Let me start by stating how great Shannon was. She was able to help us realize our vision and helped us come up with a floorplan that worked great for our space. At first glance, our kitchen and hallway are beautiful. But the three stars rating (wife thinks it should be a two star) comes because of the lack of detail and a few other things. There are cabinets that rub, a drawer that doesn't open, a chipped tile in our backsplash... The countertop is grouted to backsplash and is separating (it's been a couple months). They messed up the countertop, tried to cover it up, then half-way fixed it but left the giant cutout they made in the cabinet wall when trying to fix it as opposed to replacing the cabinet all together... There was a bit of a switcheroo on a specialty cabinet we thought we were getting, but ended up just cutting part of a drawer face to sort of make what we thought we were getting. The other biggest bummer (and we should have stood our ground on this) is we had scheduled time to paint our interior over a weekend between tear out and installation, but tear out ended up taking significantly more time and we ended up with less than 1/2 day to paint. Needless to say, we didn't finish and then had to work around flooring, cabinets, etc. We should have delayed the project and done our painting.

Shannon was recommended by a friend and we are grateful that our kitchen remodel was a success! My husband and I appreciate the fact that Shannon was punctual with her responses, listened to our wishes and plans, completed the project in the promised time (3-4 weeks) and is covering a repair that is within warranty. We will definitely contact Wine Country Stone Works again for future projects.

I had flooring installed in my home . They did a great job . The installers were courteous and detail oriented. My floor looks amazing. The owner Shannon was incredible every encounter with her was pleasant and she was very knowledgeable and polite. I would definitely recommend Wine country stoneworks to everyone.

Wine Country Stone Works did a great job with our home remodel projects. We had Shannon (owner), and she’s great to work with. She helped us redesign/remodel our kitchen and it turned out beautiful. We also worked with Shannon on our main bathroom shower, and replaced new vanities and countertops in all three bathrooms. Shannon was very accommodating with our schedule due to other projects we had, and we had some delays with other contractors/providers. We will use Wine Country Stone Works again!

This will be my very first Google Review. Everyone wants a review, but not everyone deserves one; Shannon and her team are the exception. Our project encountered multiple delays throughout the 2 years that it took to completely remodel our home; none of those delays were caused by Shannon or her team. When the going got tough, some of the other contractors decided to jump ship, but to her credit, Shannon stuck with us throughout the entire process. She always answered her phone, showed up when she said she would, had her people there when promised and did it all with a positive attitude and smile. Her stone fabricator, Jose, is especially talented at his craft and managed to cut our slabs in such a way as to make the seams almost invisible and somehow make 3 slabs look as one. There was some bumps along the road, but they were very minimal and addressed promptly by her. Thank you, Shannon, for the great experience and most beautiful result!

Shannon was great to work with. Our bathrooms came out nice. She worked hard to find granite to match what we had used in the kitchen. Jose, the fabricator for master bath, did a great job on the finish of granite. Makes suggestions when you ask, but wants you to be happy.
