I walked into Gallery 41 not knowing what to expect. Wow, was I ever surprised. They have everything you would ever need to remodel your kitchen or bathroom. I’m in the process of remodeling my master bathroom so this was perfect for me. One of their designers, Karina, offered to show me around and asked what I was looking for. She quickly started drawing. She was listening to my wants and needs and putting it down on paper!! Just like their name states they help you design your remodel. This is a service they provide if you purchase from them. If that wasn’t enough their products: tile, slabs, plumbing fixtures and cabinets are beautiful and first rate. Amazing showroom with a variety of bathroom and kitchen styles. Staff was very helpful without being intrusive. They also offer design services and recommended local contractors.

Not only did Andrew make me feel that my needs were important, he quickly honed in on the perfect tile for my bathroom project, and then another, and then another....... All were out of stock or had 6-8 week lead times. Undeterred, he kept finding alternatives and when we discovered one that was in stock, he managed to have my order included in the current weekly delivery from the vendor, so I only had to wait a few days to receive my product. His design ideas are excellent and he made a normally exhausting chore a delight. PLUS, the tile was ON SALE! Gallery 41 is the best!

This place is amazing! This is the largest tile place in Santa Rosa by far and yet I had not heard of it. I hope the store thinks about getting some web marketing assistance. When you search for Tile Store in Santa Rosa, based on the variety and volume this store has, it should be the first one that comes up. They have a large showroom up front and then in the back there are several rooms where tile is artfully displayed. Two very knowledgeable tile experts took time to help me and gave me valuable advice on my project. Prices seemed comparable but yet the store feels very high end because of. Tile tile tile… everywhere to choose from. They allowed me to take some samples home with me which has been super helpful. I promise I’ll have them back tomorrow!!
