Heritage Kitchen and Bath built the kitchen we’ve always dreamed of! They completely renovated our kitchen – doubled the size and replaced everything but our standing range. From start to finish, they were very patient with us as we adjusted / added to our plan. They also renovated our bathrooms, replaced a leaking shower and added some great features like fun tile, paneling, pantry barn door and more. The whole team – Joe, Maggie, Barb, Vanessa, Monika, A.J., Cole, Mark, and all the remaining staff were fantastic. The subs they work regularly with for flooring, electric and plumbing were also courteous and did a quality job. Everything about the final product HKB delivered was of the highest quality and the entire project stayed within budget/original estimates. I wake up every day excited to make a cappuccino and plan great dinners. I would highly recommend HKB and plan on using them for future jobs. Thank you to everyone at HKB!!

If you have a small bathroom tile project, and its important to you, do not use this company. No matter how important your project is to you and your home you will not get the attention that you as customer need, nor will problems be addressed on a small project. Beginning of 2022 I had a small bathroom front hallway to be remodeled after 27 years in the home, kind of a dream remodel. When I brought Heritage into the project, the only thing for them to do was tile work, no plumbing, no electrical, the kicker was not even the Kohler hardware. Should have been an easy project for a professional kitchen and bath tile company ....... my end result is a very unprofessionally completed project. I do always get compliments constantly on my bathroom, but it is always followed by the question, " What happened with the tile work, will company correct?". The answer is no. I wanted Maggie to come look at finished project in 2022 as she is whom i worked with and i honestly believe if she had seen finished project she may have been embarrassed and almost as disappointed as i am, again, thats possible only if she had been willing to come herself to see the workmanship left behind with her own eyes. My home is less than 10 mins from their office. Instead Joe came out to the house told me these are all justs minor cosmetic things, nothing can be done. It was really disappointing coming from Owner. I did make contact after that but Maggie has never reached out to come see project. I just want it right. The finishing of that bathroom was one of the most important remodels I've done in this home over the 27 years. My walkin shower, finished less than a year before this one, was not done by this company and came out very professional looking. I am now, 2 yrs later, looking for a new company to fix all of these unimportant cosmetic issues such as caulking needs to be atleast finished, lots of unlevel tiles throughout walls and floors, as well as the floor grout failing.

I hate that it has taken me this long to sit and write this review for Vanessa Oestereicher and the rest of the team at Heritage. Vanessa helped me renovate the kitchen and bathroom in a condo in Boulder during this crazy time and it turned out so much better than I could have ever expected. I’ve never physically been into the store, never met Vanessa in person, and never saw the quartz slabs that we chose in person. Vanessa was instrumental in helping with the perfect end results...she provided photos of available quartz selections and consulted with their in house designer to steer me in the right direction. It’s crazy to think I was in Austin, she was in Broomfield and this condo was in Boulder. With reflection and sincere thanks, I would do it all over again with Heritage Kitchen & Bath.

Maggy and Barb designed my kitchen and it is beautiful. Once the kitchen cabinets came and they started, it took less than 5 weeks. We also ended up doing my a Living Room Dining Room and we changed the study into a Wine room. I have never been so happy with the outcome of my new home. Joe and his team were very professional and considerate and worked very hard. I would highly recommend Heritage Kitchen and Bath. Here are some Before & After pictures.

We have waited many years to have our kitchen redone. It had gotten to the point where we were struggling with kitchen space because it was so small, cramped, and divided. We were unsure of what we wanted in the beginning, but the entire crew at Heritage Kitchen and Bath were so helpful and knowledgeable with design ideas that it made the process go smoothly and pleasantly. I would highly recommend them for your future projects! I can't say enough good things about them! If you are considering a remodel of your kitchen or bath, Heritage is the way to go! The team was amazing during both the design and installation process, and they were great to work with...innovative and creative...we went with dark green cabinets (thanks, Abbi!)...outside of the box color that is stunning. Needless to say, I now have my dream kitchen and couldn't be happier.

