Changed our 2 bathroom countertops from the cultured marble to granite. Great selection and you get to pick how they cut it. In and out in 3 hours and cleaned up too. It changed the whole look of the bathroom and gave it a more modern vibe.

We attended a free seminar on bathroom remodeling. The presentation was given in a precise manner with a bath checklist to take home. The presenter gave a clear and concise ideas, some I had not thought about, with no sales pressure at all. They provided free snacks and drink. All of the staff were friendly and helpful. Highly recommend you at a seminar if you are thinking of remodeling your bathroom.

Terrible customer service . JENNIFER is rude. I would never deal with them because of her. We never got a quote. I called back after 9 days and she says she sent a proposal. It was not in my junk mail or regular mailbox. Cosmos the slab supplier said they would hold our 2 slabs for 14 days . Which is up since it took Prestige close to a week just to do measurements. Honestly, I’m in customer service and retail and they (Jennifer) was horrible . I would not spend a penny with them. I’ll be going with a different fabricator…. So bad , this was my first Google review ever !

Purchased my quartz countertops from Prestige during my house remodel this year. Dealing with Sandra and the rest of the team was an enjoyable experience. Pricing was straightforward and the installation was done right. I'd recommend them to anyone in need of countertops!

Prestige recently completed a kitchen remodel in our home by removing a bi-level counter and replacing the countertops with a light-colored quartzite. Their showroom is beautiful and provided a large number of samples to inspire ideas. Jennifer was extremely pleasant, knowledgable, and patient while guiding us through the decision process. Once we selected our stone, Sharon worked closely with us, sharing recommendations for how the slabs would be cut to best suit our kitchen layout. Tom, Ed, and Bruce provided close oversight once the installation began. Each team member took time to listen to our questions and responded quickly and professionally. The job was completed in a very timely manner with accuracy and precision. Every Prestige employee that worked on our job was polite, conscientious, efficient, and neat. We even had some laughs along the way and enjoyed having them in our home. Overall, we couldn’t be happier with the outcome. This review, is subject to change. As of now this company’s sales staff getting a horrible rating as they do not return calls, do not do what they say they are going to do, and just out and out lie. I’m hoping that all these things are corrected, and my granite is installed correctly on the correct day. Should my experience improve I will update this review. As promised, I’m updating my review. After having an issue with our granite cracking. We are pleased to share Prestige stone can out quickly and resolved the problem.

Excellent experience from start to finish. Sandra in sales was very helpful selecting a granite counter for our laundry room. Scheduling, measuring, templating and installation went off without a hitch. Edgar and crew were very professional installers / craftsmen on this very tight, cramped project. As a client we could not be more pleased.

So disappointed. I had high expectations and was excited to work with Prestige after reading reviews and former customer comments. Unfortunately, my experience of customer service and customer response was way below average. After the initial home visit for measurements, I was the one who had to make the follow up contact with the designer. My paperwork had been misplaced. When the designer finally sent me initial plans, the plans were not in accordance with what had been discussed with the first individual who came out to measure and take pictures of the project. I invited the designer out to my home so she could get a better understanding of the project. An hour before our scheduled appointment she called to reschedule. This all occurred over a 4 week period. If it was this hard in the beginning, maybe it's a good thing Prestige wasn't interested in my business.

Tom, Sharon, Kathy, Ed and crew are my renovation heroes. Love, love our new kitchen and bathroom. They made it easy from start to finish. I highly recommend them.

Prestige Stone & Tile did and excellent job. Everything was done right the first time, something that is unusual these days.

They did a fantastic job from start to finish! They were honest with measurements and their prices were very fair. It was a convenience by them to have the rip out, installation, plumbing and electrical all done by Prestige in a timely fashion. (And an thorough cleanup!!) I was so totally pleased and would absolutely recommend them!!
