Ordered my kitchen cabinets from Creative and they turned out perfect! Once I had the measurements and the lay out I wanted they helped me get them ordered and the price was amazing. Solid hardwood cabinets with soft closures. I have had the cabinets for 6 years now and they have head up perfectly. About to remodel another house and will for sure use them again for the kitchen cabinets!

We love our front door and bathroom vanities. The vanities were half the price of the semi-custom and a quarter of the price of custom. They made our front door to our specifications and it is beautiful. They have always been very helpful to us.

You can't touch the price anywhere else for doors ... and they have prehung craftsman style doors for $88! Solid pine is available as well. I bought my 8 foot tall front door from them for $1800.... anywhere else you are talking $3-$5k easy... and it was made here in Missouri at there other location

I have bought a few items here. Everyone I have met is very knowledgeable and gave me expert advice. The prices were the best in the area and the customer service persons gave me multiple options. I will continue to come here first for all my home improvement needs.

We build 30+ new homes a year in the Springfield area and we use Creative for alot of our new home construction finishes. We have used some of everything they have to offer at some point... Flooring, tile, doors, trim, cabinets, sinks, faucets, knobs, hardware, etc, etc. We have no reservations on sending our new home buyers here to pick some of their finishes. Excellent local business that we can, and will, use whenever we can.

A large amount of my 101 yr. house remodel came from Creative Associates, 9 yrs ago! We are very happy with the products, doors, fireplace, all of my kitchen cabinets, my master bath vanity, door knobs, faucets, floor tile and the list goes on...are all holding up well. We believe that we got very good product and great prices! Thanks Creative Associates!!

Really disappointed. Got a bathroom vanity, extremely low quality product screws missing, hinges loose Chinese junk. Went back to discuss and see other options. The guy chewing tobacco tells what you see is what you get they have no options. It was 350 PM when I arrived they first told me " we close at 4 so what do u want." If you are remodeling a rent house or a flip I am sure this place is okay, but if you are trying to do something nice to last stay away and no customer service.

Ordered cabinets from this place that I had to make several trips to receive all of what I picked up. They would call me and tell me all of my order was in. I would get up there which was an hour drive there and not all of my order was in. This happened several times throughout trying to get my order. Last my guys took a check up there to pay for it and they charged us for the whole order when all of it wasn’t there and I told them I wanted my money back for what they didn’t have in only to get told they can give store credit which is bull crap when I shouldn’t of been charged for what I didn’t receive. I do not recommend this place at all. Which I will make sure that none of my other clients get cabinets from this place again.

Before I give my experience, I just want to say that the employees out in the warehouse were super friendly and very hard-working despite the hot temperatures. My experience inside was quite different. I had come to Creative Associates to buy doors for new construction. They didn’t have all that I needed, so I took what they had and ordered the rest. The ones I took didn’t all have the same hinges, so I bought the hinges I needed for those doors that day. They said I could order the matching hinges to come on the doors I ordered. So I did. I saw that the man taking the order did not note the hinge color on the order form. I said, “You will note the hinge color right?” He said yes. I was good to go and they would call when they came in. I hadn’t received a call when they said so I called the store. The man on the phone said that my order was in. I asked the store hours. He said Saturday till noon. I drove all the way up there at 10:30 on Saturday and they were closed. I called the next week before I made another trip up there and told them what had happened. Before I could finish, the man interrupted me and said, “NAME??” I gave him my name and told him that I wanted to make sure my order was really in and everything was correct before I drove there again. He put me on hold to make sure that my order was truly in and correct. After about three minutes he came back and said yes that it was. When they started loading the doors, I noticed they had the wrong hinges� I was very frustrated. The warehouse guys told me to go back up to the show room and he would give me matching hinges for free. (the hinges are $2 each). Which was nice but still a pain for me to have to change the hinges out when I shouldn’t of had to if my order had been correct. When I went into the show room the man who had taken my order was at the counter and I told him that the hinges were wrong and I was there to get the other hinges. He rudely said, “Just take the hinges if it makes you happy!” To say I was shocked is an understatement. The other employee kept his head down the whole time. I looked at him to gauge his reaction to see if I was hearing right. But he wouldn’t look at me. The other man proceeded to argue with me. He said, “well did your other doors come with oil rubbed bronze hinges? “ I said some did and some didn’t. I bought additional ones. I even reminded him of our conversation when I ordered the new doors and he told me he would note the hinge color. He was obviously having a bad day. If he just would’ve said that he messed up and been friendly, it all would’ve been OK. As I was leaving he Sarcastically said, “have a blessed day”. Was he wanting me to think it was OK for a Christian man to talk to me that way? I hope not. Needless to say, will be buying the rest of the materials for our project elsewhere. After reading the other reviews, I guess I shouldn’t be surprised of my experience. Just wish I had read them before. Lesson learned. Sometimes going cheap doesn’t pay if the customer service isn’t good.

With building a house, have been able to purchase several things here with great luck. The wood doors are custom made by their millwork division and are of excellent quality. Have had great customer service there even though they are super busy. Would definitely recommend to others. Would highly recommend their custom entry doors, lighting, flooring (solid hardwood and tile) and windows. I did a ton of research before we purchased anything, so make sure to do your due diligence before you purchase anything if you don't want store credit if you need to return. Perfect for DIYers!

This is the cheapest quality stuff. It is cheap Chinese stuff out of a box. The customer service is the worst I have ever experienced. Do your self a favor and don't buy anything here
