Tops recently built custom cabinetry and a new front desk for our veterinary hospital lobby. The design was intricate and complicated but Tops came through in a big way. The final result is better than we could have dreamed. The installation was tricky but the entire team from sales consultant to install team is top notch, extremely accommodating, knowledgeable and skilled. Not to mention they are a pleasure to work with. Thank you!

January 21, 2015 We’ve been remodeling our house the past 6 months and we have had numerous people working on this project and it is our opinion that Gavin and his crew have been the most professional. The opening for the SubZero was a bit too small but Gavin knew exactly what to do to the cabinet to make it fit. Even more impressive was the way he handle the modification of the cabinet for the double ovens when he discovered the opening was 5” too short. Without skipping a beat, he dismantled the partition between the opening and the drawer below and appropriated 5” from the drawer area. When he finished, it looked like the cabinet had always been that way! My cabinet man has since cut down the drawer to fit and made a new drawer front. Looks great! What was also impressive was that he had all the tools he needed to do the job! This has not been the case with many of the workers that have been here. Not only did Top’s give up the best price, their salesman Dale Bourgeois was knowledgeable and helpful with my selections and to top it off, Gavin did a fantastic job installing them! My husband and I hired Top's to provide cabinets and appliances for our outdoor kitchen. We were very pleased with the work performed. The professionalism of the Top's crew gave us a sense of comfort. Remodels and home additions always add a lot of stress to our already busy lives and it was nice to let experts do what they do best. Amazing customer service!! We recently bought a house that needed new appliances. We visited Top's and were able to find affordable appliances that look great in our kitchen. They also consulted with us on what we might need in the future. The service was wonderful. They installed everything and came back out to troubleshoot a power problem we were having. We live in an old home and the problem turned out to be an electrical issue on our end. Can't say enough good things about the customer service they provided!

Unfamiliar with this company or it’s services

This has bee the worst nightmare for service on a $2500 vent hood I have waited 2 weeks to these people, mr Gavin in particular to install a new fan switch that entails removing 6 screws from the hood to replace the switch for a total of 15 minutes work if can call that work. I had to have the switch ordered from the vent hood dealer cause tops had failed to even order the switch in 2 weeks! It was delivered today and I called Gavin at tops and he had the gall to tell me that it couldn’t be installed until next week which makes it 3 weeks to install a simple switch! I told them that their service is unacceptable as a place of business and that I should have the switch installed tomorrow morning and he hung the phone up in my face. Now I have to hire an electrician that can install this simple switch all because of pathetic service and people who work there from the phone service to so called Gavin whatever conning position that he holds and they actually pay him for being a rude and undependable service rep. This is an experience I hope no one will have to face! If anyone needs to buy something, tops should be the last place on earth that you want to spend your money there, being a pathetic business with pathetic people and pathetic service. Spend your time and money elsewhere, be warned! A very unsatisfied and no longer a customer , even if they were the only business left on earth I would do without before using tops

I bought a Sub-Zero refrigerator from them and they are the nicest people. They are courteous, efficient, fast, and fair. I’m very satisfied with the service and the company as a whole. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone.

Everytime I walk in the showroom, I fall in love with something new. The products are so innovative and would be a joy to use. I have my eye on that galley sink, and I love the slide pantry. So much to see!
