Juliette and Josh were very helpful with the process and friendly. The kitchen counter tops look amazing and we are very happy. I’d use them again for a bathroom project as their counter tops are such high quality and look great.

Josh is amazing and works with all the expected and unexpected measurement and plumbing issues with a renovation with his clients. The work is amazing, the quality superb. They did my kitchen and my bathroom and were recommended by a home inspector.

We bought a house in June. We loved the place but we wanted to redo the kitchen. They had done my friends kitchen and did a nice job. The initial consultation was great the installers and measures were on time. The project was done in the amount of time they said it would be and the new counters and cabinets do look great. So why the one star? They installed the wrong backsplash. The work was good quality but it was the completely wrong color. When I talked to them about they said they'd take care of it and get everything rescheduled to come replace the wrong backsplash. The salesperson admitted she was at fault. She had written the wrong color on the order form Weirdly they told me the price of the replacement would have to paid for by the salesperson. We told them we still wanted the original color. They then told me they don't make that color anymore so sent the same salesperson back out and we picked out a backsplash similar to the original we picked. They told us they would call to set up the measurements. That was 2 months ago now. I have emailed and called and they have said they'll get it set up but then no one calls. Essentially it feels like they are sticking us with a backsplash we don't want when they admitted their mistake. It doesn't look horrible but it's not what we paid for. After the installation they left the electrical sockets just hanging out and after the plumber the sent out to rehook up our water our filtered spigot didn't work correctly and the water line for our refrigerator was damaged and we had to replace it. They did send someone for the sockets. The quality and price are good but if you have any problems that will cost them money they quickly become unresponsive and don't want to follow through on their promises. If you use this company make sure you are home to oversee the installation cause once they have your money you get what you get.

I have used Granite Transformations in the past for my kitchen remodel at home. When it was time to remodel the kitchen at my office they were my top choice! Juliette helped me through the choices, Josh did the measuring and David & Devin installed the job. Melissa also helped made the job run smoothly the day of the install and with the paperwork. Everyone was was so helpful, knowledgeable and made the whole experience wonderful. My countertop and new sink are beautiful and a really nice upgrade to our office. I highly recommend Granite Transformations for your home and office!

What a nightmare. I would think twice before using Granite Transformations. Remodeling your home is supposed to be a good experience, for us it has been the worst experience. We were told if they had to put a seam in the kitchen counter top we wouldn’t be able to tell where it is, not true the seam is noticeable and raised. They installed the kitchen, and half the counter top in the main bathroom, where supposed to come back the next day to finish but since they installed the wrong counter top and wrong color sink in the bathroom they didn’t come back the next day. This left us with no water in the main bathroom because they didn’t drill the hole in the counter top for the faucet and the kitchen unfinished. It took them 2 weeks to come back and finish the kitchen and per my request drill a hole in the incomplete/wrong bathroom counter top so we could put in a faucet. They ordered the wrong size and color sinks for our 3 bathrooms twice. They lack communication you have to keep reaching out to them to find out what is going on. It took them 4 weeks from the initial install date to complete the project and were not willing to compensate us in any way for the inconvenience and stress they cause our family.

I waited a couple of years to post this, because while I wasn't happy with the experience, I dealt with the issues. However, now that I've had to pay another contractor to fix Granite Transformations' rigged-up installation, I decided to speak up and warn other homeowners. $10K worth of counters were installed in my home. They did the cut for the stovetop, and independently decided to change the positioning of the appliance. I was home during the install - right there in the house - but no one asked me if the new positioning would be acceptable. It was not. It placed the stovetop nearly out of my physical reach. So instead of pulling out that slab section, and starting over with a new one (as they should have), they cut the wrongly-placed hole larger, moved the stovetop back where it should have been, and patched the now too-large opening with a strip of counter material. It looked terrible and the stovetop was only supported on three sides by the countertop. Two years later that patch all but fell off into the cabinet below. I had to pay another contractor to reinforce it from beneath. It still looks terrible, but now the strip isn't falling off. Don't use these folks. And if you do, as an aside, don't use their loan company, EnerBank. EnerBank is as mis-leading as they can possibly be regarding their "interest-free" offers. Good luck.

Granite transformation put in counters in my house in 2018, I spent all of 2019 calling and trying to get things fixed. First they did not cut the whole for the faucet I had and when the guys came to put it in that's when it was discovered. They said, "Just call and they will get a new faucet for you". Not. I called every week and was told that 1. they were the new company not affiliated with the old one. 2. I would need to buy the faucet. 3. someone would get back to me. After almost a year, they finally sent out a faucet to put in and the service guy didn't do it right as a second pipe was required under the sink. Did find that out a few weeks later when water flooded the cabinet and we had to call in a plumber who showed me what wasn't done and that cost me $800 more. I definitely would not recommend doing business with them.

Juliette fed us all the wrong information. She had the quote screwed up, measurements off, and misinformed us on the timeline. We where told a one day install and that the project would be completed in January or February which was 4-5 months after signing the contract. We just finished the project, total of almost 9 months of waiting, over a week to do the install. No one at the office could provide us a straight answer as to when the materials to do our install would arrive. Final product turned out nice, not a good company to deal with. Customer service is nonexistent with Granite Transformations.
