Well this is the third stone supplier I've been to to look at slabs. Kelly and CJ were great! I felt so comfortable there I ended up hanging around a little after just chatting and CJ even helped me to find plumbing supplier places I needed to go to after. I felt that overall your showroom had the best variety of slabs to look through between you, global, and stone warehouse. I also liked that the placards gave recommendations on how each slab could be used as I've considered back lighting and that helps me to know if a slab is a candidate for that.

I was very excited about the beautiful quartzite I found at Mont. I carefully hand picked 2 quartzite slabs after spending several hours looking at their inventory to be sent to my fabricator. As a natural stone, the design in quartzite slabs can be very different in each piece. Imagine my shock when during the creative review for my backsplash and countertop with the fabricator, it became obvious that Mont sent the wrong slabs!!! I asked my fabricator to send me a picture of the slabs that they had and immediately knew that a mistake had been made. I called Mont in a panic and had several conversations about correcting the mistake and getting the right slabs to my fabricator. They never apologized nor did they take any responsibility for their error. I would not recommend Mont based on this experience. I spent thousands of dollars on my quartzite and I would think that their customer service would be better. My advice… check their work… take pictures and document your selected slabs and check with your fabricator when they are received to ensure they have sent the correct pieces.

Jenny Gray was amazing to work with. She talked to me about all my million questions and even let me stay late! She was so knowledgeable and helpful ! I really appreciate the customer service skills and advice she gave and look forward to moving forward with our decision. Thanks again !!!

Worst Customer service and do not back there products at all.

They do not honor their warranty!! Be careful! You can get stuck with a flawed countertop!

Marty, at Mont Granite in Columbus, was extremely informative and helpful. I am very impressed with her. I wish she worked up North as I feel confident she would be extremely helpful with material selection.

While I haven't purchased anything (yet!), the lady manning the phone was very professional and helpful. Just be apprised that 1) it sells slabs and 2) it is a wholesaler, so the process is quite different than just going into a box hardware store. I also can't let you know pricing as, of course, being a wholesaler, only your installer gets that information and then passes it on to you.

Visited Mont Surfaces by Mont Granite, Inc. today and fell in love with all the leather granite and quartzite. We are swimming in options!
