Can’t get a return phone call after leaving messages. Bad customer service

Just had my kitchen Stone installed. Fantastic company to work with. Ask for Michelle she is awesome! Installers were top notch and iced the cake for us with a flawless install. Thanks to everyone at Majestic!

We are so happy with our countertops. Working with Majestic Stone Imports was a pleasure from start to finish. The counter top we wanted was back ordered, they gave us options, when we chose to wait, they updated us frequently with emails. They scheduled the install, where on time, polite, professional, and efficient. They did a fantastic job.

We went with Majestic because of their competitive pricing. We ended up with beautiful granite counters that were professionally installed correctly the first time. The backsplashes needed to be recut, but they came back within a week to install those. We were very happy with Jodi’s customer service and Ruben’s installation.

This company and their workers are very efficient and very good in communicating with their customers! My granite countertop was installed, flawlessly, and efficiently. The product is exactly what I asked for, and there were no surprises. Lily Cohen is great at communicating with customers and she really helped me through the process of picking out granite for my kitchen. I couldn’t be happier! Thank you to everyone at Majestic stone!

Have someone installing it that knows how to speak English to be able to talk to the customer. Have the installer use tools versus bump the countertop with his/her/their hip to place it and tearing up drywall. Then trying to cover up the drywall issue with silicone and then leaving silicone all over the wall once done. Also hitting the wall multiple times and scratching the paint on the wall where we have to repaint now. All of this and nothing was communicated and he/she/they didn’t say anything. Tried to ask a question if I needed brackets and he/she/they had no idea what I was saying and said not on paper. I fixed some of the issues and didn’t take photos of them. Horrible experience. I should have done it myself. Update: 12/11/23 They called a week after they said they would and I still don't have an answer on if we need brackets or not. They said they would call back to send someone out, but still no call. I don't understand how they are organized there, and no apology for the installers damaging the walls and trying to cover up their mess up.

We are not happy with the half wall stone shelves. As you can see the two pieces are not level or centered. One of them even has a defect on the bottom. When I pointed it out to the installer, I was told it was the way it was manufactured. It’s their job to not use a bad section. I think they need replaced. They also then are charging us to remove the old half-wall tops. We also purchased the main countertop for our kitchen which is nice. We planned to do a backsplash with them but now are reconsidering. Hopefully can find another vendor with the same stone.

They were the supplier/installer on granite counters purchased through Lowes and did an excellent job. Not a single complaint about any part of the process from start to finish. The backsplash is not yet installed in the attached pic but the counters look and fit great.

They are a terrible company. Installed our countertop four times and it still did not look good. They agreed to a dollar settlement and then did not pay. We are prepared to go to court if necessary.. Save yourself a lot of time stress and money. Go anywhere else!

I’m the guy who did most of his own kitchen remodel. Countertops were one of two areas I knew I needed professional help with. Worked with Majestic Stone Imports on selection (had the best in the city), design help to facilitate a beautiful finished product and of course their installation. Probably the easiest piece of remodel. They committed to a time frame and kept it. Provided me with requirements they required to insure success. It was simply a very positive customer experience. Bravo!

Our new granite counter tops look great! Unfortunately when they were installed the installers did not do a great job of making it level. However I voiced my concern and Chris Brown with Majestic Stone reached out to me immediately and apologized and personally came out to my home with his project manager 2 days after installation to rectify the situation and fix the issue. His communication and customer service was top notch. While anyone would want their project done right the first time I am happy that Majestic takes pride in their work and were quick to fix their mistake and leave me with a counter I love!

We have used Majestic twice and have had an excellent experience both times. We especially appreciated the advice and TLC from Kylie on our project this year. We highly recommend Majestic!

We worked with Bob and Kylie to redo our kitchen countertops. We are very happy with the quality of the stone and all of the different options. It was a very smooth process at a very reasonable price. I highly recommend Majestic to anyone looking for granite!
