Installer did a great job as nothing is square! Absolutely love the cabinets and the quartz countertop. Couldn't be happier. The follow through all along the process was great really Hands-On! I highly recommend Cabinet Genies!

Due to the destruction Hurricane Ian caused throughout our home I went into Cabinet Genie. I was greeted with kindness and that quality followed throughout my experience with the entire team. The design created by Nate met and exceeded my expectations. The installation of the kitchen and bathroom cabinetry was done well. The granite countertops look magnificent . The service department staff were and still are kind and considerate in working with us. We highly recommend this company for their superior customer service. My husband and I are 100% satisfied with our kitchen/house remodel designed by Cabinet Genies and implemented by Lighthouse Building and Remodeling Inc. We met with Nate of CG in February 2019. We provided pictures of our “old” kitchen and made an appointment for him to come to our house when we were available in March. Nate was very familiar with the popular 1980’s L-shaped footprint of our home. We told him of our wish for a totally open floorplan. Within two weeks he provided us with his design that involved the removal of three walls. When we saw his vision, we were “sold”. While we selected our cabinetry, hardware, sinks and fixtures directly from Cabinet Genies, Nate provided us with his preferred contacts for granite, flooring and appliances. His projected budget set certain limits as far as granite grade, price per sq ft. flooring and appliance quality. Happily we were able to stay within our budget. I cannot say enough about the contractor who works with Nate. Derek, the owner of Lighthouse Building and Remodeling Inc, went above and beyond our expectations during the entire project. As we are snowbirds, we elected to have the work done in our absence. Work commenced on May 20, 2019. Through the Buildertrend App we were able to see the entire projected daily schedule from Demolition to Customer Walk Through scheduled on August 15, 2019. Photos were regularly uploaded so we could see the transformation in real time with our own eyes. As with all projects on older homes, a couple of issues did arise. In both cases, Derek provided us with 3 possible solutions, priced accordingly. He kept us in the driver seat through phone calls and Skype. Amazingly, we did do our walk through with Derek on August 15th when we flew down for a week to inspect the work. He suggested we take our time living in the house to check things out and formulate a list of any issues or changes we’d like to make. By weeks end, we had our list and had post-its around the house to call his attention to our concerns. We left and Derek assured us everything on the list would be “fixed”. When my husband and I finally made it down in January (a new grandson delayed our usual fall return), we walked in to our beautiful “new” home. Post-it notes were gone and the house was picture-perfect. Actually, pictures do not do it justice.

We used Cabinet Genies to completely remodel our kitchen, pool bath and laundry room. They were very helpful with us selecting cabinets and countertops that suited our home. The cabinets and countertops look exquisite. The installers were very professional. We are very pleased with the end result. We would recommend Cabinet Genies to anyone looking to update or upgrade their existing cabinets and countertops.

Great customer service! works diligently to get any issues resolved and finish the job to your full satisfaction. Many styles, colors and hardware to choose from. You pay a premium but you get best in class product and service. Would recommend them cabinetry.

Fabulous experience. All of the staff were so impressive with their knowledge and professionalism. Our kitchen remodel came with many issues to be resolved and they were all handled beautifully 😍 by all means if you have any bathroom or kitchen remodel choose cabinet genies!!!

Cabinet Genies have done several remodeling jobs for me over the years, Two bathrooms, closet make over, and a kitchen. My doublewide home desperately needed a kitchen, it had no counter space, and one pantry type cabinet and a couple very small and useless cabinets. They always do an excellent job.It was finished this past May. I love my kitchen. Hurricane Ian came, I have minor damage, need new exterior doors hung, window shutters need repair, minor damage to the roof, and piping needs replaced. This will eventually get done, even though I don't have any insurance, I faired pretty well. A week after the storm came and went I received a phone call from Cabinet Genies, just to see if I was okay, and did I need anything. I have never had a business do this in my entire 70 years. I was so blessed to have Nate and his company do my needed work, and then do a check up on me. This is the kind of family operated business everyone should be working with Mary Kulp

CG needs better follow-up, honesty, and quality. Cabinets remain different colors, crooked, gapped and chipped. They offered a plan to correct and can't follow through. Simply the worst part of my brand new home. So frustrated with the misdirection and excuses for 5 months and still going.

My 3yr old kitchen had to be redone after Hurricane Ian. I called Cabinet Genie immediately. They do an amazing job with high quality materials. They are receptive, professional and do an amazing job.

They replaced my kitchen countertops, the work was carefully planned, great communication about installation and complete clean-up after installation. The result is a beautiful!

HEADS UP! For me, SCAM ALERT! They want a $500 deposit to give me an estimate!! Seriously?! I have no problem giving them a deposit once we agree on a price and specifics, but to pay $500 to have someone talk to me, in my opinion, is unprofessional, unethical, and screaming "I am about to get ripped off" To all the people moving to Florida, this is not normal! If you go with them, you will probably be overpaying. If they believed in their product and service, they wouldn't need to ask for money upfront BEFORE we have an agreement! Good luck, getting your $500 back if you don't go with them. I don't know, but I am not chanceing it. BEWARE! I don't need to go into their showroom, I already know exactly what I want and will be happy to give them a diagram with measurement and specifics. Shame on you, Cabinets Genie for not believing in your own product, service, and cost.
