should be. Well see how this plays out, but I would not recommend this company by any means! Update: They came back to fix it. THIS WAS THEIR 3RD VISIT!! Still insisted it was my fault. And then the guy goes and cuts the countertop bigger to make the stove fit. PLEASE TELL ME HOW THIS IS MY FAULT, DID YOU OR DID YOU NOT HAVE TO MAKE A BIGGER CUT TO FIT THE STOVE? Be accountable for your work! Jeez!The only reason we worked with these people is because they came to us through Home Depot. That's pretty embarrassing that Home Depot would chose to contract work through such a unprofessional company. If you get countertops through Home Depot, make sure they don't send Accent Interiors!

My new expensive Island countertop is 1" off, no overhang on one side. After measuring twice they still got it wrong. I asked the installer's if the overhangs were correct they said "yes" and quickly left. I noticed the mistake and called Chad at Accent, he knew about the error! Not wanting to wait any longer to use my kitchen I told him I would keep the stone, but I did not want to be charged for stone that I did not receive, so he agreed to credit the 1" X 102" of stone saying that should be a "big chunk of money", making me feel a little better. They only credited $30 for their error, they knew they screwed-up and I have an Island with no overhang on one side.
