When I made my appointment with IGS, I actually did not intend to move forward so quickly with my kitchen remodel, but meeting with Amy changed my plans immediately. She made the planning process so comfortable, and her extensive knowledge about her products and remodeling processes confirmed with me that I made the right choice in contacting IGS. She is a superior consultant and I can hardly wait for my new kitchen installation and for Amy to come back to see the finished project!

I highly recommend my Amy Jacobs. She was excellent. My coordinator Mallory, not so much. I’m content with my purchase, though not exactly cost effective. If you can afford to splurge without the hassle of shopping around, I’d recommend.

While my kitchen looks beautiful from a distance, the quality of the workmanship is basically child’s play. The grout lines are rough and uneven and the granite around stove does not fit. There is an inch gap on one side, quarter inch gap on other. The lines down sides, uneven so food and water gets off cabinet down them. They will not answer my calls, I have been hung up on 11 times today. The job was botched from measurement as my new stove was here, but the said does not matter, and measured with old stove. Now the fit is off, they say too bad. 17, 000 counter top plus 2600 dollar custom cabinet. Buyer beware.

This is for a service request to drill a hole in my quartz island. The customer service agent was very helpful when I called. Told me I'd have to pay $99 upfront for the service manager to perform an inspection visit, which I did. She told me the manager would call shortly. By the end of the day, no call. I called back, got an apology and a promise if I wasn't called shortly, I would first thing in the morning. Another whole day with no call. I called and cancelled the request and asked for a credit. Still waiting. Not sure this business considers small jobs worth their time, but a customer is a customer.

I love my gorgeous new granite countertops with an under mount sink! Thank you, IGS countertops! IGS Showed us a variety of different granite colors and finishes to help us select the best color for our kitchen countertops. Excellent communication - after we ordered they came out to measure and within a couple of weeks, they came back to install the countertops. International Granite and Stone, truly cares about their customers and we greatly appreciate their service.

I am SO not happy with this company! We have been in our current home for a year, and the under-mount kitchen sink disconnected from the granite countertop the other day. We were told that a granite company needed to come out to re-attach it. We looked up granite companies near us and IGS was the first to come up. I called on a Saturday morning and was told that I would need to pay the $99 service fee FIRST (they sent an email immediately with an invoice and link to pay), and THEN we would be contacted to schedule someone to come out to fix the sink. It seemed highly unusual to us, but it was the weekend before Thanksgiving and we needed our kitchen sink fixed. We received an email immediately stating that they received our payment, but by Tuesday morning, we still had not heard from anyone. We called, and the gentleman said that his supervisor would be calling me to schedule that. I reminded him that Thanksgiving was coming up and was wondering if it would be fixed by then...he said that he would call his supervisor right now and ask him to call me ASAP. I never heard from anyone (other than 2 emails asking for a review!), so I called on Weds late morning, and the woman I spoke to on Saturday said that she would let her supervisor know that I called and have him call me. We cancelled right then and there...I don't even know if this company is legit, and we weren't going to wait around for them to keep jerking our chain. It sure seemed super risky and weird that we would have to pay for service first before anything is even scheduled. Then to have them drag their feet and not even get anything scheduled! Horrible business practice! If they are this slow, disorganized and unprofessional just to get service scheduled, I certainly don't trust them to do a good, timely job on fixing my sink!

We had amazing customer service! It wasn’t just one or two people but everyone! Friendly and outstanding customer service. Everything is beautiful! Everyone is amazing! Thank you for being there for us throughout the process of our countertops. PS: please ignore the walls as we still have to put up the backsplash
