I would hire them again. Basically, because the people I've worked with at OTW Inc. Ceramic Tile for Less have been so understanding of me being an artistic person. They're very easy to work with. Also, I feel like I can leave and I don't have any qualms with him working by himself here while I was away.

While searching for tiles for my bathroom remodel, this was one of the places I checked out. This is a nice but small place with tiles layed out onto tables to look at. These tiles are actually available in the store and can be purchased right away, which is great if you are in a rush! Also, one of the guys who was helping me just simply let me borrow a tile so that I can take it home to see how it looks with other things in my bathroom, this was a surprise because other tile places will not let you borrow a tile until you leave a deposit or give them your credit card info. Although I did not end up buying my tiles from here, I would still highly recommend it!

Never let OTW use their installers for your tile or laminate flooring! Manny recommended an installer named Gilbert so I used him. The installer did a terrible job, and lied about what was involved in the installation causing the charge to be much more than it should have been.

We accompanied my mom to purchase tile for her bathroom & the staff was incredibly helpful & kind to her as they helped her design her tile pieces. We were very impressed. My husband and I will be returning for our own next kitchen remodel. You don't have to drive to State College in O.C. for great selection and low prices, just come to OTW in Whittier!
