Very large selection of products. I had a very placenta experience with granite granite inc. The transaction went smooth and the delivery right on time. There was an issue with the purchased material and it was not caused by granite inc. Nevertheless Granite took responsibility and fixed it at no extra costs for me. I strongly recommend this company especially for the service they provide and for how good they are to accommodate the customers requests.

Despite how I feel about my experience with this company I will do my best to keep it to my own observations that I believe to be true. I wanted to work with a local company and later found out that it is regional and the owner is in Houston. I will also use my personal account so that my name is attached to this review. 1. My wife and I worked with Doug to find 2 slabs of granite. 2. My wife and I spent about 4 hours discussing and looking for the right one we both liked. 3. We found one that both of us loved and clearly indicated to Doug several times how much we loved it including taking a picture of it with a cabinet door and our new flooring. 4. Doug said they were available and we gave a deposit for them. 5. Our fabricator received them. 6. We were still trying to decide on backsplash so I went to the fabricator to get a scrap cut from the slab to help us pick out tile. 7. When I got there they had different slabs than the ones we ordered. We had specifically mentioned to Doug that we did not like the slabs that were sent. When I called after finding this out I was gaslighted about having the wrong slabs and luckily we had the photo to prove it was different. 8. I was told by the area manager and was told that they could not make any decisions without talking to the owners and that he would get back to me. I never heard back from him. My fabricator was able to return the slabs for a refund.

Michael Marquez, Sr Sales Associate, was very welcoming and helpful.He guided us during our visit and answered any questions we had. A very comfortable show room and slab yard makes browsing convenient. A wide variety of stone patterns, colors and type. Definitely worth your time! The website is very informative also.

We are starting a kitchen remodel project and recently visited Granite Granite as well as several other local stone showrooms. The selection here was by far the widest with a great range of colors and grades available to see. Steve, the head honcho, was very helpful and willing to work with us to hold the slabs that we were interested in until we had a chance to look continue our search. After looking at several other places we returned to Granite Granite and are pleased that are done with our counter top selection!

We were looking for an exceptional piece of granite for our master bathroom shower and were fortunate enough to have found Granite Granite in Albuquerque. We found two exceptional book matched pieces of Everest Crystal granite carried exclusively by Granite Granite. We found them very accommodating in all our requests and are totally satisfied with the results and our experience. We highly recommend them.

I have purchased from them at least 6 times, and each time I have done business with them I had big issues. They are always switching prices and slabs when I paid for the material already. They are not professional and try to sell me cracked, scratched granite. I am a smaller shop so do believe they try to take advantage of that
