Peter did a major sub-floor repair in our bathroom. Both sub-floor and new flooring. His work was unbeatable, he did an excellent job. Fifi, did the paperwork including insurance, billing and scheduling. The whole experience was fantastic.

We were updating our OLD fireplace surround and Charlie and Fifi showed me products that we never would have considered! Followed their advice and it turned out beautifully. Then we had them refinish our hardwood flooring. All the contractors showed up on time and did a professional job. Our floors look brand new--and we updated the color to coordinate with our new fireplace! I will definitely work with Fifi on our next project!

The wife and I decided to replace our carpet with LVP. We live in a tri level with a lot of stairs, we also have a stair lift installed. We knew that it would a difficult install. FiFi was super helpful and took care of everything. Once I signed the contract the install crew was here within one week. They did excellent work, and were super efficient. I would highly recommend if you have a difficult project to talk to FiFi first.

Fifi at Abbey Carpet is the beast. All the others we tried were a train wreck, They either over-charged, couldn't measure accurately (100 sq ft off), said delivery and installation would take at least a month, or did no4t follow up. Fifi had the best price for exactly what we wanted. Fifi showed up when she said she would. If you need flooring, call Fifi at Abbey Carpet. Thank you Fifi.

I went into Abbey Flooring today to see what the options would be for a master bathroom. So many options!! The selection was incredible. The quality of the porcelain and ceramic tile is much better than the tile I was finding at other places. Charlie, the owner, was so helpful and kind. He has lots of suggestions and knows what he's talking about. I feel very confident recommending this business.

We were looking for a tile back splash in the kitchen and visited one of the chain stores and a locally owned shop that had nice selections of tiles but we decided to buy from Abbey Carpet & Floor of Roseville because their selection of tiles matched the others and their family friendly, personal attention to our desires was superior. A friend also highly endorsed them based on work they did for her. The owner, Charlie, came to our home to see what we wanted in our kitchen and to make the estimate. The installer was equally superb in his timeliness, work and professionalism with a friendly personality. We highly recommend this family owned shop for all of your tile, carpet, and flooring needs.

We had a great experience with Abbey Carpet. Sarkis came by to take all the measurements and explain how the carpets would be laid out based on the size and shape of our rooms. We were in a bit of a time crunch to get the carpet in and he did everything possible to schedule our installation as soon as possible. He had some great suggestions for colors and carpet types based on our conversation and the installation went great! We are so happy with our new carpets!

Thank you Abbey Carpet, Sarkis and the installer Larry! We called the store on Thursday, Sarkis came out the next day, last Friday, the 10th of May, 2019. Quote us a great price and it was installed today Wednesday the 15th of May. What outstanding service that is! We had other bids and the more that we talked to the company it kept going up in SQF and price. But when questioned on why they were measuring more SQF than the room was, "We'll get back to you." Sarkis came in, measured the area and agreed right there how to get the correct SQF that we were battling the other company with on the spot. Thank You!

Excellent service with fair pricing! Husband was able to find co. and super glad he did. We couldn't get the carpet installed until a month later. We were doing a DIY laminate installation so our carpet installation needed to be delayed. Abbey Carpet & Floor (Sarkis) worked with us with storing our carpet that we got for a super sweet deal and was patient with getting us scheduled right away when we were ready. Installation was super fast too! Happy with Larry's work! Our four bedrooms feel/look so much nicer with the new soft carpet. Larry did an excellent job on installation and husband and I are super happy with it. Will definitely recommend business to friends and family.

Sarkis (one of the owners) is very professional. I had two houses to sell in Lincoln and my carpet cleaner talked me into cleaning the carpets on the first one, to which I agreed, even though Sarkis recommended replacing the carpet (but no high pressure tactics). Cleaning never really works that well, but I did sell the house. However, I used Sarkis for the second house and his installers did a great job and the house sold at full price the day after it was listed. I realized the new carpet smell and the fresh look went a long way toward improving the appeal of the property. I am 100% satisfied with Abbey Carpet. They had the best price, the best service (couldn't even get an answer when calling back Home Depot....press 1, press 3, leave a message, augh) and ultimately, dealing with Sarkis made my life better. Thank you Abbey Carpet.

I considered product and pricing at Abbey Carpet & Floor, Home Depot and 916 Flooring. Abbey Carpet was more expensive than Home Depot but Home Depot did not have nice enough product and I was warry about contractors. Abbey had plenty of vinyl hardwood product choices. Sarkis the salesman helped me match products and has a great eye for color and style. The job was planned for 3 days and it took 3 days. I am happy with the workmanship and the product I chose (Armstrong). I asked a lot of questions and Sarkis was there to help.

