Manuel, my contractor, set us up with Eleganzza. And they installed the granite in our kitchen and the bathrooms. Every time they were professional, on time, and left everything super clean afterwards. And the quality of their work is the best!

I hired them for countertops, backsplash, and one new cabinet. I will address all 3. Countertops – 4 out of 5. I got quotes from 3 companies and Eleganzza was by far the cheapest. The sample I chose vs what I received was close enough given the price. Had I been paying as much as the other companies were charging I would have not let the granite off the truck. I don’t think it matched up with exactly what I picked, but given the price, good enough for me. The crew installing it did a good job. Also, got my new sink in nicely. Backsplash – 0 out of 5. Here is where they went wrong. Probably important to note Eleganzza subs out this work and I believe the company was Dominguez Remodeling, definitely Dominguez something. I purchased transparent glass tile to be installed all around my kitchen. This crew was extremely sloppy. They left mortar on the kitchen floor and countertops after 2 days of work, never cleaning it up. They used 2 tiles that were broken. Left gaps and cracks in the grout and the big one, they worked too quickly not ensuring the grout completely filled in the spaces between the tile leaving the mesh holding the tile pieces together visible everywhere. After several weeks of trying to get this resolved I met with the head of the Dominguez crew and he was absolutely insane. He kept claiming the tile was defective and installed properly, even after he stated “we do not stand here and ensure the grout fills it all in, we sponge it on and that is it.” That is exactly what he did wrong. With this kind of tile they needed to ensure it was properly filled in and they did not. The entire backsplash needs to be taken off and redone. After several weeks, clearly no longer a priority to them, the resolution to this issue was a partial reimbursement of the materials and installation costs, leaving me out a very significant amount of money. Cabinet – 5 out of 5. I had them replace a trash compactor with a cabinet to hold a trash can. They did a good job. Installed it well, matched the other cabinets, all I had to do was paint it and it was perfect. They also had to modify a couple cabinet doors for a larger sink I had installed and they did that well too. I had to paint them, but after that it was perfect. Overall - When redoing a kitchen and one is spending thousands of dollars I want a 5 out of 5, maybe 4 out of 5, but not a job that at best I would rate 3 out of 5 and that is mainly due to the low price.
