I always take my clients to Bedrosians and we always find something beautiful and trendy to purchase. I'm a long time client and feel like Bedrosians is like a second home 😄

1. Best selection of Marbles, stones, Tiles by far in the bay area. You can go and see all kinds and compare the look and bulk price 2. Customer service is top notch. They are family business and employees are very happy with the employers. You can see employees cming to you proactively and helping you on selection, pricing, trends, and all angles that you need to decide on a big decision. 3. Finally, how I feel they are trustworthy. They told the exact pros and cons of different stones...in our case marbles. We were selecting some fancy looking marbles, but we were told about the cons of marbles on cleaning and maintenance side. However, they mentioned about one kind of marble which is easy to clean and stain is easy to remove as well, that is Danby marble. We did our own research and found it was not a sales pitch and indeed danby marble is easy to manage and stains can be cleaned easily. 4. Finally, they want you to be happy. We were told about upcoming sales and inventory level upfront. We waited a bit and got the advantage in the discount event. Its been 6 months since installation and no complaints. Big 5 star for Bedrosians!

Wow ! I got a 5-star service . After looking at some of the previous reviews, I literally checked the store address on my invoice to make sure they are talking about the same store :) I had bought some tiles here for my remodel, and a designer, Dawn Souza helped me pick out the matching tiles for the bedroom, bath and the shower. She provided great suggestions on the different patterns the tiles could be installed in, and on the grout color, etc. As if that was not enough, Dawn checked with me on the day of the delivery since it was raining, and she remembered from our previous conversations that I had a long driveway which would make moving tiles all the way to the back of the house quite difficult on a rainy and stormy day, and she offered to reschedule my delivery to a different day instead which was very helpful of her ! The crew that came in to drop the tiles at my home was also thoroughly professional, agreeable and pleasant. Shopping here was a great experience overall !

We got tiles for all our 5 bathrooms from Bedrosians.As part of the order - they missed more than half the tiles when we were asked to pickup. When the reorder was placed for missed order, they messed up and missed half of the order again. At this point we asked to get the tiles asap and get it delivered. The associate acknowledged that it was their fault and they will deliver free of charge. The following week the associate was out of office and customer service said - they can't deliver and it was up to the associate to deliver. Which company works like this??

Great large showroom with many different natural stone selections and porcelain slab selections too! As a designer, this is like my playground to choose different slabs and tiles for my project. Theresa is my sales and she provides an excellent customer service here.

So happy with Bedrosians and especially Jordan in the slab dept. He gave us such good and professional service! I made an appt. during the week when it is not as busy. The slab area is clean, well organized with a large selection of tiles & slabs. He had such good suggestions for a backsplash that would pair well with the slabs we were looking at and our maple cabinets. At the end, he helped me clarify which was the right choice for me and had possibilities for a fabricator. I so appreciated all his help and am so happy with the Calacatta ORO porcelain slabs we got at a very good price during the Black Friday sale. Highly recommend Jordan and Bedrosians!

Showroom of porcelain tile in contemporary styles with displays that change periodically, Bedrosians should be on your list if renovating or designing a kitchen or bathroom. Also displayed are marble sheets and mosaics, withe some engineered wood floors thrown in to round out the selection. Check in at the desk is you want assistance from one of their advisors who have design experience. One additional feature is their warehouse of countertop slabs in marble, porcelain and quartz. Lots of patterns and designs that can really make your remodel shine. There are also some slabs that are discounted that are outside and near the warehouse doors. Great place to see a range of offerings. Prices are per slab, and fabrication is not included.
