Creative Stone was extremely professional and easy to work with. they were able to take our original cabinets and fit them with modern countertops and faucets. The construction is solid as they had to rebuild one of our cabinets that was destroyed due to water damage. They kept in constant communication and were able to schedule around the flooring install to expedite the overall process.

Creative stone did an Excellent job installing my stone sink and plumbing. The stone installers made sure the fit was exact and the plumbers were very efficient. Both the installers and plumbers were very respectful and answered all my question and cleaned up their area. I would highly recommend creative stone!

Creative Stone of Fayetteville need customer's services training in all aspect of the business. From the phone call, appointments, etc. They are unprofessional when it comes to business. The only thing that I can complainant is that their contracted installers are no#1. The installers are very professional in their business. I would recommend them to anyone but Creative Stone I would think twice before I would choose them to purchase stone for your kitchen. I paid them in full before Christmas and I understood that they was cutting all jobs before Christmas because of the overflow of jobs. But when they scheduled my Job on January 6, 2022 I was pleased because my wedding anniversary was January 7. They had me waiting all day for installation and did not show up until 6:30 that afternoon. I told them that was too late due to my grandchildren had to fo to school the next day and everything in my kitchen was in my Den and livingroom. This put us in an inconvenience situation could not prepare breakfast, lunch, nor my anniversary dinner for my husband. So when I finally for in touch with someone they scheduled me for the next day and still did not show up. That day I was getting ready to go to Fayetteville and get my money, they finally put Crystal on the phone and she promise me first thing Monday morning that I would be first in line. Communication was terrible again. The installers did not get to my house the time that I was scheduled. It was not their mess-up with the installation, it was Creative Stone. I experienced a job contracted with a company that I will not be hiring again. So my advice to you as consumers either go to Lowe's or Home Depot. This is from a very dissatisfied customer.

They recently installed granite countertops and a backsplash in my kitchen and granite to a bathroom vanity. Both were done great! Richard, the owner, came and looked at both rooms and discussed the job and how the entire process would take place. Professionals all around with sales staff, office staff and support staff. Work through Lowe's with them, said they would call back in 24-48 hours. Never did for a week until we called them, still have no solution. We thought that was Lowe's false. Work directly with Creative Stone hope for a better service. Nope! Took day off for installation day. NO SHOW on appointment day. We called to know that they moved our appointment to 2 weeks later without noticing or confirming with us. Read through the reviews, this doesnt only happen to us but to many people too. Since you paid up front, it is what it is, their decision their choice, not yours. I DO NOT recommend them at all.
