Bad customer service! We had counters and a sink installed two years ago. Came home and the sink had fallen out of the counter. When we got under to investigate, they never even fully installed the sink bracket. It was being held in place by silicone alone - a granite sink. They stated that they were “new owners and that it was outside of the warranty. So pay to fix it or we can’t help you!” No thanks….that’s neglect, a shoddy install and who doesn’t guarantee workmanship?! Even if you purchased the company two weeks ago - sorry - that’s just part of the deal!

The ladies I worked with at the store were great and measurements were done precisely. 🚨Make sure to check your countertops after installation🚨. I found a crack and they said they would mail me a check for the inconvenience. Check never came and the ‘new owners’ stopped responding to my inquiries. UPDATE : Emailed the address Rock Solid posted in response to this post over a month ago and still no reply.

Kitchen needed an update! Went from dark to white and added a waterfall side. We had a great experience in selecting new quartz counter tops. They took out the old granite counter tops and installed the new ones! Excellent job! So very happy from the beginning to end.

Rock Solid just installed our new kitchen countertops. This is the second job they have done for us, and it is stunning. Working with Tasha at their site was a pleasure. She provided her expertise, advice, and was very professional. We were particular about the layout of the stone, and the fabricators cut the stone to enhance certain areas we wanted to showcase. The installers were professional and very experienced. They brought in 2 extra installers to help with a very large, heavy piece of stone. We intend to use Rock Solid again for a bathroom project, and we highly recommend the company.

Rock Solid Custom Granite is a great business! We now worked with them twice for our stone needs. First job was a small modification to stone we already had. Rock Solid was one of the only places that happily helped, did a great job with the mods and gave us a great price. This was part of the reason that the second time we needed a granite countertops for a fix and flip property we went straight to Rock Solid. Once again great experience throughout, from quoting, measurement to the installation. The seam that was unavoidable to the size, is honestly one of the best seams we have seems, barely noticeable. Big shoutout to Sophia and her great customer service. We worked with her each time and she was a pleasure to work with!

The first time we walked into Rock Solid Custom Granite in Littleton, we said we were looking to get smarter. We had limited remodeling experience, but Jennifer and crew explained the process and we got to task. First was the fun task of selecting the stone slabs. Outstanding, almost overwhelming selection of stone slabs at the MSI warehouse in Aurora to choose from. With the slabs selected, Jennifer arranged for the templar to measure for our Office and Wet Bar. The slabs were cut, prepared, and the big installation day arrived. The installation crew were top notch, highly skilled professional that did an amazing job of installing the gorgeous quartz and granite rock. We would recommend Rock Solid Custom Granite to anyone who was looking for a custom granite project to be done correctly and professionally.

Rock Solid did an amazing job from day one of our project to renovate a firehouse in Golden CO that was in desperate need of some love. We were able to find the main counter piece in their lot and they had the brilliant idea of doing the opposite color for the island. The contrast looks amazing! They were very patient with us as we took awhile to get the project moving but when we said we were ready they got us on the books for the install and powered through a pretty good snowstorm so that we could have the kitchen ready for our station opening! Such a great experience and customer care whether it was Zach, the president of the company, or the gentlemen installing the granite! And this company’s support for their local first responders, fire, police, and the military is second to none! You will be in great hands when you hire them for your next project!

I have worked with these folks a couple times and have nothing short of a great experience from the start of my project the end. The always have shown up on time, performed the work in a professional manner, left the work site cleaner than when they started and their pricing has been very competitive. I have another project coming up in the next few weeks that will include stone work and I will only be making one call to this group for the stone work portion of my project.

Just got our new quartz counters installed! The Rock Solid team were so easy, friendly, and flexible it made the whole experience stress-free! We especially loved how they worked with us to keep the cost down. Not all sales teams will do that. The installers were so efficient and nice to talk to. They made sure any residue was removed from the counters and any mess was cleaned up. Would highly recommend working with this team if you're looking to make any kitchen or other home upgrades!

We found two unique slabs of quartzite. Magical and mystical some said. We needed a counter fabricator that could fit them into a kitchen remodel of a 50 yr old house. There was no do-over and only a one-time shot to do it right. There was high anxiety as we started the design process. Rock Solid Custom Granite took the time to work with us to ensure that each countertop came from the section of the slab we desired. In the end, Rock Solid Custom Granite scored 100 out of 100 for planning, designing, cutting, finishing and installing. All pieces fit perfectly! I recommend the tightly knit team at Rock Solid Custom Granite.

