Dmitry Fedotov
Dmitry Fedotov is a software engineer and team leader with more than 30 years of experience in development. He began his career in 1994 as one of the early wave of professional programmers and is the main author of this project’s codebase. His focus is on backend development, system architecture, and building reliable, scalable solutions, while also mentoring and guiding a team of developers.
With an academic background in applied mathematics, aerospace physics, and advanced mathematical research, Dmitry brings a deep analytical foundation to his work. He has a strong interest in big data and enjoys exploring how complex information can be transformed into practical insights. He also shares his expertise by writing articles on software engineering, artificial intelligence, mathematics, and psychology.
Outside of work, Dmitry enjoys literature, playing the piano, and experimenting with cuisines from around the world. Cooking is one of his creative outlets, and he approaches it with the same curiosity and precision that he brings to his technical projects.
He lives with his wife, a fashion designer, and together they are raising three children. Fluent in several languages, Dmitry thrives in diverse, multicultural environments and believes that communication is just as important as code.
