Absolute granite did our kitchen and it could not be more beautiful. When renovations moved outside, I naturally re-visited their expansive granite yard for slabs for the pool spillway and outdoor kitchen. Again, I am very happy with the quality of the product and workmanship and would recommend them.

Absolute Granite has a beautiful selection of granite. We shopped around an their prices were amazing. All of the employees were great to work with. Rita was so patient and knowledgeable. Eduardo was so efficient and dedicated, Renaldo was precise and an expert at his trade, and Gabe was so pleasant and let us be there to choose how we wanted out slab cut. In one week we choose our slv and they put it in. I can't recommend them enough.

We set an appt to come and pick out granite slab. It felt to us that is was to hot for the girl to even want to be out there while we were looking! She took nothing out to mark our slab, she said she would remember. When they arrived we could have sworn it wasn’t the one we picked out! They were installed in July! One slab didn’t fit correctly so they brought back another slab and the edge wasn’t cut correctly and finally after 3 returns it fit! Even during installation I inquired about it having a sealer on it as it seemed to be rough and very dull! They installer guaranteed me they were! We had left to go back north. I called about having someone come back and look at it as it seemed when a washcloth lay on there for sometime a dark spot appeared! The guys that installed it came back to look at it (I thought) they just brought in an old Lysol bottle with sealer in it and instantly poured it onto the counter and wiping it dry! We felt like it was a very quick fix for them. From what I understand when professional granite sealers scrape whatever could be on it off and then seal it. He told me also it could make a difference on whether it was a tier 1,2,3 etc! Also, it needed to be resealed every 6 mos! Was told I could get a 10 yr sealer at Lowe’s! So don’t buy a 1 or your granite will be dull and rough! Very disappointed! Would NEVER recommend them to my worst enemy!

This is a model service company. From the moment we were greeted with a smile in their showroom, to the uninterrupted time my wife and I had in their plentiful granite yard, to the free in-home measuring, to the hour long consultation in their granite yard to make sure they were cutting our granite slab with the patterns to our liking, to the 4 hour installation with 2 installers, to the beautiful finished product. The whole price took exactly 7 days! What is not to like about this company!

I would leave 0 stars if possible, I wish I had read the bad reviews on yelp for the horrible customer service before I hired this Family. I had them put in Quartz countertops and a Blanco composite sink in July. Six months later I had six chips in the sink. I called Jan 6,2022 . I was asked to send pictures, which I did . Carol said she would check about a warranty, I never heard back. Three weeks later I called and talked to Fernando, and he said he would call right back, he didnt. I called again ,they said they would come Friday, no one showed,called again, they sent Daniel on Monday, who brought stuff to try and scrub out chips but only ruined my black drain by scrubbing the finish off, then denied doing it . They claim that they had no idea the $600 sink they sell has no warranty because "they didn't make the product", which, to me, seems to be as if Target or Costco didn't take returns on Samsung products because "they didn't make the product". They offered to reimburse me $14 for the drain but it's the cost of hiring someone to take off disposal and drain and replacing that costs. I strive to go out of my way to support Family owned businesses even if they cost a little more but sometimes those businesses are only as good as the Family that owns them. Please check their Yelp reviews. Do yourself a favor and stay away from them!!!

We were working with HL Posey for our outside grill and they went us to Absolute Granite. So my husband and Au went to their yard and a very nice lady walked us through the yard and explain the different price level. We walked from Level 1 to Level 5 and settled on Level 3. We scheduled a time for them to come out and get the template. Once the kitchen project started Absolute granite came out and installed the granite. The installers were great! Cut out the sink on site. And the seams were flawless, I couldn't even find it. I thought it was one large piece. I would definitely recommend them!

The granite I purchased is "Absolutely" beautiful. Fernando was my sales rep and he was the consummate professional. He was responsive to my timeline and extremely helpful. Prices are competitive. After contacting several firms, I selected Absolute Granite to replace my kitchen counter tops. They were price competitive, offered a wide selection of product, and were responsive. From the time I selected the granite slab to the actual installation, the entire process took only one week. My kitchen was out of order only one day!

I would give the final product four stars however there scheduling department and management get one star at best ! We were left waiting all day on three separate occasions with no phone calls and the most lame excuses as way they never showed. There have to be more reliable granite companies out there.

Second time I've used them. First time, very nice job, second time 4/6/21. The installation crew was impossible to communicate with, sloppy workmanship. They had to take 1 piece of the back splash to cut a second time because the tech that measured it measured it wrong. When I tried to explain it to the installer, but he couldn't understand what had to be done. The finish work, (the caulking) looked like a second grader did the work. They followed up after the second install to see how it went, I asked for a manager to contact me, but I haven't heard a work. Definitely would not recommend them.

