Dropped by not knowing what to expect. 1 guy sitting at a computer behind a counter. He told me no one was available to help and he gave me a brochure with the contact info and name of the person to reach as they only did appointments. I emailed and was sent a prompt response asking what I needed and measurements. I sent over the info to then receive a quote. If the amount was acceptable, I could have an appointment in 2 weeks time. This interaction was insulting on so many levels. Did she think I didn't know the cost of stone? Did she think I had nothing better to do and was just randomly asking about stone? Did she take a peek into my finances with her crystal ball and think I couldn't afford her? 2 weeks for an appointment? I have since reached out to several other places around town and no one has this kind of wait or attitude. I was referred to this place by my contractor and tile guy. I have since told them about my experience and suggested they start recommending someplace else.

I went to this company after an extremely negative experience at another company (Castorenas, don't go there if you're just a homeowner renovating) for a small piece to finish my bathroom. The owner walked me around the entire property and treated me so well I really wish I'd gone to them initially for my complete kitchen reno. They completed my piece in 3 days as compared to the usual 2 weeks it should take and the price was very reasonable. Can't speak highly enough of them and the products they have are beautiful.

This is the second time we have had BC do work for us, seamless is how I would describe both jobs they did for us. Customer service, was excellent!

I am starting my own small business of leather tooling and needed a hard surface. They were so helpful and kind, listened to what I needed and chose the perfect piece for me. They gave me the small piece and ground down the sharp parts so I didn’t cut myself. I wanted to pay for it but all she said was “pass it on, Merry Christmas” it’s nice to know good people are still out there. I would recommend them to anyone.

BC Granite and Marble did an excellent job with the granite countertops in our basement bar area. I was impressed from the time of initial consultation when they showed me several granite slabs to meet my design needs to their install team who were professional and courteous.