We did our research before we ever set foot in a carpet store. This one made the short list easily. Once we visited the store we were very impressed. The selection of carpet was good and the price quite fair, but what really sold us was Larry. He had the depth of knowledge that can only come from decades of experience and the enthusiasm that comes from really liking what you do. This positive experience continued throughout the installation. Everyone work very hard and did a great job carpeting our house. I can not say one bad thing about this company and its workers.

Larry Panfalone (co-owner) is an amazing craftsman. He created a masterpiece of a natural stone tile floor in my small bathroom. He made everything perfect, even when working with the small stones, cuts, accent pieces on an uneven floor. I was thinking about trying to do the project myself, and even though I could have, it would not have looked nearly as good as what Abbey Carpets installed. Well worth the money (which was very fair anyway)

we had a good experience with Abby Carpet. The owner (Charley) is an expert in design and knows what works. I had two projects running consecutively: Replacing the carpet upstairs in the hallway, stairs and master bedroom. The second project was to replace the kitchen countertops. They store has a large selection of wood floors and we were finally able to find a matching countertop that would go well with the floor we had previously installed the year before (by another company). The flooring person was a master craftsman. He took his time, but the stairs (for example) were crafted perfectly. He had an eye for working, especially the first step, which was complicated, to say the least. The countertop was well installed. As you may see from the picture, the splash was designed for tile. The tile man was also a master in his craft. Very detailed oriented (he had to navigate several outlets). Very friendly and serious about his work.

When we first appeared at Abbey they were professional as well as prompt. Good prices. Guys show up for install and did an excellent job. Then the problems started with floor being lower than first thought and trim not able to be dropped. Tried calling Abbey carpet as this was discussed prior to installation with the assurance that this wouldn't happen. Wait two hours no return call. Installation guy pretty much just sitting around. Anyway never ever got a call back or had anyone check on installation. Not happy witt Very unhappy with the company and lack of response. Either they need more people or better communication. Would not use them again because of this.

I initially hired Charlie Anon to install new countertop, backsplash, and flooring. The process did not go well and i ended up canceling the floor and backsplash. He failed in professionalism, honesty, communication, time frames, and quality of workmanship (the seams in granite countertop are obvious and did not replace moisture barrier trim that was removed by them). I had to file a complaint with the Contractors State License Board in order to get my down payment back. (Note: He requires 50% down which is excessive according to Contractors Board.) The Contractors Board determined that he "was responsible for one or more possible violations of the California Business and Professions Code.". The Contractors Board sent him an advisory notice which explains the nature of the concerns and emphasizes the importance of proper conduct. He was told that he cannot use the name and reputation of Abbey Carpet. When I hired him I thought I was dealing with the Abbey Carpet who had been in business in Roseville for over 30 years and had an excellent reputation. Instead I found out that I was dealing with a company by the name of Floors Design Outlet*Floors Designs & More Inc. who moved here from Stockton a few years ago. In summary, Mr. Anon is smooth fast talker who promises you the moon without delivering it. My advice is to stay away.

A family member highly recommended Abbey Carpet. Because I was pressed for time, I requested a quote online through their website for carpet for three bedrooms. This was on May 12, 2018. I received no response. This Saturday, May 19, 2018, my husband and I drove to their store and promptly arrived at 10:00 am. Their website and times posted on their window say they are open Saturdays from 10:00 am to 2:00 pm. The oval neon sign in the window was lit up showing "OPEN", however the door was locked. I thought, well maybe the time on my phone is a few minutes faster then their time. So we waited 5 more minutes. Still did not see anyone in the store. I decided to try calling. No one picked up, my call went to voicemail. I didn't bother leaving a voicemail. Apparently, they are doing so well, they do not need or want my business. Needless to say, we will buy our carpet elsewhere.

I find it odd that the front page of their website shows a dog and children on carpet. I bought HIGH END carpet from Abby as a REPEAT client. I noticed the carpet I purchased LITTERALLY falling apart day after day before my eyes. Each time I vacuum, it will pull a strand that has left tears all over my family room. I am to the point that I can no longer vacuum. I called Abby carpet out who then called Cambridge out. THEIR EXPERT IDIOT did his analysis and I received a letter two weeks later that "outside" influences" were causing the breakdown of my 2 year old carpet....hmmmm...no mack truck drove thru my home so I will assume he meant my Border Collies. I was not aware I should not own pets. Odd, the other high end carpet by another manufacturer is in pristine condition......ABBY should stand by the product. I am disgusted and angry.
