I worked with Granite Karma after my prior counter top installer was unable to complete my job on time. I am extremely happy that I was recommended to call them. They were professional, and communicative during the entire process. From the templating to the installation, everything was seemless. I would strongly recommend them and would use them again in a heartbeat!

The absolute BEST around! Our cabinet company flat out told us Granite Karma could get us a better product and a better price than if we "bundled" countertops with them. Everywhere else told us 2 to 3 months lead time after measuring, Granite Karma did the job start to finish in under 5 weeks, and that's with 2 holiday weekends! Transparent pricing, straight forward job quotes, constant communication, responsive associates: they are EXACTLY what homeowners want in a contractor! Install was done right with quality products (hefty underlayment, proper adhesive, gorgeous slabs!). They don't cut corners, and they are the perfect mix of technicians and artists! I could not be happier! Thank you Chris, Fernando, Ivan, José, and everyone else at GK!

Calling Granite Karma was the best decision throughout my kitchen remodel. The countertops pulled my whole kitchen together. After I found my countertop slab from AZ. Tile I contacted Chris. He was professional, easy to talk to, and answered all of my numerous questions. The best part, he always called me back, or answered his phone if he was available, and answered all of my text messages. Communication with Chris is 100%. Everyone I came into contact with at Granite Karma were professional, friendly and easy to work with. From Fernando who took my kitchen measurements, my fabricator at the shop, to the installers who worked magic, fitting my countertops inside my kitchen. The beveled edges look fantastic.
The installation of my Bocchi Soto sink went smoothly. I was concerned since it's an undermount and not an easy drop in. Great customer service with many companies is sorely lacking, but not with Granite Karma. Thank you so much, to all who were involved in my kitchen remodel. The countertops are beautiful.

Ramon and his team at Granite Karma did an amazing job on my Quartz counters! They offered a great price for the counters which included: coming to my home and taking measurements, design of the Quartz counters, carefully tearing out my old counters. ( I did loosen my old back splash from the wall before they can so to help insure no damage to the wall ), and polishing the quartz. They even went the extra mile and designed a Quartz window cill for the window above my sink! It was never discussed, but it was an awesome surprise and I absolutely love it!! I would use them again and I highly recommend Ramon and his Granite Karma team

Started off great; and timely communication throughout. If you have zero questions or concerns, this could be your place. But I asked one too many REASONABLE questions, and when we reached the point of installation, they kindly requested I go elsewhere (which I did (MJ), with a quick 2 week seamless experience, all questions answered, and fabulous results). I did find it odd the salesman tried hard to kindly discourage me from going to the slab shop to lay out my pieces. I was doing a waterfall edge on a kitchen island in Taj mahal quartzite, so it was important to us to make sure that piece was chosen properly. Upon arrival, the slabs were not out on display, so we layed it out digitally in the office. I had to return (45 min round trip), and I did so happily with NO complaints, for round 2. Finished that up in 15 min (after patiently waiting 20 min for them to get my slabs out; again not prepared for my arrival. No problem, things happen, I let it slide). Bottom line is even though our communication was always timely and cordial, I sensed from day 1 I was being rushed through the process. He repeatedly told me his guys 'know what they were doing,' despite me never doubting their ability; I just wanted my basic questions answered. The red flag was the discouragement of my wanting to be involved in going to the fabrication shop for piece placement, esp after assuring me they could accomodate that. This is not an odd request in this industry. Others do it all the time. I've remodeled a kitchen once before, so I knew what to ask so there would be no surprises or disappointments on install day. I've heard the owners are great guys, but I never spoke with them. They have a nice staff and competitive pricing, but beware they wanted to get my project done with little to no customer involvement. Makes no sense.
