Had nothing but a great experience at Trendy Surfaces in Laguna Niguel. Polina was incredibly patient and answered our many... many questions on tile, stone, wood and everything in between. There was no hard sell, or any sell at all. Just sharing information and being genuine. Now that we are ready to buy (some six months later), Polina and Trendy can expect to get the trucks ready.

I bought thousands of dollars of merchandise from Trendy Surfaces over the past 2 weeks and I had an amazing experience. When they said my tiles would be ready for pick up they were ready. No B.S. excuses. The price they quoted was the price I paid. No bait and switch no games. Their designers are very helpful and smart and not pushy like they’re chasing a commission check. Great experience both at their Anaheim warehouse and Laguna Niguel design center. Their warehouse guy was so polite and nice and helped me load my car with a smile. I recommend them.

Polina helped me with a bathroom project and she was amazing to work with. She was able to help me find the correct tile for my project. She was also able to refer me to a contractor to perform the installation.

I recently purchased some stacked stone tiles from Trendy Surfaces for a project I am working on in Brentwood, California. I requested samples prior to purchase so I could present them to the client for approval. Polina Bakaras was the sales assistant that worked with me and she was so accommodating to my need for the samples on a very short timeline that she allowed me to take hers from the showroom to meet my deadline rather than wait for any to be sent to me.
