Our countertop fabricator recommended that we visit Encore to see slabs in person before deciding on what we wanted. We visited Encore and Jason walked us through each aisle and was very informative and educated on the different types of materials and slabs that they had for sale. We saw one that we loved and the process for purchasing was easy and fast! They delivered it to our fabricator and we couldn't be happier with our experience at Encore.

My sister and I visited Encore Stone Studio while I was having my kitchen remodeled and this was the best shopping experience! Marty Balencie took us under his wing as we explained what I was looking for. He took us to see their entire inventory and whenever we asked about a certain one, he was quickly able to answer. We went up and down the aisles several times while he never once tried to hurry us along. I chose a beautiful blue piece of marble and it was a little outside of my style but I thought it was just a real eye-catcher. Now that it has been installed, I know that I absolutely made the right choice. I would go back there again due to their friendliness, patience and assistance. They made it so easy and the price was great! Five stars in my book!

My husband and I had a wonderful experience with Hope at Pacific Shores ! She was patient and educated us on the different stones as we walked through the fantastic warehouse. So clean and tons of choices to see. After going home and “digesting” all we learned, we went back to meet with Hope a second time and found the perfect slab for our home! We are very excited to see it when it’s all installed. Highly recommend the selection ,helpfulness, and professionalism that you will find at Pacific Shores.

What a great experience we had with Hope & Roger! They were so awesome and helpful with helping us pick out the perfect slab of granite. After multiple trips there and indecisiveness on our part, they did not pressure us at all (like other competitors) but instead were so friendly, understanding of our needs and knowledgeable. We appreciate their assistance so much and will tell all our friends about them for their future needs!

Currently doing a new build and Encore was the 3rd place I visited. The moment I walked in Camille was so inviting and prompt. Though I did not purchase that day Camille and I had direct communications through out the weeks. Again she was very prompt on questions, pictures, and videos which was great due to living an hour away. BUT Camille went the extra mile— and as a business owner myself with limited schedule— she came on her off day just to make sure I was taken care of. Regardless if I bought 1 slab or 10, I know for a fact she would have given the same customer service because she did not know me from Sally. When I came in today Camille had all the slabs lined up that I wanted to see in person. Now a gentleman name Roger was there who had the same professionalism and knowledge. As I was looking at the slabs he gave great feedback on measurements on kitchen or bathroom space. Today was a breathe of fresh air and I could not have wished for a better experience.

Working with the team at Encore was a fantastic experience. Everyone was knowledgeable and patient with helping me choose the right stone for my project.

Roger was incredible to work with! My husband works late hours and he was always willing to work with us or stay longer so we could look at new slabs! He is great at what he does and helped us find the perfect slabs for our new home! We could not be more pleased with the care we received during the process! I highly recommend going to see him!
