POOR customer service! First they showed up to install without an appointment, then on our scheduled install date they showed up late and couldn’t complete the job, came back the next day and there were no cutouts for the outlet, and them when they did come back to finish the install they broke the backsplash. So weeks later the job is still not complete. So glad they only required half of the money upfront because now no one is calling me back! They did however send me an invoice for the rest of the payment however I stated I would not pay until the job was completed. FYI….The installer Jordan was amazing & the scheduling/timing conflicts were due to no fault of his own but rather the offices and their poor communication and scheduling practices. Not sure why we had so many issues when others have not maybe it was due to the owner being on vacation and things slipping through the cracks but nevertheless, we have a job half completed and half paid for!

The pricing and turn around time was amazing, we got measurements last week and it was installed yesterday. Pricing was less than half of other quotes for the same “fantasy brown” color. I was impressed with how well the seams looked for this specific countertop pattern. We had a potential issue and they came right back to check it out. Always returned phone calls in a timely manner. I am so happy with our new countertops!

This company has high quality cabinets and granite...however their customer service leaves a lot to be desired. They installed counter tops in my kitchen. The install was well done, but the technicians had no regard for my home. They tracked dirt and mud in my home including my new kitchen floor. The had to saw a piece of wood for dishwasher panel and left all the shavings on my walkway. Lastly I paid for my cabinets in full and am still waiting for a spacer. I was told that it is in and was asked if I could pic it up because they are short handed. I would say to buy your items there because they are good quality and cost effective...GET A REPUTABLE COMPANY TO DO YOUR WORK!!!!

So unprofessional and don’t know how to use a level also the waterfall is not holding anything, customer service sucks this place is a joke. The owner told my husband to put shims when he finish the panel. If we are paying for something full price they should at least do the work right.

Stone Connection was absolutely the right decision when it came it to the granite counters for our kitchen remodel. Their prices and lead time will not be beat by anyone. Other locations quoted us almost $2k more for entry level granite with up to a six week wait. Stone Connections prices were so competitive that we were able to afford a quality of granite that we otherwise wouldn’t have been able to, and we still saved money! Stone Connection installed our counter exactly a week after we first contacted them. Their selection was almost overwhelming but they were extremely accommodating and helpful towards making our decision. Their install team was completely professional, extremely efficient, and very clean. They were in and out within two hours and their work was flawless. Not to mention they showed up exactly when they said they were going to. I will absolutely do business with them again and you should too.

We meet Charlie the Owner of Stone Connection.We were refereed by someone that knew him. All we have to say is we were 100 Percent happy with there work and Prices. I would suggest to anyone that is looking for new counter tops Granite or Quartz stop in and see them, We looked at Lowe's Home depot and Troy Granite and Charlie had the best price and what we were looking for, They came and measured and had the Tops installed in a week to 10 days. What a great experience we had in getting new quartz countertops installed by Stone Connections. From sales to installation, this is a first rate and professional company. We will refer them to everyone we know without hesitation.

PLEASE DO NOT GIVE THIS SCAMMER YOUR BUSINESS!!!! Would have given negative stars, but you must leave at least one star to write the review!!! We were referred to this scheister by a family friend. They installed our countertops in early February. I was home at the time and asked them not to leave before I inspected the job. Well, they ran out of the house without informing me they were leaving. When I realized it got very quiet, I went to the kitchen and they were gone. I was aghast at the “job” they did. They completely screwed the job up. It looked ridiculous and they clearly knew they did NOT cut the bar section to the correct dimensions. They left several pieces of the quartz unpolished, which was very noticeable. We called “Charlie,” the owner, immediately thinking he would come back ASAP to fix the major screw-ups. He blew my husband off for weeks. Then he finally called my husband back a few days before Easter and said he would come LOOK at it (not fix it) the Saturday before Easter Sunday. I said absolutely not. I needed to use the kitchen to prepare for Easter dinner. He then blew us off several more weeks only to call and offer to LOOK at it (not fix it) on the weekend my 20 year old nephew committed suicide to which I said no thank you. I was a bit busy with a funeral. He blew us off again several more weeks. Then he offered to come LOOK at the screw job in the afternoon of the Friday of Memorial Day weekend, but we were leaving for a trip several hours away and needed to leave by 3pm. I called Charlie to tell him that was way too late and once again on a holiday weekend. He was so rude!! He started yelling at me and literally threw it in my face that he offered to come “fix” the problems but I was too busy attending a funeral!!!!!! I was so disgusted that this horrible person would make me feel bad for wanting to attend my 20 year old nephew’s funeral. What kind of horrible person would bring that up????!!!! He hung up on me. I told my husband to call him back. While on speaker phone with my husband, he told my husband I was a crazy b$&ch and he refused to deal with me. He said they would be here by noon. They showed up at 1:15 pm, making us late leaving for our weekend trip away. They did NOT fix it correctly. He had his employees just cut several inches off the correctly cut slab to make it less noticeable that the bar portion of the counter top was about 3 inches too short. When my husband asked if we could at least receive a small refund for all the quartz that he ended up just cutting off and throwing in the trash, he accused my husband of trying to scam him!!!! What a joke!!!!!!!!!!!!!! DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND USE SOMEBODY WHO KNOWS WHAT HE IS DOING AND TAKES SOME PRIDE IN HOW HE DOES THE JOB. I could go on and on with way more sordid details, but this guy already stole enough of my time and money. I refuse to give him anymore of that. PSA: Stay away from Charlie and Stone Connections!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Unless you enjoy being scammed, ripped off, and being made to feel bad that you chose your family funeral over a dirtbag coming back just to screw you over a second time!!!!!!!!!!!