We had a horrible experience with this company. I caution anyone considering hiring this company to review another recent negative review on the Better Business Bureau site (aside from the one we submitted). The favorable reviews on google certainly do not tell the full story on this company. I wish we would have done a thorough background check on both the company and the people behind it. The full background information is available online if you are willing, and know where, to look. Note that there have been a couple of Rock Solid Custom Granite legal entities which have dissolved in the last decade. This should have been another red flag to us. This is our story. Rock Solid installed our countertops and kitchen sink on December 7, 2017. Their crew showed up 5 hours late and rushed through the job. They caused unusual amount of drywall damage when they moved the dishwasher. We overheard one of the crew members asking another what happened. When we contacted the company, the person currently running it (Zach Morrow) pointed to a nonbinding quote that said some damage may occur and was not interested in helping to fix it or offer a courtesy credit. We paid out of pocket to repair the dry wall and to repaint that area of the wall. Then the day before Thanksgiving 2018 the left side of the undermounted kitchen sink detached and slipped down. When we contacted Zach, understandably angry, he argued that it detached because we partially thawed our turkey in the sink. Our turkey weighed 9.2 pounds. His argument is obviously ludicrous as millions of Americans thaw much heavier turkeys and bathe their babies in undermounted kitchen sinks without incident. Then he argued in his email that we were outside of the warranty period. The express warranty terms on Rock Solid’s form provides a 1-year warranty upon installation and our claim was within the 1-year period by several weeks. Zach argued that the installation warranty started on the earlier date of the invoice (we had to prepay 50% prior to installation). His argument is of course nonsensical. How can an installation warranty start prior to installation? Perhaps recognizing this absurdity, he then claimed in another email that Rock Solid has no records of when the sink was installed. My opinion is any business who does not keep records of their installation date of less than a year ago is either incompetent or trying to deceive (let alone, that there is a written record of the installation date). Zach only offered to reinstall the sink if we paid another $250 as a “service fee”. So much for the “100% customer satisfaction” and “no hidden fees” displayed on their website. When we hired another contractor to fix the sink, they also pointed out that Rock Solid used the wrong adhesives and not enough adhesive around the area where it detached. They also pointed out that Rock Solid did not cut the hole in the countertop around the sink flush with the sink, causing an uneven surface and water to seep in and result in mold. Their work all around is defective. In sum, we do not find them to be reputable. They did not honor binding contact terms. Their performance is not consistent with sound workmanship and was defective. You may be left with no recourse but to pursue a legal action (indeed online records show prior legal actions filed against Rock Solid Granite). We would never recommend this company to anyone.

Rock Solid in Littleton, CO (720-344 7625) was a pleasure to work with for our new granite kitchen counters. Jen and Sophia worked with us flawlessly. Jen did our layout and whereas other companies told us that it would take two slabs to do our project, Jen laid it out with only one slab. This even included the back splash. The use of only one slab saved us quite a bit of money. Scheduling the installation was so easy. From the time we gave Rock Solid the okay until installation was less than two weeks and the installation by Jose and Jose was done in less than half a day. Rock Solid did not forget us after the sale either. We were called back after installation to make sure that everything was to our satisfaction and they even make us a couple of granite cutting boards from some of the excess material. If you need granite do yourself a favor and call Rock Solid.

We are very grateful to Jennifer at Rock Solid, who went above and beyond to help us solve a problem we had with a countertop installation done by another company. She conducted research on our behalf and walked us through her findings, graciously answering all of our questions and guiding us through a complex situation. She also referred us to another wonderful expert who could help us resolve the issue. The next time we have a project involving countertops or stone fabrication they will be the first company we contact.

This review comes about 3 years late, but even now I can hardly believe how lovely my granite is. This company did a phenomenal job. I researched extensively before jumping in with this expense. Rock Solid pricewise was about in the middle, and not once have I had any regrets choosing them. To the contrary, I think I love my kitchen more every day. I can't imagine anyone doing a better job. Workmanship is outstanding. They also were great to work with. I'd use them again next time without shopping around. Really love these guys.

We used Rock Solid for new countertops in our kitchen and bathroom--they had beautiful products, and it was a perfect installation. They even sent us to a competitor when they didn't have something we wanted in stock because they wanted us to be happy even if it meant a lost sale. We ended up going with them anyways, and I highly recommend them.

