This a locally owned family business since 2000. They have a great staff that is very knowledgeable in design and product choice and they truly care about making sure a customer is well taken care of from start to finish of a job.

I am grateful for Design Tile and Stone. They truly went above and beyond. They were so patient and friendly. They had a wide selection and were accommodating with getting out several slabs to ensure we were happy with our selections. Their staff was knowledgeable and helped us pick the material that would work best for needs. They stored our slabs for about 5 months until we were ready. I didn’t measure correctly and had to pick up another slab at the last minute on a Friday afternoon. They dropped everything they were doing and still took the time to get out the slabs so I could choose the one I liked the best. I don’t know too many businesses that would handle your poor planning emergency with such grace and kindness. My husband is in the service and the owner was kind enough to give us a military discount and we really appreciated his generosity and support. You can’t go wrong with Design Tile and Stone!

Customer service is the worst I ever experience and their prices are extremely high. On top, the owner doesn't know anything about tile nor granite ....just go to other tile stores where you could get your money's worth.

This family owned business is top notch. The owner Tracy and two staff members including Theresa and Kristin worked with me finding just the right tile for my kitchen and den.They were professional and really cared about the quality and style of tile that I was picking. I needed the help and I needed their help and most of all trusted their judgment.I had been to several tile stores prior to theirs after being referred by the tile installers and they had exactly what i loved in tile. i was given an exceptionally fair price for a beautiful Italian porcelain tile. Could not ask for anything more. I really couldn't. I am grateful and will return if I do any further work on the house. Thank you so much for all you did to assist me in this process.
