We did a remodel of our Kitchen, and ProStone had the best price, offered exceptional service, and the install crew paid attention to every detail. We are extremely satisfied with not only the product, but the service and communication they provided along the way. Many other fabricators were not only higher in price but had longer lead times for measurements and install. This makes a huge difference. When your kitchen is ready, and all you're waiting on is countertops, 2 weeks vs. 1 week is a gamechanger. We planned our project out and communicated with David early. I would recommend doing that as best practice. Don't expect the world if you failed to plan and bring everyone into play early enough to get scheduled efficiently. I am going to use ProStone for future countertop needs. We went with Calcutta Gold

Had a wonderful experience shopping at Prostone. Dave was very helpful and patient with all of our questions. The men that installed the granite were extremely professional and did not create any mess at all even though they had to remove our old counter tops. Highly recommend Prostone! The granite changed my entire kitchen and it is beautiful!

Gary in the office was very nice and professional. They have a nice show room with a good selection and were prompt in scheduling our estimate. The man that took our measurements did it with a tape measure, which was different than the laser measurments other 2 companies that prepared quotes for us (I didn't know the importance of this at the time). The crew that did the installation was also nice but didn't seem very experienced. They had to fix our kitchen island to the floor in order to secure the weight of the new countertops. At first glance things looked good, but after the crew left we noticed that the island they screwed down was now crooked (off by about 3 inches). My husband went to fix/straighten the island and then realized that only 2 of the 13 screws used had actually penetrated the floor. We also found screws hanging out that impeaded our lazy susans ability to spin and other screws that damages to our cabinets. The company that came in and did our backsplash (after our countertops were placed) pointed out that the countertops weren't cut to the correct specs and there was a big gap between the wall the granite. I know now that most houses aren't perfectly square so most granite/quartz companies use a laser to measure. They then use the laser measurements to make a template of your kitchen so the granite is cut true to your actual dimensions. We went with prostone because their prices were the best and they were nice/professional to deal with. We are still overall happy because we were able to straighten the island, fix the screws, and mostly fill in the gap with grout but probably will not use prostone again.

The people that measured and installed for us were also very professional. We are so happy with the results! I would recommend them and will use them again when we remodel our kitchen.

So glad we found Prostone. They helped us design our new kitchen cabinetry, which we are loving, and had it installed in a few days. It took longer than we anticipated, but that’s because Prostone was so meticulous with their measurements. The cabinets and countertops are gorgeous! Love all the soft close doors and drawers, lazy Susan and huge pantry. So easy to clean. David and his staff were so friendly and readily available. Expensive, but worth it. Would recommend for sure!
