We couldn't be happier with our new kitchen and bathroom and the personalized service we received. From the first time we met Carmine and the team at Premier we were impressed with the knowledge, the vision, and the expeditious manner in which they worked. The execution was impeccable and the final product has received rave reviews from family and friends. I must say that the customer service we received was second to none. Premier Granite & Stone lived up to its name. Premier in every way. Having purchased an entire kitchen from a big box retailer, we were guided to a Cranberry-based granite provider under a sole source contract with the big box retailer. We thought that with hundreds of kitchen and bath projects annually and knowing the big box retailer had the confidence to use only one granite provider in the Pittsburgh-metro area, surely this Cranberry-based granite provider would be top-notch. Not so. The Cranberry-based granite provider refused to accommodate a request and, when we asked the big box retailer to intervene and help us find another granite provider, we were told this was the only outfit they used and if we wanted someone else, we had to find our own. Having gone through an extensive bathroom renovation not even a year ago for which we used Premier to execute a small portion of the work, my husband reached out to Premier to see if they would be willing to step in and take over in the midst of the chaos. Thankfully, they did. From the first phone call to install took only 3 weeks. Premier was responsive, courteous and knowledgeable. Premier stepped into a difficult situation and eased through it without a hiccup. Would I use Premier again in my own home? Absolutely. And, as luck would have it, we will be renovating the second kitchen in our home and Premier will be the one and only call we make for granite countertops.

Found this place because of the horrible experience I had with Armina Stone but I am very grateful. They found me a much better granite, they installed what I picked out and paid for and the pricing was similar. Much better products/options and service for similar costs. Not the most convenient for me but well worth the drive. Thank you

After a couple nightmare experiences with a couple other contractors, I couldn’t be happier I chose Premier for my kitchen countertops. They were very friendly and professional from day 1. Drew gave me a tour of their facility the first day I walked in then sent me directly to their supplier to pick out a slab. Drew was always just a phone call away and was always happy to respond to my questions and concerns. The installers who took measurements were also great. They were on time for each appointment which hasn’t been the case with other companies I have dealt with. They were also professional, knowledgeable, and left my house clean. I had Premier install approximately 40sf of granite in my kitchen with an under mount sink. Originally they told me i would have a seam in one of the slabs due to its size and shape. When they showed up they said they decided to make it one solid piece because they were confident they could manage it during install. To me that’s going above and beyond to ensure the best quality product for the customer. Thanks again Premier!

Premier granite and stone offered so many great options for our countertops at a reasonable price! We have small countertops, so we were able to choose a remnant, and the stone looks even better in our kitchen then we expected! All information was communicated clearly to us, and the guys showed up to all appointments on time. The cut was perfect, and the installation did zero damage to any surrounding areas. They were even able to make a brand new countertop work on top of some very old original cabinets. Everyone clearly paid so much attention to detail! We also really appreciated Beth’s help when choosing a stone and matching it to our existing cabinets and backsplash! She really has an eye for design!

Carmen and staff did a great job on both my kitchen and bathroom granite! From start to finish the process was first class! I highly recommend them for any project you may have.

Had Premier granite install countertops a few years ago then decided to replace the cabinets this year. Premier was able to remove the granite and reinstall it a month later when the new kitchen was finished. They did a great job and were very pleasant to work with. Would highly recommend them.

Having lived in Morgantown, WV for 5 years now, I realized I had to come back to Pittsburgh for a decent granite company. Not only did they have a difficult to find material (2cm absolute black) but their price was spot on where I expected to be for quality work. Zach and Dewey were my installers. Both clean cut, respectful and polite young men who stayed clean, worked efficiently, and also carried good conversation while “letting stuff dry”. Scheduling could have been more foreward with updates and/or simply giving a better idea of when separate parts of the job were to happen, but overall it was a pleasant experience with quality work for a competitive price. Mark those three boxes, and yes, I would choose them again for our next project. Roxy, our boss cat, thoroughly inspected shortly after the men left, and she approves 😊👍🏼
