Kitchens by Design has been working with Surface Creations of Vermont for two years now. We love being able to bring our clients into an inviting showroom in Milton, VT to discuss all of the countertop options available. We are able to walk through the warehouse and hand select the slabs that will be used in our kitchen and bathroom projects. From scheduling to installation the team is professional and work hard to make the experience memorable for our clients. We have been working with Kitchen World who contracts with Surface Creations. We are not happy with the quality of the cuts. Corners are messy and the templating on the wall behind the stove should have been one piece. They came back several times and we don’t be happy until it is recut. Even the people from the NH store who came once to try to fix it, said it was done wrong. It was a lot of money, and I was really looking forward to white quartz. I am thinking now we need to get something to cover up the quartz behind the stove. We would not use them again. This was a year ago and I think Kitchen World or Surface Creations are just tired of hearing from us.

The owners of this company cares deeply about their costumers and their employees. The Dealers that Surface Creations choose to work with share the same goal of costumer satisfaction. I worked for Surface Creations for 1.5 years before I chose to part ways and follow other goals of mine. The owners were supportive and wished me the best and told me I could come back if they had a position available. This is a company run by real people that care about other people. This is a quality that is hard to find in companies which is why they thrive above the rest.

I worked with Kitchen World & they connected me to Surface Creations. I had great experience all around. Pam did great job helping me choose counter, Joe was great at helping contractor & I design counter shape and installers led by Chalen were professional, careful to not hit newly painted walls and efficient. I highly recommend.

My wife and I hired Hannon Home center to replace the counter tops in our kitchen. Bill and Ronda are the greatest. They went to our home and completed a preliminary measurements and walked us through the easy process. They sent us to Surface creations of Vt to choose the tops we wanted. They were so great bringing us through all the surface and design choices. Their installation team was also the best, in and out fast and no mess to clean up after they were done.

Our experience with Surface Creations went very well. Brandy was very knowledgeable about soapstone, our choice for our new kitchen countertops. Our kitchen designer Ali from Kitchens By Design was awesome to work with and helped us visualize what our counters would look like. All in all we had a positive experience.

excellent products. we chose quartz kitchen countertops. the selection was great, fitting perfect. only disappointment was being left hanging with our dishwasher. left me with a couple brackets and some epoxy to mount it myself. I feel like this should have been part of the installation. easy if you do it alot but alittle tricky when you do it once in a lifetime