Amazing job Rock Solid!! We shopped around our granite from a bunch of different granite stores all over the state. When we first walked into Rock Solid they were quick, upfront, no gimmicks and had the exact slab we wanted. Zach did an amazing job helping us before we even new the exact measurements of our new rental houses kitchen! He got out a pen and paper and made sure he understood all of our needs. He's so on top of it! Then we waited until we got the keys to our new property and scheduled the install date. Install was awesome. They said they would show up between 8-10 and they showed up at 730! The guys were so friendly & fast. So pleased with how this kitchen look We are officially going to rock solid for all future kitchen needs!! Better than any other granite store in ColoradoThanks again guys. :)

I cannot believe how beautiful my counters turned out. The cut the manufacturer chose was the perfect choice to highlight the best part of the slab on the most visible places. The fit is perfect and looks amazing. The installers were very pleasant as well as the guy that made the template. I talked with owners several times and was greeted politely every time. I can't say enough nice things about Rock Solid Granite and highly recommend them and already have!

These guys did a fantastic job installing and laying out our new quartzite countertops. I looked at a few different places for quartzite and ended up sourcing the material from them and having them install it as well. They were considerably more cost effective than all of the other places we looked at and the quality of work was phenomenal, especially given the fact that we couldn't go in person due to the pandemic to pick how we wanted the layout done. They communicated with us really well virtually and the install went seamlessly. Our contractor (and my husband and I) were also extremely impressed with how well they joined the seams. You truly cannot see them and I would say this is the best countertop install company I have worked with (we have done other remodels in the past). I would highly recommend this company!

HIGHLY RECOMMEND! The entire process from estimate to completion was fantastic. The pricing was right in the ballpark if not less than the the other estimates I received. They were extremely responsive before, during, and after the process. They gave specific preparation instructions which helped of what to expect. The template gentleman, Don, is a true artist. My wife and I did not make it easy for them as it took us almost 6 4 months to pull the trigger and pick a stone. We did have one issue that was due an error from the distributor but Rock Solid jumped on getting it taken care of at their cost right away. Everyone I worked with was kind, courteous and took great pride in what they were doing.

The name says it all. I love going to a place that will be honest about their materials, process, cost and the overall installation steps. The people that I worked with were really knowledgeable, friendly and honest. They were experts in explaining the different types of stone and what would fit best in our place. Since this is a rental unit, they recommended quartz b/c it is non-porous and to use the edging that would not chip easily. When the measurement guy came it, he was fast and detailed at the same time. Finally when it came to the installation, the guys were quick and did an amazing job. My contractor was there to verify and confirmed that their work was excellent. Will def use them again in the future!

Rock Solid did a great job installing Quartzite counters in 3 of my bathrooms. I loved that it was a one-stop shopping experience...go to their office/warehouse, pick stone, they send someone to measure, they send a few guys to install them. Just had Rock Solid do a second install at my house. The first install of the kitchen counters was fantastic so I entrusted them again to install a counter top on my island (6 months later). Their service is great and they have been extremely responsive and helpful throughout. We decided to pick out a table to turn into an island rather than build a traditional island with cabinets. We sent pictures of tables as we made selections and Zach provided us with useful feedback on structure and what would and would not work. They installed on time and the crew was very polite. We are very pleased with the outcome!

TL;DR: If you want new counter tops, you need to use Rock Solid. Period. Every person we worked with was fantastic at their job on top of being friendly and helpful. The finished product is absolutely amazing. Could not have hoped for a better experience or end result. Prices are great, as well, and they don't nickle and dime you with extra fees. Can't say enough good things about this place and the people. Zach had our initial quote within a few hours of submitting a request online. He always returned email questions within minutes. Kate is borderline magical--she listened to comments my husband and I made about the options in their yard, asked a question or two, and made a recommendation on a particular granite. After looking at easily over a hundred options at several places, we ended up going with her suggestion and are so in love with the stone. She was also super patient and helpful with our plethora of questions. Don is a master of the template. If there's millimeter between the wall and the edge of our passthrough, I'd be shocked. Juan and Tony did our install and constantly impressed us. They had our old bathroom counters out within 10 min max. We had two giant mirrors that bordered the old counters we didn't expect to survive the demo--but the guys were able to get the counters out without so much as a scratch to the mirrors! They cleaned up as they went, and offered suggestions on maintenance going forward. Not to mention, the installed product is obscenely gorgeous. Thank you, Rock Solid, for transforming our home and making the experience so painless!!

