Prices are lower than Grabince, although still higher overall bc of waste markups. Attention to detail is not there. Showed up late, delayed installation date. Decided to give them another chance despite their messups with the faucet cutouts at the last job they did for us. They aren’t careful with surrounding finishes, and we will definitely have to go back over their work and touch up the damages. Literally had them rest the stone above the dishwasher and they cracked the urethane finish.

My experience with E& E granite and counter tops was excellent. They did a good job on all granite countertops and cabinets. Mrs. Yishu was the best to work with also, she went above and behind to help me out!

We visited E.E. Kitchen & Bath first, and kept circling back to them. They have a great selection of quartz, and explained options with our setup. The sales staff was obviously knowledgeable and told us how far we could extend our island with proper supports. When we found out two people we know had excellent installations with E.E., we were sold. Once we selected our quartz and they took measurements (a quick and easy process), they gave us a firm and reasonable quote, and we scheduled our install. We thought the counter for our sink would need to be installed in two pieces, but they had the proper rig to cut it as a single piece! No seams needed!. The installation crew was friendly, courteous, and FAST! They were in and out before we knew it. We received follow-up phone calls to ask if we were happy with the product and to thank us for our business. We LOVE the finished product. This group takes care of you.

We purchased a quartz counter top and our contractor came to pick it up. They sent my contractor a discolored piece with water damaged and cracked line across the slab. The contractor said the PIECE must have been STORED in the open weather FOR A LONG TIME. When we contacted them about it the same day the contractor pikced it up. We were asked to send them pictures of the defected and promised a call back. They did not call us back regarding the replacement. We stopped by the shop 4 times and many phone calls were made regarding the replacement. Their resolution was to sell me another piece for 50% off. I told them we should not be giving a defected piece from the beginning. Lisa the sale person and Paul the manager, told us to check our product before we leave their shop. We trusted them in good faith to receive a good product from them, not a defected piece. They have been given us the run around for weeks and now told us that they are not going to do anything about our situation. To me this is bad business, the consumers should not have to watch out for the retailer to pull a quick one on us. I am now stuck with a defected counter top.

Never called me back to schedule measurements after promising to do so. I called EE yesterday and spoke with Lisa and even after she promised to return my call after getting the schedule she did not. Paul promised the first time and I didn’t hear back from him. They have shown me they don’t need my business. Also, they do not demo (remove existing countertops) and when referring me to an outside contractor that contractor met with me at my home and didn’t even remember the details we discussed in depth (for an hour since I want multiple rooms done) for my quotes. Find a company that installs and demos you’ll have a much smaller headache.

We are building a new house and I like to shop around for good pricing. I've used several places before but thought I'd give EE a try because I pass it every day going to work. Price for quartzite, quartz and marble were very good compared to others. Selection was basically what you saw on the yard but they were also willing to work with me on a remnant. Also, I am particular about things and especially the joints in the kitchen...as seen in my picture they did a great job with that. (I did see a prior complaint in one of the reviews about this). They did fabricate a good bit on-site but it was all done outside so no dust inside (had another local fabricator do that to me before and made a mess). Best part to me about EE though was customer service. If someone treats us poorly they won't get our business. From the time we got there we felt like a priority. Yishu and Tony were great and they constantly checked up on us before and after install as well. Yishu was also very informative about stone in general which I enjoy both from a sales point of view (someone who knows their product) and as a consumer (so I don't buy something I'll regret). Very solid choice for countertops in Baton Rouge....I'm sure we will be back and I'll recommend to others.

EE Kitchen and Bath replaced a vanity countertop with granite in my home. The purchase process was easy and the work was done quickly and professionally. I would recommend them to friends and family.
