We renewed our vanity tops with new quartz. They had a wide variety of options, yet, affordable. The team was very helpful.

During the installation, an employee used our flower bed as an ashtray for his cigarettes (as captured in the doorbell video). Additionally, he left several used cigarettes scattered across our front sidewalk and lawn. This behavior greatly disappoints me as it shows a clear lack of respect for our property. I don’t care if smoke breaks are needed… just clean up after yourself. Further, the head installer was rather rude and arrogant throughout the installation. He kept saying how our kitchen was done poorly in various ways, and then he skipped out on essential installation steps and attention to detail. The faucet hole was placed too far forward, the faucet was not installed, the dishwasher was not put back into place and we did not receive a bracket as expected. Overall, very disappointed with this business. Although I do like the style of the countertop, and it is more or less good… the service and lack of respect was just unacceptable. I personally will not be back for any future projects and would not recommend to family/friends.

This is my second time in 5 years using them for kitchen countertops. I am well pleased with the sales person at the shop, the gentleman who came to measure as well as the installers. Today am expecting a return visit for an adjust to a corner of the countertop where a pantry door is not able to fully open. They have no problem returning to make the correction. The first kitchen was with granite and this time quartz. There are no other business who can match their prices on the countertops.

Had a great professional experience at every phase of the project. We visited and selected the desired countertop for a kitchen renovation from the variety on site. We installed new cabinets ourselves in the kitchen then scheduled the onsite measurement for the new counters. The technician was very nice and discussed the options around door, corner and stove so we could pick the finishes that we wanted. The installation was clean and carefully done and the team trimmed out onsite the backsplash to our preferences. We are still working on the final tile, trim and touch up ourselves but are very pleased with the counter top work provided.

First all I am a licensed contractor in another state that owns a few houses in the Pittsburgh area. I am a real person and have been in the business for years so I have some experience with granite. I walked into the store and everyone was extremely professional. The staff is knowledgeable and not pushy. They gave me several nice options and the price was fantastic. They do all the fabrication on site(unlike others that are just middlemen) and the work is good. When it came down to paying and signing the contract I dealt with the owners son-in law who was extremely helpful and gracious. He seemed more interested in making a long term customer than a one time deal with maximum profit. I was able get a higher quality stone at a lower price than my wholesale connect. I get complements on it all the time on it. Also, the installers were great as well. Highly recommend. They are honest, affordable and really nice people. BTW. once granite is cut..it is cut. A fabricator is only as good as the information he receives. Make sure you take time to ask questions about everything(overhang,coverage,ect) There is a standard way of doing things but it may not be what your expecting. So make sure to point at all concerns and you will be happier with the outcome(regardless of where you go). Just some advice

We had them measure cut and install a wall to wall bathroom vanity top. The previous top had been removed by myself. The staff at the business were very friendly and helpful. The workers were very prompt and efficient. We were hesitant to get side splashes and the gentleman who came to measure told us he thought we would like the results better with the side splashes due to our walls bowing. We agreed and now that its done I think he made the correct call. I would definitely recommend them. They cost almost the exact same as the one we ordered from Lowes, that we had to measure ourselves, install ourselves and took 8 weeks to get here only for it to be wrong. So we spent the same amount and they measured and installed it. Wonderful!

We hired New Giant Stone to demo our 70s kitchen and re-design the space to suit modern appliances. They helped us find the perfect arrangement of cabinets to maximize counter space, with a great attitude, and professional equipment. The prices were competitive, the turn around was swift, and the cabinets are good quality, definitely a few steps above similarly-priced 'home store' cabinets. The installer had such a great outlook and so much knowledge. The company worked with us, and listened to what we wanted. We had them install granite counters as well as cabinets and are very pleased with the results. Several months later, the cabinets are still functioning--and looking--as if they were installed yesterday. I am happy to give an excellent rating to this company.

I am very pleased with my experience with New Giant and recommend them. The sales staff was professional and helpful, They had a good selection of materials to choose from. The measurement person was very accommodating and seemed very adept at his profession. The installation crew took great pains to assure my kitchen counter top was perfectly level. The counter top was cut perfectly. The lead installer seemed to be a great guy. All employees I dealt with are Chinese and language skills varied, however with a little patience all necessary info was accomplished. They took time to assure they caused no disturbance to the rest of my home. They had the best price by quite a bit. They removed my old counter top for $300. The proposals from the other firms that quoted were $1,000..
