We needed a rush job and 5 star came through. We had a family member in hospice and while she was out of the room we needed the carpet replaced with vinyl plank. They helped out pick out the perfect floor (thanks Dana), the estimator came out Tuesday, the installer came out Wednesday and we had a floor for when our family member came home from the hospital on Thursday. I cannot recommend them enough. They bent over backwards for us. We used them 7 years ago for the house and we’d always go back to them. Highly recommend.

The customer service and installation were top notch. Sam was extremely helpful and patient in helping me select the right flooring, and was able to accommodate my tight installation schedule. Emily communicated installation details daily so I always knew what to expect. I will definitely use them again for my next project!

From start to finish 5-Star floor has been amazing. We visited other stores and found the staff had almost zero product knowledge and even less idea of how to give a consultation. Hala and her staff on the other hand treated us like we were the only customers for the year. She was very pleasant, extremely knowledgeable and did not rush any aspect. In fact, we received numerous calls well before the installation to confirm each aspect discussed to ensure no changes were made/required. Further, she, the staff and installers integrated with our builder in a very efficient manner that resulted in zero delays or mistakes. I would not hesitate to use 5 Star floors and recommend anyone who is building or remodeling to see for yourself. I do not see anyone providing better service and quality than 5 Star Floors.

We needed to remodel two bathrooms in our home and decided to try out this company. We were really impressed with their service and how easy it was to get everything done. We worked with Samantha and a rep at the store. They were able to help us pick out the flooring and tile we wanted. They let us take samples home to decided on what we wanted. I really liked the work done by Jose. He was very professional, came on time and worked the entire time to get everything done. What I liked the best is that he would ask me questions on what I preferred before doing something. I would highly recommend this company for anyone thinking of getting tile done in their home. We will definitely be using them in the future.

Very bad job from this store. I paid them to install new carpet on my house in 2021. Let them take care of it while I'm work out of town. Couple months later the carpet got some wrinkles. Very disappointed with their contractors. Please see photos. Never left the job unsupervised from any contractor again.

The process of buying and installation was superb!!! My husband and I took several months to decide on engineered wood floor. Samantha at Five Star Floors in League City was always very patient and attentive. She never rushed us, but would respectfully give her opinion on the quality of the floor we were looking at. She let us take as many samples home as I wanted. She would also beat any prices if we saw prices cheaper somewhere else (although that didn't happen often). She would also, without asking, try to get us the cheapest price on the floor by calling the floor vendor. She also worked with us when we had some unusual installation request. When we install tile in our kitchen and bathrooms, we will absolutely use them again. Also, did I mention that they removed carpet, leveled the floor, and installed glued-down engineered on 2200 sq ft in 4 days?!!!! The guys worked so hard and were so professional. Oh, and they moved all the furniture themselves! If you choose them, you will not be disappointed.

We wanted to replace about 1,200 sq foot of old carpet downstairs. We tried getting quotes and dealing with large box store retailers, but did not have a good experience. We decided to get a quote from Five Star because they were local and close to our home. Samantha came out and was very professional. She quickly measured and made the entire process a pleasant experience. She promptly provided us with a reasonable quote, everything was handled by docusign, and they scheduled the work the next week. The crew arrived on time, helped move furniture, and quickly removed all our old carpet. They leveled the floors and had the entire install completed in two days. The crew was very professional, hard working, and meticulous. They did a great job on our floors. I will be using Five Star Flooring for all my flooring and bathroom renovations moving forward. We had a wonderful experience with Five Star Floors. While we originally had samples and estimates from another large company, we decided to check them out as they were right around the corner. Kelley did a great job in helping us select the tile that matched what we liked in the sample we had, as well as giving us guidance on other color considerations throughout our home. We stressed that we wanted to have the install done quickly as we were going back to our office jobs, and the team was great on getting the material in and scheduling the install within a week and a half. The install was completed in about 2-3 days, and the installers were courteous and careful, covering most of our surfaces before beginning, and leaving no mess when they finished up. We couldn’t be happier with the finish and workmanship, and with our dealings with Five Star Floors.
