Kitchen needed an update! Went from dark to white and added a waterfall side. We had a great experience in selecting new quartz counter tops. They took out the old granite counter tops and installed the new ones! Excellent job! So very happy from the beginning to end.

Rock Solid Custom Granite is a great business! We now worked with them twice for our stone needs. First job was a small modification to stone we already had. Rock Solid was one of the only places that happily helped, did a great job with the mods and gave us a great price. This was part of the reason that the second time we needed a granite countertops for a fix and flip property we went straight to Rock Solid. Once again great experience throughout, from quoting, measurement to the installation. The seam that was unavoidable to the size, is honestly one of the best seams we have seems, barely noticeable. Big shoutout to Sophia and her great customer service. We worked with her each time and she was a pleasure to work with!

The first time we walked into Rock Solid Custom Granite in Littleton, we said we were looking to get smarter. We had limited remodeling experience, but Jennifer and crew explained the process and we got to task. First was the fun task of selecting the stone slabs. Outstanding, almost overwhelming selection of stone slabs at the MSI warehouse in Aurora to choose from. With the slabs selected, Jennifer arranged for the templar to measure for our Office and Wet Bar. The slabs were cut, prepared, and the big installation day arrived. The installation crew were top notch, highly skilled professional that did an amazing job of installing the gorgeous quartz and granite rock. We would recommend Rock Solid Custom Granite to anyone who was looking for a custom granite project to be done correctly and professionally.

Bad customer service! We had counters and a sink installed two years ago. Came home and the sink had fallen out of the counter. When we got under to investigate, they never even fully installed the sink bracket. It was being held in place by silicone alone - a granite sink. They stated that they were “new owners and that it was outside of the warranty. So pay to fix it or we can’t help you!” No thanks….that’s neglect, a shoddy install and who doesn’t guarantee workmanship?! Even if you purchased the company two weeks ago - sorry - that’s just part of the deal!

I have worked with these folks a couple times and have nothing short of a great experience from the start of my project the end. The always have shown up on time, performed the work in a professional manner, left the work site cleaner than when they started and their pricing has been very competitive. I have another project coming up in the next few weeks that will include stone work and I will only be making one call to this group for the stone work portion of my project.

Just got our new quartz counters installed! The Rock Solid team were so easy, friendly, and flexible it made the whole experience stress-free! We especially loved how they worked with us to keep the cost down. Not all sales teams will do that. The installers were so efficient and nice to talk to. They made sure any residue was removed from the counters and any mess was cleaned up. Would highly recommend working with this team if you're looking to make any kitchen or other home upgrades!

We found two unique slabs of quartzite. Magical and mystical some said. We needed a counter fabricator that could fit them into a kitchen remodel of a 50 yr old house. There was no do-over and only a one-time shot to do it right. There was high anxiety as we started the design process. Rock Solid Custom Granite took the time to work with us to ensure that each countertop came from the section of the slab we desired. In the end, Rock Solid Custom Granite scored 100 out of 100 for planning, designing, cutting, finishing and installing. All pieces fit perfectly! I recommend the tightly knit team at Rock Solid Custom Granite.

The ladies I worked with at the store were great and measurements were done precisely. 🚨Make sure to check your countertops after installation🚨. I found a crack and they said they would mail me a check for the inconvenience. Check never came and the ‘new owners’ stopped responding to my inquiries. UPDATE : Emailed the address Rock Solid posted in response to this post over a month ago and still no reply.

We just had quartz countertops installed in our kitchen. We were very pleased with the overall experience and the quick turnaround from the time we signed the contract until the countertops were completed! Our kitchen looks great!

We had a horrible experience with this company. I caution anyone considering hiring this company to review another recent negative review on the Better Business Bureau site (aside from the one we submitted). The favorable reviews on google certainly do not tell the full story on this company. I wish we would have done a thorough background check on both the company and the people behind it. The full background information is available online if you are willing, and know where, to look. Note that there have been a couple of Rock Solid Custom Granite legal entities which have dissolved in the last decade. This should have been another red flag to us. This is our story. Rock Solid installed our countertops and kitchen sink on December 7, 2017. Their crew showed up 5 hours late and rushed through the job. They caused unusual amount of drywall damage when they moved the dishwasher. We overheard one of the crew members asking another what happened. When we contacted the company, the person currently running it (Zach Morrow) pointed to a nonbinding quote that said some damage may occur and was not interested in helping to fix it or offer a courtesy credit. We paid out of pocket to repair the dry wall and to repaint that area of the wall. Then the day before Thanksgiving 2018 the left side of the undermounted kitchen sink detached and slipped down. When we contacted Zach, understandably angry, he argued that it detached because we partially thawed our turkey in the sink. Our turkey weighed 9.2 pounds. His argument is obviously ludicrous as millions of Americans thaw much heavier turkeys and bathe their babies in undermounted kitchen sinks without incident. Then he argued in his email that we were outside of the warranty period. The express warranty terms on Rock Solid’s form provides a 1-year warranty upon installation and our claim was within the 1-year period by several weeks. Zach argued that the installation warranty started on the earlier date of the invoice (we had to prepay 50% prior to installation). His argument is of course nonsensical. How can an installation warranty start prior to installation? Perhaps recognizing this absurdity, he then claimed in another email that Rock Solid has no records of when the sink was installed. My opinion is any business who does not keep records of their installation date of less than a year ago is either incompetent or trying to deceive (let alone, that there is a written record of the installation date). Zach only offered to reinstall the sink if we paid another $250 as a “service fee”. So much for the “100% customer satisfaction” and “no hidden fees” displayed on their website. When we hired another contractor to fix the sink, they also pointed out that Rock Solid used the wrong adhesives and not enough adhesive around the area where it detached. They also pointed out that Rock Solid did not cut the hole in the countertop around the sink flush with the sink, causing an uneven surface and water to seep in and result in mold. Their work all around is defective. In sum, we do not find them to be reputable. They did not honor binding contact terms. Their performance is not consistent with sound workmanship and was defective. You may be left with no recourse but to pursue a legal action (indeed online records show prior legal actions filed against Rock Solid Granite). We would never recommend this company to anyone.
