John Clark at Absolute was an answer to prayer! John was referred to me by the backsplash company (Custom Floors & More) that I used in Shiloh, IL. I had already gotten a lot of bids from other countertop companies. Absolute is affordable luxury. Their show room is extensive, their customer service is welcoming, and their personal investment is peaceful. John Clark also saved us money by encouraging us to do the prep work ourselves. He gave us advice to remove the planter shelf, which I was hesitant to do. But, we are so glad at how much more open that area is now without the planter shelf! Also, the sink that I had ordered was smaller than I needed. The digital measurement guy encouraged me to go bigger, and to try a different material that would match my appliances. I did what he said and we love our new, bigger sink! Absolute are experts in their field and they work fast and we had new kitchen counters in no time!

This was our second purchase from Absolute. John took care of us both times and he was awesome to work with. We were also impressed with everyone associated with our purchase. From the time we walked in, to the template guy and the installers. They were very professional, friendly and clean. We highly recommend them and look forward to our next purchase.

Sara was great to work with on the buy side of our purchase & the Absolute Granite techs did a nice job installing our vanity countertop, shower seat, and tub deck surround including a follow-up visit to fine-tune the holes for placement of the vanity faucets. We chose Absolute because they came well recommended, knowledgeable and helpful in the process, and were competitive on cost.

We have used Absolute Granite 3 times. Most recently we.finished our basement and needed countertops for a bar area. Everyone at Absolute was great to work with from the salesman to the installers! They have a great selection of countertops to pick from and the service is terrific. We won't go anywhere else for granite!

The countertops we ordered from Absolute are beautiful! The entire experience of selecting the granite, having measurements taken and installation was handled professionally. Everyone was so helpful and informative that I would go back and order from Absolute again and advise friends and family to contact them for any needs they might have. The prices are also reasonable. My choice to go with Absolute Granite was random and I was apprehensive not knowing the quality of their work and how prompt the work would be done even after Sara said the whole process would take three approx. weeks. I was pleasently surprised and pleased with the results as the process was simple just as scheduled. I could not be happier with my granite countertops. Absolute is a family owned and operated business and they know what they are doing. The sales team and installers could not have been nicer and they were great to work with. My husband and I had a great experience at Absolute recently for our outdoor kitchen. Everyone from the sales team to the install team were professional, knowledgeable, and communicative. Our installation actually happened earlier than scheduled, which was amazing. I felt like the pricing was transparent, which was different than previous experiences at granite/marble places. We had a good amount of options, but never felt overwhelmed. The whole experience was easy and seamless, and I am not referring friends there, also :)

They have a good selection of Granite. The prices are a bit high but reasonable. The sales staff is nice. We ended up buying granite for our kitchen. Unfortunately, when the guy came to make the templates he was not clear that some of the wall cabinets should be removed so the countertops could be installed. Keep in mind the cabinets were installed by the cabinet makers who were also never told by Absolute that having them installed might be an issue. So after two weeks of waiting for countertops, the installers show up and say that they cannot install one of the countertops and that the cabinets need removing. Then the lying started, the installers indicated they could come back whenever we got the cabinets taken down, oh but they did not mention the additional installation cost. Oh and the guy who came to make the templates insisted he told my wife that "those cabinets need to be taken down." So when my cabinet installer was able to coordinate a day where he could come in the morning to take down the cabinets and wait for Absolute to install the countertop so he could then reinstall the cabinets, Absolute's installers were 45 minutes late. Then they were in no hurry to get it done as it was their only installation for the day. So they made everyone sit on their hands while they took nearly 2 hours to install one countertop! I would not recommend this company for your countertop needs.
