The team also conducted a full device test, resolving any bugs, including those found in Safari, ensuring a seamless experience for all users. Additionally, we made strides in integrating a robust CRM system, which will allow us to efficiently handle and manage data from thousands of contractors.

Designing a Better Experience

A major highlight this week was the completion of a new contractor profile card prototype, designed to simplify the user experience. Our design team worked tirelessly to ensure the card not only looks appealing but also provides all necessary information in a clear and accessible way. This week, we also revamped our social media approach. We transitioned our social media management in-house, with our specialist, Vicky, taking charge. The results have been fantastic. Our Pinterest has already undergone a transformation, and Vicky is currently fine-tuning our presence on Instagram and Facebook to better showcase the high-quality work of contractors featured on our platform.

SEO Strategy — Reaching for the Top

In SEO, we’ve made considerable progress. Our new SEO specialist conducted a thorough audit of the site and identified key areas for improvement. These issues are already being addressed by our development team.

We are on track to break into the Top 10 search results for cities across the U.S., and we’ve already reached Top 20 rankings in many locations. These improvements are helping both customers and contractors alike — customers find trusted contractors more easily, while contractors benefit from increased visibility and client engagement.

Ensuring Accuracy with Our Secret Shopper Program

This week, we focused on quality control. Anna, one of our analysts, has been busy verifying data collected by our Secret Shopper program. By cross-referencing call recordings, checking pricing details, and making necessary corrections, we’re able to ensure the accuracy of our contractor evaluations.

This effort underscores our commitment to providing transparent, trustworthy rankings that users can rely on.

Facing Challenges Head-On
