We had a great experience with Cosmos. Ram has been very knowledgeable helpful and patient. Their prices are very competitive and the slabs are amazing and high quality. We were introduced to Cosmos Surfaces by our kitchen countertop installer. They have a warehouse full of selections that made it easy for us to pick the style we wanted and we liked the quality as well. The price was very reasonable. The best part was the customer service provided by Ram. He was very patient in answering all the questions that we had, very responsive to my text messages with questions, and made the whole process easy. Outstanding choice and wonderful customer service! I have built many high-end spec homes over 25 years. I just give her Cosmos online because the granite supplier we were going to use in Hayward was just too big, their choice was really minimal, and dealing with untrained staff just too exhausting and time-consuming. Cosmos just opened and has an exquisite selection at wholesale prices. I brought my client and they patiently removed and displayed each slab until she selected the perfect three. I was able to contact the owner with numerous questions via cell phone and he answered immediately and delivered the slabs to the fabricator within about an hour of my request. I really can’t thank them enough for making the process artistic and easy! Thank you Ram and your patient crew!

We were pleasantly surprised to find Cosmos Surfaces after striking out at 5 other places all over Hayward and San Leandro. We are building a new house and were looking for stone slabs for our kitchen, bathrooms, and utility room. Ram, who helped us was very professional and on the ball. After a first phone call to him, he texted me back within 5 minutes with pictures of a leathered slab we were having a hard time finding anywhere for our bathroom called Steel Gray. When we got inside the warehouse, we were blown away by the quantity and quality of various granites and quartzites that they had. They also have man made Quartz. Ram showed us the slab we had called about and we loved it. Amazingly on the same aisle directly across from that one, we saw another granite slab that we ended up getting for my office called Verde Fusion. Later we dicovered they had a quartzite stone slab called Elegante (named Moreno at other places) on another aisle that we had walked right past..... probably because we were too distracted by all the other amazing slabs. We ended up buying 4 of those. They are stunning. They will be in our kitchen and utility room. We bought all 6 slabs for our whole house here. They were very competetive in their pricing and Ram was very pleasant to work with. I would highly recommend stopping by here to take a look.

Excellent Service by Everyone at Cosmos, starting with Front desk, Xochilt was very friendly and helpful, the guys at the showroom went above and beyond to help me find exactly what I was looking for, they move several slabs until I chose a perfect one, I’m extremely satisfied with their services, look no further and come to them, not to mention they prices are pretty reasonable, I will update my review with pictures after the product gets installed, I can’t wait!!!