I could not be happier with the amazing work the guys at Rock Solid did for me. Such friendly service while very professional. They always returned my calls and emails in a timely manner which is really hard to find in a company these days. They left my kitchen clean when they were done. My granite seems seamless and looks so beautiful with my new cabinets. Did i mention that my whole kitchen got designed for me. It was the most stress free renovation I've ever done. I got answers to all of my questions i had before the installation process and they worked very quickly to get it finished. Im beyond happy and cant wait to show everyone and use them in the future for my other countertops. Will definitely recommend them to anyone i know looking for a new kitchen! Not sure about the negative reviews because Rock Solid has been around for so long that they have the most knowledge and experience out of any other quotes i got. These guys are awesome. We got in a pinch with a slow contractor and needed our countertops in short order. We called Rock Solid based on online reviews. Zach was responsive immediately to our problem. We visited their yard that afternoon, he had some great slabs in stock and we picked two slabs for our main project (kitchen and master bath) and a remnant for a small bathroom. They templated a few days later when we were ready for them and installed exactly when they said they would. The installers were clean, courteous, and did a great job. I HIGHLY recommend this company. All the way down the line they did exactly what they said they would do, kept their commitments, and we couldn't be happier. I don't normally write reviews but thought I should recommend Rock Solid Custom Granite if you're looking to start the counter project soon ... We just had our kitchen counters done from them and it went great ! We started this process two months ago trying to pick a fabricator and go to different stone suppliers ...it's a process and education! We narrowed it down to them as some companies made me feel pressured , some made me feel like they could care less and rarely would get back to me. Rock solid return my phone calls and emails quickly , answered my 4 million questions about the whole process ( I'm that person ) and didn't nickle and dime me at the final amount . Every one from the owner to the receptionist, template guy and the two guys that installed yesterday were professional and genuinely nice . And lastly I love my granite counters ! [fyi: I picked my slab from Arizona Tile after visiting many stone suppliers and revisiting some .. they initially didn't have the exact stone I picked in their lot outside and let me choose the showroom slab for my house ] (Backsplash isn't completed yet in pics )

We had a really good experience with Rock Solid. We received an initial quote within minutes of sending the request. When we visited the showroom, the office staff was very friendly and helpful, especially Brittany, who cheerfully made any changes we requested (even when we were changing things back!). Zach, the owner, and Brittany addressed all our numerous questions and concerns via email. Once we accepted the quote and made the 50% advance payment, things progressed very quickly. The templater was at the house 10 days later, and our installation took place 2 weeks to the day after that (the shortest amount of time we were told to expect beforehand). The pieces were cut and shaped perfectly. The installers, Marcus and Tavis, were very professional and friendly. Marcus even noticed a manufacturer's defect in the sink they had brought with them, and he continued to work while Tavis went to meet Zach to pick up a replacement. The whole process took only about two and a half hours and probably wouldn't even have taken that long had it not been for the problem with the sink. We can wholeheartedly recommend Rock Solid for your remodeling job.

Rock Solid fabricated and installed our quartz countertops for our new large kitchen island and replaced our countertop on existing cabinets in our kitchen. They also fabricated and installed the full height backsplash in our kitchen with the same quartz. They did an amazing job! They also perfectly added a quartz windowsill and wrap around the window above our sink which looked like it would be a challenging job. The finished work is beautiful. Zach had the best quote of 4 quotes I obtained. They also included a high quality stainless sink. They were professional, prompt and did the work on time and efficiently. Several months after install we decided to call them on a slight lift at a seam and they came out immediately and fixed the seam to our complete satisfaction. I highly recommend Rock Solid Custom granite!!!

We hired Rock Solid at the recommendation of our neighbors. Good initial impression but the after-install customer service was not awesome. We had a few issues and in trying to be friendly with the owner and get them resolved, he quickly turned the issue around on us. We eventually got some resolution but not without feeling like it was a total imposition and that we were idiots. Also, one of our slabs in our kitchen was highly polished while the other two were sort of dull. When asked, he said "When I have someone in the area I can send them your way to take care of it." Like that was ever going to happen. And it hasn't.

