The counter top looks great. The installers were punctual and very professional, they took care with the surroundings as well as the countertop. I would recommend their service anytime.

We used Granite4Less to install fantasy brown quartzite countertops. Isabelly Santos was kind and patient as she walked us through a multitude of stone options and colors. She helped guide us to making a great decision. The finishing and installation crew were professional and left us more than satisfied. Overall, it was a great experience. If we ever need countertops again, we will go to Granite4Less. They were excellent to work with, honest, and came through big time. Love the product and their professionalism. We could not be more pleased.

Totally disgusted! We have been postponed 3 times now. Asked to sign a contract and they are now in breach of that contract. Customer service is abysmal. Would NOT recommend!!!

After much searching in the Myrtle Beach area, and getting several estimates, I decided to further my search and located Granite 4 Less and went to see them. Best decision we ever made. Bella, who helped us with everything, is top notch in my book. That young lady is very knowledgeable on their products, guiding us all the way. The young men who measured and then installed, all very nice , helpful and friendly. If you want the best in customer service, from beginning to end, you can not go wrong at Granite 4 Less. Stellar company.

I’m very satisfied with my quartz counter top thanks to Bella Lima for the great job she did from start to finish and also Fabio my installer who is very knowledgeable and good at what he does ,and also Franklin who does the template .They shows up on time explain what they’re doing.I could not ask for a better team . Thank you guys I would highly recommend.

Our beautiful quartz counter top was installed yesterday and we couldn't be happier with the result! Marie with Granite4Less was so helpful throughout the entire process, from choosing the quartz, to ordering, to installation and answered all of my (many!) questions promptly and thoroughly. When we decided to replace the 20 year old formica countertops in our condo, I visited at minimum 10 granite stores in Myrtle Beach and the surrounding area. It's a huge decision! I looked through well over 100 slabs, easy. I learned of Granite4Less through several neighbors who they installed counters for. I immediately drove over and toured a large variety of slabs. I was ecstatic I was able to find exactly what I wanted and within my budget. I worked with Isabelly who was outstanding. Always responsive and patient. Answered all my questions. Upon deciding and completing my deposit, they came out quickly to measure and approve. They had my counters ready for install much quicker than outlined upon ordering (10 days from order to install). They installers arrived promptly. They removed my old counters without any damage and installed the new ones perfectly. We had a few tough angles and corners so it was impressive. As a local Realtor, I will reccomend them to clients. I am definitely returning when I replace our bathroom counters and already sent my neighbor who is getting hers installed today.

Voice-mail full first 2X I called. Next ,2 cancelled measurement appointments on the day of the appointment. Now the agreed upon installation date changed without proper notification. Customer service is terrible. Staff member denies she scheduled original date. Give me a break.
