We had Absolute perfect service from start ti finish. Impeccable job of cutting granite to show its best qualities. Would recommend them in a heartbeat. We live out of state and working with them was seamless.

Absolute granite did our kitchen and it could not be more beautiful. When renovations moved outside, I naturally re-visited their expansive granite yard for slabs for the pool spillway and outdoor kitchen. Again, I am very happy with the quality of the product and workmanship and would recommend them.

Absolute Granite has a beautiful selection of granite. We shopped around an their prices were amazing. All of the employees were great to work with. Rita was so patient and knowledgeable. Eduardo was so efficient and dedicated, Renaldo was precise and an expert at his trade, and Gabe was so pleasant and let us be there to choose how we wanted out slab cut. In one week we choose our slv and they put it in. I can't recommend them enough.

We set an appt to come and pick out granite slab. It felt to us that is was to hot for the girl to even want to be out there while we were looking! She took nothing out to mark our slab, she said she would remember. When they arrived we could have sworn it wasn’t the one we picked out! They were installed in July! One slab didn’t fit correctly so they brought back another slab and the edge wasn’t cut correctly and finally after 3 returns it fit! Even during installation I inquired about it having a sealer on it as it seemed to be rough and very dull! They installer guaranteed me they were! We had left to go back north. I called about having someone come back and look at it as it seemed when a washcloth lay on there for sometime a dark spot appeared! The guys that installed it came back to look at it (I thought) they just brought in an old Lysol bottle with sealer in it and instantly poured it onto the counter and wiping it dry! We felt like it was a very quick fix for them. From what I understand when professional granite sealers scrape whatever could be on it off and then seal it. He told me also it could make a difference on whether it was a tier 1,2,3 etc! Also, it needed to be resealed every 6 mos! Was told I could get a 10 yr sealer at Lowe’s! So don’t buy a 1 or your granite will be dull and rough! Very disappointed! Would NEVER recommend them to my worst enemy!

This is a model service company. From the moment we were greeted with a smile in their showroom, to the uninterrupted time my wife and I had in their plentiful granite yard, to the free in-home measuring, to the hour long consultation in their granite yard to make sure they were cutting our granite slab with the patterns to our liking, to the 4 hour installation with 2 installers, to the beautiful finished product. The whole price took exactly 7 days! What is not to like about this company!

I would leave 0 stars if possible, I wish I had read the bad reviews on yelp for the horrible customer service before I hired this Family. I had them put in Quartz countertops and a Blanco composite sink in July. Six months later I had six chips in the sink. I called Jan 6,2022 . I was asked to send pictures, which I did . Carol said she would check about a warranty, I never heard back. Three weeks later I called and talked to Fernando, and he said he would call right back, he didnt. I called again ,they said they would come Friday, no one showed,called again, they sent Daniel on Monday, who brought stuff to try and scrub out chips but only ruined my black drain by scrubbing the finish off, then denied doing it . They claim that they had no idea the $600 sink they sell has no warranty because "they didn't make the product", which, to me, seems to be as if Target or Costco didn't take returns on Samsung products because "they didn't make the product". They offered to reimburse me $14 for the drain but it's the cost of hiring someone to take off disposal and drain and replacing that costs. I strive to go out of my way to support Family owned businesses even if they cost a little more but sometimes those businesses are only as good as the Family that owns them. Please check their Yelp reviews. Do yourself a favor and stay away from them!!!
