Worst customer service ever. We purchased stones and installation services, but their installer stood us up and wont give us a call to get an estimated time. I called the store four times and every time they said they would call me back but they never did. Is it so hard to give a status update? It’s such a frustrating experience dealing with people who don’t care. Some reviewers said their stone prices are good, but I found other vendors with quality stones at a lower price. Would advise against anyone I know who wants to do business with them because they will waste your time and disappoint you. We ended up canceling our order.

Our experience with Stone and Tile, was incredible. Their technician Vicky, was professional, polite, understanding. She went above and beyond the role of a technician, to make sure that we were happy and at ease with all of our budget and decisions. She never hesitated to answer all questions with complete certainty. She really knows her field and is highly competent. In addition, they were really good priced, timely and trustworthy. The guys whom install the material is polite and professional and clean everything very well. I will highly recommend them to all my friends for all their home renovation needs. This is a really great company.

I just can’t say enough good things about T&L Stone supply. When everything is fine and things go smoothly and everyone is happy, it’s easy to give a nice glowing review. I purchased a stone named camila which was classified as a granite on their website and store. I have very little knowledge with types of stones and therefore relied on their expertise. When my installer picked up the material, he called me and said that the stone looked like marble and even had a sticker on the product stating "camila marble". I really liked the stone so i called the store to confirm the type of stone given what my installer told me. Owner insisted and guaranteed that it is granite. Given his expertise in his business and guarantee, i moved forward with the purchase. After installation i noticed that the stone scratches easily even with a semi sharp plastic edge from appliances (pics attached). Not just superficial scratches but actually deep ones. I called the owner again and explained my experience. I even did the acid test which left an etch mark on the stone. The owner still insisted that it is granite. Very disappointed with the product and how it was handled by the owner. Hard to recommend the business even though their prices are very reasonable. Also, i tried testing an old granite and another granite sample i got from them, did the scratch test with a cutter/knife and the acid test... no scratch and etch on both sample granite stones.
