We have been working with Greencastle for a few weeks now. We are very happy with the build quality [all plywood] and the operation of the hinges, slides etc. We have not been let down with quotes, stock issues or any of the normal business glitches. We searched for 5 years to find this service and will continue to do business with them. Special shout out to Larry, Marco and the lady at the cash register also the warehouse staff and the lady in the warehouse are extremely helpful.

This is by far the worst Chinese Cabinet Supplier in the United States. I have used at least ten wholesale companies but Greencastle and their crooked antics top them all. Never expect to receive a full order. Never expect the cabinets to be intact. Never expect customer service. Never expect what you would with any other cabinet company. It is unbelievably bad. Save yourself the aspirin and Ibuprofen and find a different company. There are several!!

Very quick turn around for design and quote. I went in to give them my measurements on Wednesday and they had a quote for me ready by Thursday morning. Unfortunately we were not able to purchase our cabinets here but they were quick and accommodating in making plans for us.

Sat down with Larry very helpful and patient. Great prices too.

After we made our choices, Simmon laid out a few packages with computer-generated blueprints of our space & offered very knowledgeable suggestions & recommendations. Changing your Cabinets/ Remodeling your Kitchen isn't an easy task. I was Doubtful, spectacle and fearful of the outcome and how it wouldnt turn out the way we wanted. WELL Greencastle Cabinetry MADE IT HAPPEN, our expectation far exceeded what we initially thought. Save your time, go in and ask for Simmon I assure you will have no regrets.

Great service and quality cabinets (plywood) at a great price. They took our plans and did a drawing and rendering so we could see exactly what we were getting. The cabinets are all boxed and you have to put them together, watch the videos on their website for instructions. We had a cabinet with a crack in the frame, they let us exchange it without issue. Great service and would definitely recommend.

I am regularly picking up cabinets for my work, I have to say that this place like a couple of others I have, treat me well. Will have material ready for me, and will make the transaction from the moment I pay to the moment I leave, very easy. For that, and the fact that they will exchange or return material with very minimal hassle. I have to love it. Thank you guys Keri up the great work.
