John Watson immediately knew the look I wanted for my kitchen. He executed it with precision. It was complicated but we kept at it and the result is wonderful. It is the highlight of our home. Wood being wood, some small repairs were necessary- so we got to work with Doris who is a joy and pleasure. The issues have been resolved and the results?? Look for yourself.

While finalizing our kitchen remodel, I reached out to Hammond Kitchens for their input on recommendations for a new kitchen. We met with Chris Hammond who provided personal attention to this project, and provided fantastic input on everything. From laying out the design, providing guidance on dimensions, helping pick the counter top material, and making us feel comfortable in our decision, he was the utmost professional. Big Dave did the installation with an eye for detail, and it turned out great. Any issues were resolved, and the follow up service managed by Doris O'Halloran was handled quickly and to our absolute satisfaction. We are now 9 months into our new kitchen and had a recent service call to make a minor drawer adjustment which was scheduled and performed the very next day. Special shout out to Bruce for doing such a great job on that service call, explaining what the problem was and providing an immediate solution. Highly recommend Hammond Kitchens for anyone looking for exceptional quality and service!

Chris was amazing to work with! He came to measure, made suggestions we never thought about that we really liked, gave us 3-D images and our quote. Took a few months to come in but that was the year of covid so it was out of their control. Worth the wait for sure. All the workers were very courteous, quick yet thorough, and most importantly finished with the kitchen and bathrooms of our dreams. We are so in love!

Exceptional Service and Craftsmanship! We recently closed on our new home build, and I can't say enough about the outstanding work Hammond Kitchens & Bath did on our kitchen/bath cabinet and countertop design and installation. The team was incredibly skilled and meticulous, paying close attention to every detail. John, our dedicated consultant, was incredibly helpful and patient throughout the entire process. He was always willing to go the extra mile to accommodate our special requests and was very understanding of our changing needs. The Hammond team was also quick to address any issues that arose, even issues that were beyond their control. They took ownership of the problem and resolved it promptly and efficiently. We were very impressed with the quality of their work, their timely delivery, and continued support even after the project was completed. We started our experience in the Hammond Cabinet showroom where we met J.P. McMenamy. J.P. was the main reason we purchased cabinets from Hammond. On each visit to Hammond (and there were many), J.P. was extremely patient and knowledgeable and did not push us into a decision. After meeting in the showroom he came to our house with samples to show us, to measure the existing cabinets, and to discuss what we needed and wanted in cabinets. We do not make decisions very easily, and after four months, countless redesigns, color changes, and countertops changes, he remained very patient and never pressured us into the sale as we all knew we were going to contract with Hammond. Understandably after these four months and no decisions, he had to give us a necessary gentle shove to get us to make the final commitment. J.P. recommended one of their installers, Dave, to be assigned to our job. After the cabinets were shipped to Hammond we felt there was a delay in getting on Dave's busy schedule to start the install. We came into the showroom to discuss this with J.P.. A few minutes later he took us directly into John Watson's office, the general manager. John reviewed Dave's schedule and a date was selected. It was decided in this meeting to install the kitchen, guest bath, laundry room, and entertainment center cabinets during the 1st installation and leave the master bathroom in place so we were not without a sink during the main installation. Dave showed up on time, he worked most of the day to clear out the kitchen and guest bath cabinets and clean up afterward. He was always professional, polite, and punctual. The next day he and his father, also a cabinet installer, arrived to start the installation. As I recall this was 3 days of work. After the cabinet installation, the measurement for the countertops happened as planned. Then we visited Hammond Cabinets where J.P. and John took us to look at the quartz slabs that would be cut, and to discuss this with the cutting crew. The next step was the quartz installation with Jamie and his crew. They were on time, professional, and polite. After that, Doris O'Halloran, Hammond's customer service manager, came out for an inspection. She found some cabinet doors that did not meet Hammond’s quality inspection, and she put these on order. These were flaws that we didn't even notice until she pointed them out. There was also a piece of trim that needed to be put on order. While we waited for the new part and doors to arrive, Chris, one of Hammond's service techs, was sent to adjust the doors and clean up any visible marks on the cabinets. Once the replacement doors and trim pieces arrived, Chris returned at a later date to complete the installation. Chris does an excellent job in door adjustments. Doris may have the most difficult position (the most moving targets) with Hammond cabinets. Doris came back out on 10/4/24 for the final inspection to address any issues we may have had. As with any home remodeling job, there are unforeseeable bumps along the way. However, the way this company handled those "bumps" is a true testament to their professionalism. I'd like to send a special thank you to J.P., John, Dave (and his father), Jamie, Chris, and Doris for a job well done.

We really wanted to update our kitchen and Chris Hammond came out and went above and beyond our expectations! Everyone was so helpful the whole way thru. Doris was great at getting things arranged, Jamie did a good job with our Quartzite and Ryan did a fantastic job on completing our beautiful kitchen...thank you everyone that helped make our house our home.

Read to the end, 3-years after Hammond K&B built and installed our entire kitchen, our under mount kitchen sink detached from the countertop this morning. I discovered there were only two brackets and an eight inch long board supporting the giant ceramic sink. After posting my review John Watson called asking when can he send a team out to secure the sink. The team replaced the brackets with larger ones, realigned it, and secured the sink to the counter top, resealed the silicone, and cleaned up. John even offered to pay us for the support bars we purchased. Thank you John! Hopefully you are an owner or at least compensated well, because you act like an owner who cares about reputation and referrals.

Hammond Kitchens did everything from the initial plans, demolition, installations and final touches. Everyone was professional, courteous and so helpful in making our vision come to life. The original kitchen was from the 1980s. Our new kitchen is beautiful and Chris designed it to optimize the space. The installers made sure everything was perfect The after and before pictures below show how an old small kitchen was redone into a bright, beautiful space..

We had “luxury 42” wood” cabinets installed by Hammond when we built with Lifestyle in 2021 ( last name is Mehovic) emailed them several times because all of almost all of the doors are peeling and buckling at the seams . No response for months . Finally called lifestyle and they contacted Hammond. Where they immediately without even coming to see the cabinets said “it’s water damage “ nothing we can do. I only use a damp microfiber cloth to wipe them down . No spray or water . We had a guy come out and said looks like it’s finish issue. So now I have $30,000 3 yr old cabinet fronts that are cheap MDF that now have to be replaced. My Lowe’s.cabinets that were 1/2 the price and installed at the same time still look brand new. It makes me want to throw up.

8 yrs ago Hammond built kitchen cabinets, marble counters and the same for our bathroom. The quality and workmanship was top notch. Recently one of the cabinet doors wasn’t closing properly. Do yourself a favor and DO NOT BUY ANYTHING from this company. Poor service, months to get cabinets and countertops. Three weeks with no countertops, kitchen and bathroom sinks. Finally installed - missing drawers, broken dove tail connectors in the drawers and still waiting for completion after 7 months. Poor coordination and poor communication. Not sure how they stay in business!!

I would never recommend this company to anyone. cheap products, poor workmanship, and inadequate workers. Measurement were off, they had to come back and reinstall a lot of the cabinets hardware. The paint was rough so they had to send them back, the hardware wasn't working and a lot of the pieces came broken. I completely regret spending the money I did here and its a little over a year and paint is chipping and a little bit of water can cause major damage. Stay far away!
