*** update- walls cracking, molding coming apart, hardware falling off walls, ceiling has big long crack too. Looking worse and worse as time goes on. So sorry we ever used this company. If I could do it over , i would definitely use a different company even if it cost a lot more. Horrible experience that keeps getting worse as a daily reminder This company is very unorganized and workmanship is very poor. Owner wally is terrible in regards to follow up and getting workers to show up. He pulls them for other projects Eta given for remodel was way longer than expected. Many issues found after completion. Sorry we used them. Workers rude , messy and unprofessional

Spoke to them on the phone. Sent emails and photos. Discussed, in depth, what we would like to have done and after nearly three weeks later have not heard word one. We took our business elsewhere. To be clear, it was for a residential job and I spoke to the owner, Jesse. This business likes to contradict every complaint by accusing the reviewer of mistaken identity. I would highly recommend using someone else.

I just had A to Z Bathroom and Kitchen Gallery design and demolish and retile our primary bedroom shower and they did a nice job and stand by their work. Their designer Jessie is fantastic! She’s experienced, very reliable and responsive and really helped me decide what I wanted to do and helped me to select materials and plumbing supplies. She used a computer program to show us a 3D drawing of what the remodel world look like. The work itself came out great was a little problematic along the way- they hired a sub contractor to do the work and I couldn’t communicate w him bc I don’t speak Spanish and he didn’t ask me some important questions like how high to put the shower head (so he had to pull out the original installation but he fixed it at the direction of the owner Wally who gets hands on during installation). The sub also repainted the bathroom and did not do to my satisfaction (sloppy and painted right over picture hooks instead of removing and patching). But Wally sent in another painter to redo which was good. The cleanup had a lot to be desired - I would have expected the company to fully clean all of the dust and paint etc after completing the job but didn’t and when I asked them to do so, I got pushback. Overall though, I recommend the company - be careful there’s another a to z in plantation that I thought was this company (that had been recommended) and they didn’t bother letting me know that it was the wrong company. I don’t know if they are any good, but I didn’t like the operation (asked for cash under the table for a discount, etc.). Make sure you call the a to z in Pembroke Pines.

I have worked with A to Z Kitchen and Bath on two remodels and they have done great work. Most recently I had to have some of the vanity drawers readjusted in our bathroom and they came out and did the adjustment. Wally and his team are great. Especially Rusty who came out to make this minor adjustment. I highly recommend them.

We are loving our new, updated kitchen! It was a pleasure working with Jessie, Rusty, and Wally to remove our 30-year-old kitchen and replace it with custom cabinets full of storage space, gorgeous quartzite counters, and a deep farmhouse sink. In spite of the pandemic Wally found a second sink to replace the one that arrived with a crack. Jessie helped design a super efficient kitchen and offered lots of info to help us keep it looking fresh and new. And Rusty was a pleasure to have in our home—he's a perfectionist, a jack-of-many-trades, and our dog's new best friend. All the workers that came in for demo, countertops, and backsplash were friendly and efficient. The A to Z showroom offers a wide range of cabinets, counters, hardware and accessories to select from. We're really happy with the overall outcome.

I have nothing but great things to say about AtoZ. Jessie is wonderful and Wally was so patient because they discovered a leak while doing repairs, that God because it saved me from getting the job done and having a leak later. I had to have all of my pipes replaced. My kitchen is beautiful and the entire team was just great. I highly recommend AtoZ, you will not be disappointed!

Posted on Angi’s list the two projects I’m seeking services for. This company responded immediately. Marina called and her first right out of the “horse race gate questions were “we have two financing packages available, and we have to pull your credit” I felt very uneasy and responded accordingly. First, This is too aggressive. Not everyone finances projects and I stated that I do not give personal information to have my credit run and pulled for review if I wasn’t Financing, and no, this isn’t an insurance claim issue either. Even though it would be a cash transaction, she insisted on knowing my credit score for her records. Hmm… After this was settled and I provided my outstanding score with proof I can show the visiting rep, she schedules what I think is the consultant visit. Consultant came today and it wasn’t even a designer or the “engineer behind the curtain” he kept texting with. All this person (Daniel, courteous and respectful but simply following the company VERY UNPROFESSIONAL process as follows) did, was ask me if I had pics of what I had in mind so he can send them via what’s app to the engineer who will advise him “live” what the estimate price will be for my two projects. I told Daniel that product quality would naturally sway estimates and would we discuss those items. He said no, that the estimate would include every single type of quality, whether it be stone or quartz tops, acrylic vs non acrylic free standing tubs, whether pipes have to be relocated or not. I immediately noticed that this company was simply seeking a flat minimum price they’re willing to work for and as usual, the customer would get the raw end of the deal. I ended the session by not asking anymore product details. Daniel texted his engineer behind the curtain and said he had the final price for each project which were at the HIGHEST end of the spectrum. I was EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED that simple product quality and spec questions couldn’t be answered. Daniel said that once I sign the contract with him, the engineer would return to tell me what can and cannot be done. Who in their right mind works this way? Customers are sick and tired of the remodeling industry contractors that think that one doesn’t have purchasing power and one is fool enough to accept quotes without knowing what one gets for the price. The prices quoted were astronomically high without any substantive merit or calculated support. I leave this review so that people can perform the proper due diligence when hiring remodeling “experts.” I could have sent the pics directly to the engineer myself and my time is just as precious as yours. You’re not doing me the favor but the other way around. Please DO NOT waste our time with these games- It’s unwarranted, unprofessional and intolerable. My credit is outstanding but it doesn’t mean I want to finance home improvement projects and you don’t need to know this unless I sign a contract! And finally, I get to tell you what quality items I want for my project so you can give me the price. You don’t get to pull the price out of thin air and then tell me what I can get for the minimum price you have set for yourself; which we all know you will go out and subcontract. I can do that myself.

