I called them to get an estimate on granite for my kitchen countertops and they were extremely unprofessional. I dealt with a man named Tim and I had to chase him down to get him to talk to me. I would call and call and he would just never call me back. It was ridiculous and he was extremely unprofessional when I finally did speak to him. He never even once apologized for not getting back with me. They don't have a receptionist to answer their phone so if something goes wrong rest assured bet on it that you'll never be able to get a hold of them. They are overpriced as well. I saved $700 to go somewhere else. I would not recommend anyone doing business with this company. Check out A1 kitchen and cabinets.

Had a small warranty issue I was hoping they would come out and fix. Called three times and left two voicemails with no response back. Took me less than 30 minutes to fix the caulking on the quartz countertops they installed. Would recommend going with another company if you are considering other options. Based on other reviews this company has taken a quality dive within the last year.

You did a phenomenal job on our bar countertops a few months back. However. We are going through Home Depot to replace our kitchen countertops. We picked out our quartz countertops months ago. You came out last Tuesday to measure. We were told to contact Nicole - which it seems is the Home Depot point of contact. I left two messages with her early last week. No call back. Does she work there anymore? Hard to reach anyone. Do they not have in-store reps who can answer the phone or are they all off installing? Have the countertops been ordered or do we need to pick out available countertops? I spoke briefly with someone last week about the delay in getting countertops. He sounded apologetic but we don't know where to go from here and the clock is ticking on us selling our home and moving (we are a military family). I don't know if it's Stone Concepts or Home Depot - but there's clearly an issue with getting kitchen countertops in place.

Great, friendly service. We are waiting for a quote from them for our countertops. This is the 3rd time we are using this company. Always happy with their work.

Had our old countertops removed and replaced. Nehemiah and Chris did a fantastic job. They both deserve raises. Quality young men who provided a high level of Customer service. We will definitely be referring your company. Thanks to all from Sales (Tyler) and install, a seamless experience!

I ordered quartz countertops from Home Depot, who contracted with Stone Concepts for the installation. I was told by Home Depot that someone would be out within 2-3 business days of my order to take measurements. However, it took multiple phone calls to both Home Depot and Stone Concepts to finally get someone out to measure 3 weeks later. After the measurements were taken and our template was created we were told it would take a couple weeks and they would be calling to set up the install. It has now been 5 weeks and we have heard nothing. We have made several (20+) phone calls to Stone Concepts that have all been forwarded to a voicemail. We have left messages and Home Depot has contacted them but nobody there will return our calls. I will never use or recommend stone concepts to anyone again.
Update:
Once we were finally able to get someone to call us back we did get more frequent updates on our countertops. We scheduled an appointment to have them installed and they came when they were supposed to and I was very happy with the install process. The countertops looks beautiful.

We had used Stone Concepts in the past for kitchen countertops and they were phenomenal! Tim was awesome to work with, and helped us with a countertop for one of our bathrooms. Will use them again and again!

We just had our kitchen countertop replaced with SC and couldn't be happier. I had fallen in love with a granite slab that had a lot of movement that is better suited for a large island rather than a U-shaped kitchen, since it makes matching color and lines along seams difficult. We didn't want to spend more money on a second slab - the leftovers between the two would be the equivalent of one whole slab. We were advised a second slab would be easier and we could run the veins whatever direction we wanted - but we were never pressured into it. However, Russ worked hard at finding just the right way to match up the most prominently placed seam - you can only see a couple inches of it, very subtle, and then it practically disappears. The other seam tucked in the coffee pot corner is also very good and barely noticeable. Honestly, these are the best seams I've seen! Russ did a great job on layout and the crew nailed the installation!
