This company stood by its word and did a masterful job at replacing my countertops. A small issue arose as they were experiencing leadership change but managed to keep an acceptable time schedule for the process. The craftsmen were courteous, knowledgeable and diligent in maintaining safety, order and cleanliness of their work areas. They came in significantly under my proposed budget without sacrificing quality. GREAT EXECUTION OF THIS PROJECT PEOPLE. 👏

Looked everywhere for the new countertop I wanted. I went here and there it was!!!. Staff was very helpful and friendly. The Front desk girls were awesome. Had a few problems during the process but Michael jumped in with both feet and addressed and fixed them! Counters and backsplash are beautiful!

We would highly recommend Surprise Granite. We had such a great experience right from the beginning. Micheal, our sales appreciate was a pleasure to work with. He was on top of everything, very personable and made things go smoothly. This was a big job replacing our countertops and then doing backsplash but they did an amazing job in just 2 days, thank you Michael. Josh the owner was also great along with Taylor. I just got my Quarts countertops installed and i am beyond happy. Joshua is freaking awesome i cant tell you how many times i had called and text him with tons of questions. He responded to me right away. Now he is helping me with redoing my cabinets as well as painting my whole Kitchen and living room they do it all !!! Surprise Granite is the best hands down !!! Please review these pictures closely. The care and thought that was put in while cutting the slabs is second to none. Johan and his crew are very professional and take a great deal of pride in their craft. If you look closely at the picture you'll see, he kept the grain of the granite flowing in the same direction. If you look even closer at the backsplash, he made sure the grain from the countertop lined up with the backsplash virtually erasing any cut lines. I would definitely suggest Surprise Granite and ask for Johan and his crew specifically.

They were professional, easy to work with, and their installers both counter top and plumber was very nice polite and professional.
