They don’t sell to the public but they have a great showroom, a lot of different options to look at and design tools to see how the countertop will look like installed. Highly recommend to go if you are looking for a good countertop or tile

Great place recommended by our supplier Transworld Tile. They we correct, large place, spotless and very health and safety oriented. We had our temperatures taken and wore hard hats in the slab area. Maria Morris led us around and we found the exact slabs we wanted and they were put on hold for us by email to our supplier on the spot. Maria also showed us backsplash tiles and made recommendations. We ordered those also. We were never rushed. Leaving there with great selections was a load off our shoulders. We smiled all the way home.

Wonderful store, with lots of choices for countertops. need to improve the choices for flooring though Overall the store is clean and very organized. it was nice to be able to see the material in large slabs.

We walked into the showroom needing to decide on flooring throughout our house and new tile in three separate bathrooms. They had lots of choices and it would have been overwhelming had it not been for the staff who helped us. Dave G was so patient and helpful, answering our questions and carefully offering suggestions when needed. A great experience overall.

After going to great lengths to pick the perfect slab for our kitchen, massive negligence took place on the part of MSI. The stone we put on hold was not what was eventually sold to our fabricator. How was he to know having provided them the exact skew? To our surprise when we walked in to see our new kitchen, the color and look of the counters was not what we expected. Crushed! Upon contacting MSI they informed us our held slabs had been sold to another company AFTER the date our fabricator picked up ours. Literally how??? Why did an employee provide a different stone when they were sitting in the showroom at the time of pickup? A relationship with a longtime customer that took precedence? Overall, this cost us over 35k for corrections, construction delays and immense hassle and stress. Further MSI refuses to take accountability which means we will be hiring a lawyer and filing a claim in order to recoup the costs.

I have tried for 3 weeks to reach someone at this company to let them know the tile is discoloring and NO ONE will call me back. The route their calls to India and the reps job appears to be to shoe you off so you can't speak to someone. Expensive and terrible customer service. Buy your tile elsewherewhere.

Showed up without an appointment, and Nancy did an amazing job taking us through all the countertop and slab options, explaining pros and cons, care requirements, even advising on color scheme. I highly recommend!!

Amazing customer service and great selection. Absolutely the best sales person Andrew Insan. He went out of his way to accommodate me with my order. I had the best experience with MSI. Definitely recommend MSI.
