I do not recommend doing any business with this company. I had a very bad experience with them on a kitchen remodel. Their workers damaged a new countertop. We complained, never got anywhere, finally a worker came to "repair" the damage - it looked just as horrible. After a month of not hearing from them, I called and asked to speak to the owner and all of a sudden the man we had been working with called me back - blaming the damage on us or other workers in the house. All in all, it was a terrible experience - Do not use them!

Would not recommend. In august my husband and I went through the store a picked out the countertops we wanted in our new build. After one month of not hearing back, I stopped by the store in September and walking though the pieces we picked had tags with our name. Brian was not there, emailed him and still no answers. It’s now November and when I called to talk to the manager, they no longer have the pieces we picked out. Such a waste of time and now having to start over! I’ve had people try to warn me about this same problem others experienced.

Recently we had our master bathroom remodel and the entire house tiled. We worked with Anthony for tile selection and grout. He is very knowledgeable. During the work we had Lorenzo as our project manager. He was very communicative and checked in regularly with us. We visited the other major tile companies in the area and by far this was the best price for the entire job, shower glass included. They also took care of moving the large furniture pieces as the job progressed. If you in the market for tile work definitely stop by United tile.

United Tile was hired by my builder, DSLD to install carpet and tile in my home. In October my carpet was damaged and needed repaired. My carpet has since been discontinued. I contacted United Tile in early November and was going to use my master closet carpet for the repair and put new carpet in the closet. Was told they would do this the week of Thanksgiving. I called the week before and left a message to find out the cost. Still no returned call the week of Thanksgiving. Contacting my builder to let them know that the company they hired does not seem to care about repeat customers.

I would recommend United Tile for any tile/ floor/ counter work needed. We had damage to our home after one of the floods and Donna, Jeff, Jason and their crews were great to work with. Donna did an awesome job at design and the work was done for the price quoted with no complications. We also had them help with our son's new home and the work was great there also.

I take it all back after meeting and working with some corrupted individuals within that company as soon realized that this is a company and a brand that nobody not even myself should trust I hope you find this helpful

Stopped by last Saturday to order some tile and hardware for my kitchen cabinets. Customer service was horrible. Pulled out a few samples and that was all and when someone else walked in she never came back to check on me. I just ended up leaving. She was rude. Not going back there

Even though I have purchased my tile through this company the customer service is terrible!! I will never use them again.

I’ve called multiple times for warranty work. I was given a day and the installers never showed up or call to reschedule. I called to find out what was going on and was told I would receive a phone call right back. Hasn’t happened. I am quite disappointed and would suggest people to finder another vendor. EDIT:I now find out that they never ordered the cabinets even though this date has been scheduled since the beginning of October.

I would not use them again, or recommend them. I did not feel that all subs sent to lay the tile were experienced enough. We still have gaps in some of our mosaics that most people might not notice, but I do. We were also told our marble floor had been sealed. A specialist confirmed that it had not. Some of our issues were fixed after I postponed paying them. Others I just had to live with because I didn't want to fight them anymore. I have waited some time since our build was completed in 2016, to clear my head and let the experience settle, but my feelings are still the same. I spoke to a friend the other day that used them for a more recent remodel, and she experienced similar issues.
