Jeffrey was a pleasure to work with, provided an accurate time line of installation and was helpful when we had a crack in our granite during install.

My boyfriend and I had our countertops installed a few months ago. I noticed this after the guys left and it’s bothered me ever since. The staff is nice enough and I like the stone itself (the one I picked out was actually sold and I didn’t find that out until installation day so the stone in the kitchen isn’t exactly what I picked out. It’s the same rock I guess but the slab I wanted was apparently spoken for… also because of an error is their measurements we were without a kitchen sink for a couple days) but this drives me nuts! I walk into the kitchen and can see it. I bathe my babies in the sink and I can see it. It’s just filled with clear caulk. My parents got their counters done by another company and there is no gap. I am annoyed every time I look at this. can’t say I recommend. Also as another review mentioned yes, the crew that installed our countertops hardly spoke English and it was hard to communicate with them effectively with any questions or concerns.

Mischa at The Granite Depot was a phenomenal help and support when shopping and picking out my countertops for my kitchen and bathrooms. Her expertise and customer service from the first time I called have proven to be a wonderful experience for me. First time shopping for quartz, and she went above and beyond with each step of the way.

DON'T BE FOOLED!! The great prices come at cost to the customer and their home. While their countertop prices are some of the best in the area, it's for a very good reason: they use the absolute cheapest, cut rate, fly-by-night, non-english speaking crews of people who have absolutely NO idea what they are doing. The first countertop came with the seam in the wrong area, they mounted the bar granite crooked, and cracked the front edge. I tried to explain my concerns to the crew especially when I saw them installing the bar crooked, but they didn't understand English. So instead of fixing it then and there, they broke it trying to remove it the next day after the adhesive had dried, so they had to cut another brand new slab of granite. Round 2: countertops were cut correctly, but when installing they didn't seal the backsplash behind the faucet correctly or the sink to countertop and we've just found out water has been leaking behind and into our under-sink cabinets for about a year and a half. Our cabinets are destroyed and counters will have to be removed to replace them. They also damaged our bar cabinet when removing the crooked slab and that was never resolved. I called and gave them a chance to make it right, and just like everybody else who has dealt with them, they refused to DO THE RIGHT THING. So buyer beware. The people who answer the phones are absolutely wonderful UNTIL after the sale. Then you are lied to and given the runaround. Also don't expect them to call you back if you have an issue, they won't. You have to make the effort as they definitely won't. We are contacting the BBB to file a complaint amongst other measures to make sure the company doesn't harm future customers.

Granite depot, sales rep Jessica amazing to work with; five stars rating ..!!! Here is why in November 2021 my wife and I was looking at some expensive marble to go into our new kitchen. Therefore our home won’t be finished until May 2024. Total cost $40,000 . We present to Miss Jessica that our home won’t be completed until 2024 and we didn’t have enough money to purchase that expensive marble at the time . However she asked could we deposit $9000k down and she will work with us throughout the process . Keep in mind marble prices increase every year. So in the end the company held our Marble product for 2 1/2 years and later installed finish product throughout the home built process and allow us to make our final payment after install. What company does that only a company who cares about the customer(s) . In addition if it wasn’t for Miss Jessica as an awesome rep , I don’t think the process would be as smooth… we thank you !!!!

Granite Depot (specifically Jeffrey Ray) went above and beyond what I hoped for in the way of product, service, follow-up and time of installation! They were so helpful in guiding us through a timeline for renovating our kitchen and what should take place either before or after the countertops were installed. We were so pleased that we’re starting another project with them. Below are the before and after! Thanks again, J&D Benson

Cameron Kelly was wonderful to work with! She was extremely helpful and explained the entire process very well. Communication was open and effective. I chose a stone called ATLAS which I picked out at Arcadia Surfaces. I was offered the chance to see my countertop layout prior to the slabs being cut, in case I wanted the color layout changed up a bit. I am BEYOND THRILLED with how everything turned out!!! To say I love it, it is a drastic understatement! The installers were pleasant, quick and really knew what they were doing. They allowed me to install my bathroom faucets prior to them putting the sink bowls in, which made that task so much easier. I highly recommend Granite Depot for your countertops and any other surfaces you want to upgrade. I've included pictures as well.