I had my granite installed by absolute one year ago. I am noticing my granite is turning dark. I have called several times and they finally sent someone to look at it. His response was that he could not tell me why it is turning darker and would talk to his boss. That was one week ago. I called yesterday and told lady I was waiting for a response and she said she would speak to boss and call me back. She never did. I have now been trying to get an answer from them since June 7 and it is now July 21.

Used Absolute Granite, as recommended by our contractor. Selection went well. HOWEVER, installation was a nightmare. They came and measured, and made templates. Brought the pieces into install. Island was cut wrong and had to be taken back to shop. Second attempt did not fit well, and had to be adjusted/cut on-site. Piece around sink was cut wrong, too short. Brought in another piece to fit hole, didn't fit. Eventually patched with a piece and used a grinder to match the original countertop with the small piece they made. Granite looks nice, but if you look deeper, you can see the mistakes. Not impressed with their measuring, installation and fittings. Probably a hundred granite companies in southwest Florida. Probably better choices.

I will say the staff was nice and they helped pick out a nice slab of granite for our kitchen. HOWEVER, once it was installed, we got a grease stain on the section near the oven. Who won/t have grease around an oven?? Nobody ever told us not to have grease near our granite, or what to do to prevent grease stains. Absolute Granite said there is nothing they could do, and the sealing they do on the stone prior to delivery is for water and scratches only. We just spent 4000,00 on the granite, which now has hideous stains on it, and now there is nothing we can do about it according to them. They did suggest going online and looking for granite stain remover - wow - like we could not have done that ourselves? Do not plan on any assistance from this company once they are done installing.

What a total nightmare it was dealing with this company. To begin with communication is difficult at best, language barrier, communication to get them to answer the phone or return a call is nonexistent. This was by far the worst experience I have ever had, and I used to be in construction. I will not ever do business with this company again, there are so many other granite companies in the Lee County area, I will make sure to use anyone of them over these guys.

I am currently shopping for stone countertops for my kitchen. I was ready to use Rock Solid. Then, a friend told me to try Absolute Granite before placing my order. He used them for his kitchen and bathrooms for 2 condos that he had renovated. The sales lady at Absolute Granite seemed more intent on highlighting my ignorance, rather than making this sale an easy interaction. She actually shook her head 2 times while looking at my drawing, appearing just completely exasperated, by having to deal with me, "the untrained". She was almost appalled that I wanted to use backsplash instead of running the stone up the wall, (and shook her head again). I finally told her that "I seemed to have upset her morning and didn't want to irritate her any further". She dismissed me without hesitation... "Ok, have a good day" It was as if she went out of her way to communicate my insignificance to her. There were 2 companies that were able to give me a ballpark of pricing based on the rudimentary sketch of my kitchen and the stone that I selected (to be fine-tuned on the actual initial appointment) and if I didn't have enough information for her to do this... there are nice ways to say that. Maybe her time would be better spent honing her customer service skills, in lieu of perfecting her extremely long, non-functional, square tipped nails which scream "I am lady of leisure and I don't have to work for a living" Bottom line.... The cheapest advertising tool is JUST BE NICE.

Worst experience we have ever had with installers! They cracked the new backsplash then tried to hide it with glue. I caught them in the act and demanded a replacement. Later while all 3 sinks were disconnected the second installer absentmindedly turned the water back on outside to clean his equipment! My husband ran outside and shouted at the installer to turn the water off. Water went everywhere underneath both cabinet bases and into the wall. I used our good towels but there was too much water. My husband borrowed a wet vac to reach the standing water. The laminate particle board cabinet bases are ruined. We paid 40% down payment. We said would only pay "half" of the $575.00 due because of the water damage. Absolute Granite refused and would only compensate us with $100.00! Unless we pay them the remaining $475.00, they threatened us with a lien.

Do not use. Disaster installing my Pompeii quartz countertops throughout condo. General Contractor doing our condo remodel demanded we use Absolute Granite because they do quality job templating and installing. This was far from the truth. Horrific job of templating and worse job of cutting to the templates. Many edges were wavy and gaps filled in my wrong color caulking. In two sections of the kitchen, the countertops were too wide. Installers shoved the countertops into place cracking dry wall and bending and contorting the metal strips used by drywallers on wall corners. While they were shoving they damaged cabinetry underneath. Shavings of wood were all throughout my cabinets. In laundry room walls perfectly plumb. Their cutting was so off that they caulked up to 3/4" in places. No way to install a backsplash because the caulking would show. Had to have them install quartz curb to cover just barely the horrific errors they made. Went to use faucets in 3 bathroom sinks and they cut the faucet holes in the wrong places. Can't use the faucets because you can't get your hands under the water. You are washing your hands on top of the quartz and water runs all over the countertops. They used clear and white caulking throughout. The clear caulking makes all the joints look dirty all the time. They should have used the proper caulking color for the Pompeii quartz we purchased. I brought in other contractors to look at the job to make sure I wasn't being too picky. They were abhorred by what they saw. You can't make this nightmare up it is so bad.
