We have bought a dishwasher and washing machine over the years here. They matched the big box store price on a sales holiday. Always great friendly service. I recently went in for a part for the dishwasher and they had it in stock, the parts person was super helpful and had the part waiting at the counter.

I called them about my Thermador stove problems because I live far from any services. I spoke with Craig who informed me that I lived to far from them to get a service call. But said he would take my stove info and see what he could find out. To my surprise he got back to me within the hour and provided me with some helpful info. I later discovered the part needed to fix my stove but couldn't seem to locate the part. So in desperation I called them back again and gave them the info, they again, contacted me the next day with what they could find out about my stove. Exceptional customer service and I wasn't even one of their customers!! Too bad THERMADOR doesn't provide even half of that kind of customer service!!! Thank You Ginnos Appliances !!!!!

Steve was great. Were from out of town and were running short on time to make it in before they closed. Steve had our appliance ready to be loaded by the time I showed up. Was in and out in five minutes. Steve made it pain free and super efficient.

Local & convenient. My Dad knew what kind of stove he wanted, and after looking at 2 other stores with no luck, Ginno's was the answer. We were in, found it, ordered it, paid for it and arranged for delivery all in about 20 mins.

So we got a new dishwasher on November 3rd ended up not working shortly after. They come in to inspect on the 15th of November to see what’s wrong with it. They leave and tell us a week later after no communication that the water hose was broken and they ordered it. Today a little over a month later they tell us the part “should” be ready by January 11th. Total 1st world problem I know , but with a house with 4 kids in it time is of the essence!

The techs arrived on time. The were very professional, polite and answered all my questions. They jumped right in (ice machine stopped) found the gears were stripped. Replaced the unit and all is great. Done in no time at all. Thank you very much Highly recommend to everyone 👍

We worked with Kevin to find just the right countertops for our kitchen remodel. Although I'm still staining the cabinets a darker color, you can see in the photos the beautiful new quartz countertops Ginnos installed. We opted for the Silestone Calcutta Gold for its light veining and specks of gold. Kevin was very helpful in advising on the 3cm thick option so we could extend the peninsula bar and not have to deal with corbels (under 18"). The installers were professional and nice to talk to. They came out to build a template and create the wider top for the peninsula. They adapted for the new base cabinet addition and the curved area. They also fabricated a window sil for the kitchen of the same material. Upon installation they advised on extending the sil to the window height so that the tile backsplash wouldn't be interrupted. I am so pleased with the result, and very thankful for that tip! They also did the small countertop in the laundry room. We are so very pleased with how the countertops turned out. Like giddy!! I would highly recommend Ginnos for your countertop needs!

New washer arrival at perfect timing. They took my old one. And installed a brand new one. Didn't take much time. And Nathan was really professional at his job. Very nice guy. We used Ginno’s for our kitchen remodel. When they came out to install we found out that We had the wrong measurements for the fridge opening.