I knew my kitchen was tired and needed help but didn't know where to even start. I reached out to Heritage and they came right out to take a look and offer suggestions and provided a general estimate. We had an area with bar-height countertop and Abby suggested cutting it down to open up and area and bring in more light. It was such a great suggestion that I didn't foresee. Everyone at Heritage was very professional and kind and I enjoyed chatting with all the crew when they were at the house. The kitchen turned out beautifully, their advice on colors and materials was right on. They also recommended a company to refinish the hardwood floors, which worked out great and was the final touch to the job. Thank you Heritage!!

Sadly, I’m very disappointed in the overall product we were given by this company. We had our kitchen remodeled including removing a wall, adding in a pantry, and putting in an elongated island. While the staff started off nice and responsive, toward the end of the project that changed as more issues came up. Kitchen cabinet doors wouldn’t open, knobs/pulls were put in crooked, drawers are crooked, gaps left in the backsplash grout, nails sticking out in the pantry, bright orange glue on the inside of the cabinets not even in a straight line, lack of communication/apology. The attention to detail was completely missing. The staff also RUINED a brand new vanity in our powder bathroom we installed and, instead of apologizing/replacing it, they blamed our flooring and stated it wasn’t level so water pooled down the side causing it to bubble and peel. Not the fact that their staff used our bathroom constantly throughout the day and that this vanity again was BRAND NEW. Our project was also quoted 5/6 weeks and took 10. I’d recommend going with a different company. We’ve had to hire another company to fix their mistakes costing us even more.

We hired Heritage to completely re-configure our master bath, as well as put in tile flooring and new cabinets in hall bathroom. We chose Heritage for several reasons....primarily because they are all inclusive.....they have their own showroom, and Maggie and Monica are so helpful in design, and choosing products that blend well together. Heritage takes care of EVERYTHING.....from house prep, demo, design, stone fabrication, electrical, dry wall, plumbing, etc. They are all very professional, talented, meticulous, and so friendly!! A Heritage employee was always on the property when an outside professional came in like the plumber, etc. I felt very comfortable with any of the employees coming in our home when we were gone. The entire process was smooth.....communication was excellent throughout the project. I had one contact person to ask any question, big or small. They were very helpful and accommodating in everything we wanted! I HIGHLY recommend Heritage for your re-model! Our new bathrooms are beautiful!!!!

We hired Heritage to do two complete bathroom remodels in our home at the same time - a small guest bathroom and a large 5-piece master bathroom. We are extremely happy with the finished project. They are a full service company providing general contracting, tile, cabinetry and stone fabrication. I really enjoyed being able to do everything directly through them, it saved a lot of time and made coordination very easy. We chose all our materials in their showroom before the project, and they made sure everything was ordered and on hand before starting the work. Their showroom is extensive with tons of selection, and they stock it with tile that is quality but reasonably priced, so you don't end up falling in love with something and then find out it costs $70 per sq/ft. We love the tile we chose and it all was well under $15 per sq/ft. We also picked out and designed vanities and countertops for both bathrooms as well. Maggie did a wonderful job helping out with material selections and designing the layout for the bathrooms. After all the planning and purchasing was done, they started on the work. They are a small, family-run company and their small team of workers were excellent and respectful of our home. They did all the demo, prep, tile install, vanity install and countertop install themselves. They only subcontracted a plumber and drywaller, who were excellent. The fact that they do their own stone fabrication was very convenient because it was easy to make last minute changes like when we decided to use the quartz from the countertop for the shelves in our shower niche. Joe consulted with us throughout the entire project so we could make decisions as things moved along. There was quite a bit of mold residue on the subfloor from our old shower and instead of cleaning the subfloor, they replaced it for us so everything was brand new. Joe was also able to quickly diagnose a leak issue we were having that two previous plumbers couldn't figure out for us and fixed it. They spent a lot of time waterproofing and prepping the floors, shower bench and walls to make sure everything was prepped for tile, and then glass install. We had quite a few estimates before starting this project and I found Heritage to be very reasonably priced. I am super picky but felt they did very high quality work, communicated well and were very flexible with last-minute changes. I really like their business model of taking care of everything for you from designing and purchasing to fabrication and install without charging a premium for it. I highly recommend these folks.