A2Z recently remodeled our kitchen with custom cabinets & quartz countertops and lots of extra storage. We are so pleased with how the project went from start to finish & we are loving our beautiful new kitchen . Rodrigo did a great job helping us design our dream kitchen, Rusty installed everything so meticulously and Wally coordinated everything and kept us informed of the work schedule every step of the way. In fact our kitchen was completed in 1 month & everything went very smoothly. This is our 3rd project with them as we previously remodeled 2 bathrooms . We had a remarkable experience with A to Z Kitchen and Bath Gallery. Dan met all of our design requirements for our kitchen. Rusty arrived every day on time and no later than 9am and he worked all day! He also kept the area as clear and clean as possible. Wally managed the project and was very precise with the timeline for this project! Very happy with our beautiful kitchen and highly recommend them for professional kitchen and bath remodels! We recently contracted them to install cabinetry in our family room to match our kitchen and plan to use them at some point in the future for our master bath remodel. This company is top notch. This is our second time using them. They remodeled our kitchen in our previous home. We shopped around and compared other companies but AtoZ was the best quality of product, time of project and cost estimate for our new kitchen in our current home. From the first moment in their showroom to the final day of the remodel our experience was smooth. Wally, Bill and Rusty were hands on the whole process. Bill was our salesman, he came out many times to inspect the project. Wally the owner was great at adding his tips for items that work best with our design. He also was on top of the schedule and he too came out often to see how things were progressing. Rusty is phenomenal! He was the one to layout our design. He prepped the area for the cabinets, he is so detail oriented which set a tone of trust and beauty in our kitchen. Rusty was always on time and cleaned up the workspace daily. Rusty has a knowledge of all aspects from carpentry to electrical to tile to spatial design. He made sure we were on track with finishing touches and even offered his opinion which helped when we were undecided on some small items. I would recommend this team and company to those who are looking for quality wood cabinets that will last and are cost conscious.

I had a lot of water damage to my home and needed bathroom and some drywall repair. Met with quite a few contractors. My anxiety level was high to say the least until I met A2Z. Jessie was professional and helped me with my selections. Evan has been doing the work in my house and I am so pleased with his skill. He is also the most polite person you will ever meet. Wally has been so good to me and my family. I can't wait until all the work is complete so I can post the before and after pictures.

We just completed a total master bath remodel with A to Z and are very pleased with the outcome. They did a fantastic job, we love how the bath turned out and their professionalism was top notch. We worked with Rodrigo in the showroom to build the model and Amauri and Andy were the two installers who came to our house. They were there for nearly 4 weeks as it was a decent remodel. They were so pleasant, courteous and professional during their time here. They were extra careful with our dog and cat as they were opening and closing the door to the garage to bring things in and out. We really appreciated that! After the job was complete, they gave us a chance to look things over and came back out to touch up a few things before collecting the final payment. My husband was so impressed, he asked for an on the spot quote for our downstairs bath which we weren't even planning on remodeling in the near future. We are planning on tackling our kitchen next though and we will definitely be calling A to Z. Thank you!

This company is a Kitchen and Bath Gallery, they hold your hand from a to z like the name says. They worked with me on a kitchen and bathroom project and they were amazing. Its hard to believe that small companies like this one, still holding up after this economy and they make effort to comply and to serve. I will recomend it to any body that is looking for this t ype of service.

Used A2Z for bathroom update: replaced floor tile, vanity, mirrors. All went well. Easy to work with. Comfortable with the workers who spent several days in my home. One problem: less than 1 year later our toilet, which was pulled and reset by the tile installer, started leaking through to the family room ceiling. Called plumber who said toilet was set with a "flimsy" wax seal which caused the leak. Plumber fixed the problem, we patched the hole in the ceiling but still need to repaint. INSIST on a top of line seal for your toilet.

This company renovated my friend's bathroom, so I was looking forward to using them for mine. However, when I was ready, I called them to start the process. They said that they needed to send someone to come and measure my bathroom and they would call back to schedule. I never heard from them again. Too bad. I guess they don't need my business.

They left a wide gap between sink and granite. One side of counter higher than the other. Sink doesn't align with cut out. Wally said cannot be fixed. Charged full price and was nasty.

We had a HORRIBLE experience with A to Z kitchen and bath. DO NO GO THERE AND DO NOT BUY FROM THEM! They lied and told us 4 weeks from start to finish and it actually took 8 weeks to get my bathroom vanity in and completed. They over inflate the prices by a lot over regular retail price. Wish I checked their prices right away but I did not for 3 weeks and when I looked at the same items on lowes, Home Depot, and amazon, I was furious! I asked to cancel most of the items and they wanted to charge me a 25% restocking fee....however that is on the overpriced sell price and not their cost price. After I cancelled half the order all of a sudden it is now a 8 week delivery and I had already scheduled my contractor for the 4 week time frame. They don't return calls and they were very NASTY to us when we did get them on the phone or we had to physically go there to get an answer. Not a good way you build repeat business! I am extremely Unsatisfied in Pembroke Pines.

Kitchen started June 2016. Its now almost Christmas 2016 and it's still not complete. Improper measurements taken and cabinets will have to be replaced. Wally keeps putting off doing the repairs with excuse after excuse. It takes two months to get a replacement cabinet? Now the quartz is on back order? Should have known it was going to be bad when a subcontractor showed up to do the work. If they tell you they do not use subs don't believe them!! Looks like this will probably end up in court. Buyers beware!!!