I wish I could agree with the high rating that this company currently has. Picking out a slab and getting the initial appointment was easy-peasy. After about 30-45 minutes at the shop, we were scheduled to have someone come out to take measurements for the template for the countertop the following week. The initial appointment was rescheduled, then the person coming to do the measurements did not show up for the second appointment until 6 pm, several hours after the scheduled window. After he finished the measurements, I was told I would receive a call from the company to discuss and schedule the installation. I did not receive that call and decided to follow up about two weeks later. I was told it would be a bit longer before the countertop was ready. Understood and then we got our installation schedule a week or so later. They then missed 3 appointments for installation. When they did show up, we found out that our new sinks would not be able to fit unless we cut into the existing drawers. Since our old countertops had already been removed, we did not feel like we had much of a choice. So now we do not have any functional drawers in our bathroom. Also several chips in the paint around the sink which I suppose is minor compared to the next point. The installers left the drains unconnected and we were told we needed a plumber to attach our faucets. We were never told this in advance (not that it would have mattered as they missed the previous three arrival windows and there is no way we could have gotten a plumber here with all the delays and uncertainty) I was told I would receive a call from someone to discuss the drawer issue - guess what? I did not receive that call either. It has not been several business days since that promise was made. Since the initial call to discuss this, the facade of one of our non-functioning drawers is now coming undone. Overall the work performed is FINE. The countertops look FINE, but the customer service is beyond subpar and I would never in good conscience recommend this company to anyone. In fact, if you are considering this place, I hope you will reconsider after reading this. Very disappointed in our results.

This company is under new ownership since I happily used them approximately 5 years ago for multiple residential counter top installations. I called this morning to get information for a friend who is now redoing the master bathroom and kitchen. The gal (a project manager) whom I spoke with was defensive when I inquired about how the new ownership process worked for granite countertops worked (measurements, choosing materials, pricing structure, etc). Very odd response. She talked very fast, spewing out a lot of detailed information but didn't really listen to or answer the questions I was asking. She seemed to have a need to prove herself. From what she said, I got the impression they prefer to work with designers not individuals. She was pretty arrogant. I could go on, but won't. At the end of the day, I just have to say I definitely would NOT recommend this company. New ownership bought a rock solid company and kept their name, but this is now a crumbling stone. Save yourself frustration and being treated like you are inferior. Look elsewhere for a pleasant experience for your project. I wish I could find out where Drake went, who managed my project years ago.

Rock Solid was hired by our GC to install quartz counters in our kitchen and master bath. They cut the kitchen island slab wrong and we have 11/2 inch by 1/4 inch gaps on either side of the stove, which they attempted to fix by putting epoxy in the gaps--it looks awful! They also got glue all over the counters that removed the finish, also looks awful! Rock Solid said the counter would have to go through Ceasarstone's warranty process (6 months ago). Ceasarstone has confirmed that they will provide the replacement quartz but Rock Solid is refusing to install the counters. Rock Solid's work was terrible and they are extremely unprofessional.

I originally posted a review shortly after our granite was installed in August 2019. The owner threatened me with legal action and posted my address online in response to the review and I was forced to remove it and move on. We initially had an issue with Zach the owner due to the island being out of square but the countertop not templated to fit it correctly and instead made square. That review was negative due to how that situation was handled by the owner - we were met with threats on the spot that he would take all the countertops back or we had to pay and suck it up, which we did. We have since nearly finished our kitchen renovation and found further issues with almost every piece of stone installed (see pictures on google reviews if interested). The two pieces around the range - one is 0.5" deeper than the other and sticks out extra and it is impossible to make the stove flush. We missed this on install because we were worried about the island. The piece in the bathroom has a 1.25" overhang instead of 0.75" overhang and looks off from the corner (same idea as the island). The island overhang is twice what it should be on one corner. So - I may get sued for this review but this is not what almost $10k of granite should look like in a $60k kitchen renovation.

Yes Zach. we were clients of yours. Part of the problem is we had to have our designer call you multiple times as you lost all the paperwork. You tried to tell me that we took our time deciding. we did, but once we told you, many promises were made and they fell short. Really surprised you forgot us so quickly.

This is the worst place that I have done business with and will never do again. The public needs to know that this company is shady from the top down. The "owner" Zach, is not only rude but he does not care if something is not right in your house. We had chipped granite put in and when we tried to talk to him, he never apologized nor did he fix it and then would not return our calls. We have notified the BBB. BUYER BEWARE.

Not sure how these people are still in business with their incompetence installing granite into my home. Not only did it have cracks in it, the vanity was UPSIDE DOWN? Like do they not know which side goes up? Also they wouldn't help me out with fixing it and threatened me with legal. WOW very professional. BUYER BEWARE.
