We had super service from the moment we walked in the door! Plus, the tile we chose ended up looking different when Syversons went to order it, and they made a special call to tell us we might not like it. From start to finish, Kristi helped us look at samples, place our order, and get a great remnant piece at a good price. We are more than pleased!

Syverson does not want your business. If you are just a homeowner looking to buy tile or a countertop they will treat you like you're an idiot. They are a wholesaler so if you want to buy tile you have to go to a retailer and buy the product at a marked-up price so I'm not sure why they even have a showroom. We remodeled our kitchen through Prairie Heritage (who is amazing BTW) and Syverson provided the quartz countertop. Syverson didn't actually measure the sink so the cutout was wrong but installed it anyway. It took over a month of calling them weekly before they did anything about it. They wanted us to buy a different sink instead of fixing their own mistake. They also gouged our newly installed hardwood floor during installation and simply shrugged their shoulders. Again, they do not want your business.

LOVE Syverson Tile! The staff are always super friendly and knowledgeable. They were real good about working within my budget (ie showing me remnants) and helping me to find a backslash that doesn't clash with my granite. Plus while I am waiting they get me Starbucks coffee or a bottle of water. If your remodeling or building you have to stop in and check out their selection!

Great store with friendly staff. They are a wholesaler so once you decide what you want you must buy through a retail contractor. They will recommend several.

Don’t bother you might as well just buy at a big box store. Cut the quartz counter for the wrong sink, then waited 3 months for a new countertop. Hate, hate the new counter. You can tell everything was done quickly including the edging. Wish I had gone somewhere else and now I’m stuck…

You can tell a lot about a company and the type of employees they hire by there customer service. This company has horrible service.....I wouldn't even think about giving them another chance. I walked in with my family to take a look at options for tile and a small renovation project. We spent 15 minutes in the store and we where not even acknowledged or told that someone would be with me in a few minutes. Bring your support to somebody else....they obviously don't want it or need it!

I went in for some remnants for a project and they were super helpful and I got everything I needed. Such fantastic customer service!
