This is my first experience with Granite Empire but not my last. I am a Builder Inc. Turn around time is incredible. Every person I dealt with was totally professional, knew their job. Price is competitive. I've used two other companies. Granite Empire is the best. I loved how they called me out to look at template on the slab before cutting, positioning exactly the best position.

They did a great job! I was hesitant about choosing a granite company so I asked a couple of people who recently did remodeling if they had someone they liked and both people said Granite Empire. We made an appointment to go check out our options. Initially I thought I wanted a white quartz but when I got there I realized I really liked the granite after all. We added a little extra to make a breakfast bar and it was still reasonably priced. We reused our sink so they had to cut the hole on-site, but they did it outside while the other two guys were installing the left side pieces. I was nervous about having seams, but they did such a nice job with them that I have to look hard for them. The sales gal, Christina, was great to work with. The templaters were also great. The installation scheduler was kind of rude - she tried to schedule our install for a date we had told them we would not be available and then said she would put our order at the end of the queue and hopefully they would get to it a few weeks later, no alternate dates given. But I reached out to Christina, who took care of it right away even though it was her day off. The installers were fabulous. They did a great job! We are very happy with our purchase and happy we chose Granite Empire for this job!

Visited numerous countertop businesses, but when i met with Emily at Granite Empire, she made me feel like i was her number one priority. she updated me every step of the process and answered each of my texts promptly. my completed quartz countertop is gorgeous as she assured me it would be. thanks Emily for a job well done!

Cristina was so very helpful and patient with me on my quest to find the perfect granite for my kitchen. I decided to pick out the granite first, even before beginning the renovation. After sending me many pictures of several slabs, I chose one. She had it delivered, and I was able to look at it before making my decision. She even helped me decide which finish. I went with leathered because the grays were so beautiful. Seven weeks later, my granite was installed (less than a week after we notified her we were finally ready) and it is stunning! Fantastic service, great customer service, reasonable prices. I highly recommend this granite/fabrication company!

Smooth process from beginning to end. Christina was wonderful to work with. Flawless installation, the installers were very professional. We went to three different places for quotes and Granite Empire had the friendliest staff and the best prices. We love our new quartz countertops! Highly recommend Granite Empire!

End result is beautiful but it's still not right! Installers were unprofessional, telling me their poor quality cuts and measurement errors were normal. Jumbo plate covers were not enough to cover the overcuts and off-center work. The install crew did not clean up after themselves, leaving their trash and razor blades in my recycle box. Granite Empire finally sent their CFO to inspect the job who agreed immediately the backsplash needed torn out and reinstalled. This time the outlet cuts are too small. The plate cover screws run straight into the backsplash. So much for the 5 days advertised on their website, the job took over TWO months plus unexpected added cost of repeat work by my electrician and plumber. UPDATE: I further lowered my review because I have not heard from GE as the reply to my review stated. Looks like they USED to have great customer service. I would not recommend and will not use this company again.

I was very pleased with the services of Granite Empire of Louisville. From Cristina in the showroom, to the man who came to my house for measurements, to the crew which did the installation. I got beautiful new granite countertops and a black stainless steel sink, all at a reasonable price!

We are so happy with our quartz countertop! Everything went so smoothly!! Shoutout to are sales person Cristina for showing us all our options and making our experience so easy! The quality and workmanship is more than we even expected! It looks amazing even with older cabinets. Thank you Igor ? (Hope I spelt correctly) for really seeing the vision I didn’t. We love it!!

I asked around for recommendations and two people I know had recently used Granite Empire and were happy with their work. When it came time to schedule the scheduler was kind of rude and gave us one date, take it or leave it, during a time we'd already told them we wouldn't be available. I contacted Christina, who took care of it even though it was her day off. The installers were great. We reused our sink so they had to cut the hole onsite. I was nervous about having seams but they did such a good job that I have to look hard to see them. The end result was great! I totally recommend Granite Empire.

I wanted so badly to add my 5 star review to this list, but the process has been a nightmare since the installation. Poor quality cuts (off-center, oversized, and overcuts) of the backsplash caused the backsplash to be removed and recut. Mistakes happen, but the install team tried to tell me these overcuts were normal and I would just have to buy jumbo plate covers and build a new windowsill and frame. Additionally, the install team did not clean up after themselves, leaving their trash including razor blades in my recycle box. I consulted friends/ colleagues with construction backgrounds who all immediately told me it was poor workmanship and needed redone. Jumbo plates were not large enough to cover the errors, nor were the outlets secure due to the oversized cuts. Finally the CFO came to my house and immediately agreed the backsplash needed recut. New measurements were taken and a new backsplash was cut and installed. The cuts still were not right (two are too small for the plates to attach properly). GE did not follow up with me after the second installation, nor was any compensation offered for the added time and cost of their error. I had to arrange for plumbing and electrical work to be done twice. Unprofessional and poor service all around. I cannot recommend this company.
