Amazing service and total customer satisfaction. The lady helping me was amazing and allow me choose anything I want Also offered me to let her know if I did not like anything and they will wait when the next lot will come to offer me more Out of the service.

took a minute before acknowledging my wife and I in the showroom then helped but many samples ( 3 0f 4 not available) they said they would send samples didn't happen. Had to call & ask again, they apparently had no record of me...supposedly I will get samples next week but I'm not holding my breath.

I came to Arizona tile to check out some granite for an outdoor project I am doing. The staff was extremely nice and professional. I inquired about granite on sale in the front of the store and was told the granite was not cut from the same slab so they could not guarantee matching. I found two separate pieces of granite that looked exactly the same but they were cut from different slabs. The staff didn't rush to sell me the same slab cuts, they actually took the time to put the two pieces of granite side by side so I could get a better view. I picked the two pieces of granite for my project and the staff got it all set up for delivery. Excellent customer service. I have a few more projects and will definitely be back!

Ordered an upgrade for my new house. When we went to select slabs there was no option other than the 3 they showed and it was supposedly a 3 slab job so we didn't get to pick one from another. There were stains on the slab that we "X"ed off for them not to use. When we went to view the house both spots we told them not to use are installed. Now they are refusing to replace. Would never use them again.

I love this place. Their staff is always very friendly and helpful. Once I accidentally ordered the wrong size tile and they took it back and replaced it without a restock fee.

The Livermore Arizona Tile has a great selection of tiles, quartz and stone slabs. Moreover, they have a helpful, friendly and knowledgeable staff. The quality of selection and staff made it easy for us to buy all of our tile and quartz products from them for our whole house remodel. I give them my highest recommendation...

Tile was good, return policy not good. Spent a lot of money on tile from them and had some boxes left over and wanted to return them and they said no because it’s not in the 30 day frame. If you buy from them make sure your job is done within 30 days if you’d like to return any left over or your SOL! I’m adding to my review..afterwards Arizona tile reached out to me and made things right with my return. Thank You so much Rick for all your help!! Very appreciative!
